When you're home, you'll have all the essentials, including a kitchen with a fridge, full-size range, microwave, and coffeemaker. We didn't mind the location. Everything was walking distance. Neighbors in other cabins were very nice.

I want to start of by saying that the cabin itself is a great find and great price. Hot water never ran out. Fully stocked kitchen, endless towels, clean cabin. Stayed there for a snowboarding trip and did not have one good nights sleep. All 4 beds were horrible as they were sunken in the middle. My boyfriend calls them the boat beds.
I will definitely recommend this place and visit again if the beds are changed. Its difficult doing outdoor activities with bad sleep.

Lack of hot water in the shower
The water in the shower as at best tepid. Despite notifying the manager of the issue, they failed to address it, offering up to look at it the afternoon before my departure. I was there from Thursday to Sunday and they suggested Looking at it Saturday afternoon. This is despite my permission granted to correct the problem on Friday afternoon. I’ve contacted them several times about this issue subscribe to my departure and not once have they responded. I would not book again because of the lack of communication responsibility. It’s an inherent duty that they would have hot water in the shower.

Best Week Ever!
This was our fourth time staying at Foothill Lodge over Labor Day. We come back because the accommodations are just what we need (sleeping space, full kitchen, etc). During this stay, the staff, especially Christy, were phenomenal. If you're looking for a boring five-star hotel, go to New York City. If you want to have FUN and excitement in the beauty surrounding Foothill Lodge, come here. Can't wait to go back!!

Clean linens and abundant towels. Beds are comfortable and the pull out couch was great. Dishes were left dirty and there was a bit of a smell when you walked in.

Room was super easy- key lock on door made entry a snap. Was cold upon entry (granted outside temp was 10 degrees) but heated up super fast. Was perfect for a quick overnight before heading to Wolf Creek. Only issue was the coffeemaker leaked like crazy. Needs a new one. Thanks!!

Great value, clean. This place is much better than the 'traditional' hotels/motels in the area. The kitchen allowed us to save some money by cooking at our place. We had a problem during our stay (no fault of the company) but they bent over backwards to make it right. A+.

Not a bad place. Maybe undergoing new management? No one replied to my online questions . And no management is onsite at all times. They are there sporadically , but did answer right away when called and really worked hard to make things right ( no sponge for kitchen sink, windows painted shut or screwed shut ). My family rented a house that used to be the office we assume, because people would just randomly walk in to the house looking for management ! Clearly, communication is an ongoing problem.
All in all, it was fine for thr money spent.

Great for a weekend trip with 4-legged family!
Overall, the Foothills Lodge proved to be a great option for a weekend snowmobile trip. It was comfortable for 2 couples and 2 dogs. We were disappointed to find that the hot tub was not in working order and a little surprised when we called to report and no one else had notified the property manager. A couple of things that were not available in the room that we didn't plan for, there is no hair dryer and there were only about 3 hangers. We will definitley choose the Foothills Lodge if we plan another trip next winter.

Lodge 1 provided everything we needed for a multi-day ski trip to Wolf Creek. Comfortable beds, room for gear, kitchen, and plenty of hot water after a long day.

A very cute locations and place. Nothing extra fancy but we didnt care it was a place to rest our weary heads from all the hiking and traveling!! The service was great too! We almost ran out of towels and I texted her and she made so we had some that day yet. Great communication

Riding Trip - Sep 2019
A group of us reserved up to four lodges at one point during the week of 31 Aug to 7 September. We rode dual sports and sides by sides (Polaris RZRs and a Ranger). The lodging was awesome. The only down side was VACASA emailed us the wrong access codes but the local VACASA personnel (Ashley) were very helpful getting us in the lodge and settled, and came by to see if we needed supplies during our week-long stay. The rooms were comfortable, and allowed us to cook our evening "feasts." Riding and fishing inthe area were both great. Can't wait to come back.

Just what I expected
Cabin was what I expected. I did have a problem with the door not opening with the number combination sent to me but called management company and they quickly had me in the cabin. The only other thing is they could have supplied a bar of soap. I usually bring my own but forgot it but no big deal. All in all a good stay.

We rented the 2 bedroom cabin for a week of snowboarding and it was incredible. Check-in was super simple. Full kitchen was clutch for easy meals since there aren't many restaurants in the area. Had a great week of snowboarding with a ton of snow and you can't beat paying $50-60 a night for a cabin only 30 min from the slopes!

Spectacular location
We had such a great visit! We got to see Balck-billed Magpies, mule deer, and big horned sheep! The facilities were efficient and economic, providing plenty of room to have kids.
