About this villa rental
This impressive villa is superbly located in the exclusive, international marina at Puerto Calero, a beautiful setting, with excellent amenities. It is less than a five minute drive to an excellent choice of restaurants, bars and designer boutiques. Several marine excursions depart from the marina, including yacht charters and big game fishing. There is a water taxi to the old harbour area of Puerto del Carmen, where fresh fish is served in a variety of traditional restaurants, with wonderful sea views. The harbour and the small Playa Chica beach, with a dive centre and snorkelling school, can also be reached along a beautiful coastal walk. Puerto del Carmen also offers 3.5 kilometres of glorious, golden sand beaches. This villa has a Wi Fi connection for clients use.

Villa Aqua is truly marvellous! The photos do not do it justice in terms of size and how well appointed the villa is.
We visited as a party of 10 adults and 2 young children, to celebrate my wife’s 60th birthday.
The villa is very big and we had more than ample space to spend time together as a group when dining/socialising. Also lots of areas to sit and have some quiet time.
Andi and Idoya arranged a big shop for us on arrival which was fantastic. They also prepared a delicious Spanish Buffet for us all midweek, this is highly recommended.
We all had such a fantastic time, and I would certainly consider booking again in the future.

Villa Aqua was wonderful. The pictures do not do thr villa justice. Loads of space and areas to suit everyone. Villa was very clean and extremely well equipped for our stay. Having shopping delivered before we arrived was great. The villa manager and the owner Victoria were marvellous prior to and during our stay. Nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend as we had a fantastic stay 😊

Fantastic villa for our holiday and fulfilled our needs perfectly for the family and friends that joined us for our vow renewal in Puerto Calero.
A big thank you to Idoya and her partner for being of instance with any questions or queries we had and for the gorgeous paella for when we arrived.

We had an amazing few days in the villa to celebrate a 40th birthday. The villa was beautifully furnished and well stocked with everything needed. The hosts arranged a big shop for us which was there when we arrived and were so welcoming. The villa was spotless and had lots of lovely extras such as pool toys, every piece of cook wear you could need, a well stocked book shelf and hair dryers in all the rooms. The villa is really close to the local marina which has some lovely restaurants, bars and shops. We would most definitely recommend and will most certainly be back. Thank you for everything.

Just come back from a week at this beautiful villa. It was so big and fit all 11 of us in easy. Victoria was really helpful with the booking and Idoia and Andi the house managers were lovely. They did a big shop for us so we had everything we needed when we got there. They also did tapas for us one night, which was so good. It’s a short walk down to the marina with loads of lovely bars, restaurants and a supermarket. There was construction noise which we knew about, but we just turned the music up. Overall we had a fab holiday and would definitely go back again.

The villa is incredible (even better than the photos!). We stayed as a group of 11 and could have wished for a better stay. The villa is huge, comfortable and well stocked. The location is great and a short walk to the port where there are bars, restaurants and shops. All the hosts were super helpful and responsive. I would recommend this place to anyone and would 100% come back. Other reviews note building work in the neighbourhood but this didn’t disturb us during our stay.

Wonderful, spacious villa with plenty of room for a family get together that was enjoyed by all, aged 4 through 72. The villa is very well equipped with lots of little extras like the toys for the pool that added to the children’s enjoyment. Victoria was a pleasure to deal with, always prompt and helpful. As mentioned by others there was building work in an adjacent villa but for most of the time we were not aware of it and it certainly did not spoil our enjoyment of the villa.

We have given 5 stars as everything about the villa was fantastic with the exception of the noise of building work close by. This is obviously not something the owners have control of.
We stayed with our family for a week and would thoroughly recommend it.

Villa exceeded all expectations. It’s a lovely home and one I would definitely book again. The house managers were lovely and we had no problems while we stayed in the property.

Villa Aqua is a beautiful well equipped and professionally hosted holiday home however it is in a developing neighbourhood so please expect construction noise all day 6 days per week which should really be referenced in details and if price is discounted due to the noise this should also be referenced

We were so pleasantly surprised about how lovely and big the villa was. The Villa managers answered all of our questions promptly. We had a really lovely stay. They only thing we were disappointed with was the lack of cleaning at the villa. They came only once and they only did the pool and outdoor area and this was because I asked them to as there has been a storm the previous night. In the details, it says that they come to clean 2-3 times. The inside was not cleaned once. However, this did not spoil our stay and overall we loved the villa, the location and the holiday as a whole. Thank you so much!

A wonderful place to stay!
This place massively delivered and exceeded our expectations. We were a group of friends celebrating my 40th birthday and this place and it's location was perfect. The house is so big there is plenty of space for everyone inside and outside, with lots of different areas to relax and enjoy. We were close enough to the marina to venture out each day for a drink or food and then back to the house to play games, jump in the pool or just chill with a BBQ. The tapas provided by Andi on the first night was very good. We are already talking about coming back next year, a wonderful place to stay!

Beautiful property but extremely noisy due to building work
Loved everything about the house, perfect layout with fantastic outside space and lovely heated pool. Would have been amazing except for the building noise from next door, stone cutting behind the property and other building noise also nearby. The noise was so bad that we could not use the outside space in the day time and also unable to have an afternoon nap indoors with the sound and vibration from heavy machinery only meters away next door. We realize that this was beyond anyone's control, but it did of course seriously impair our experience and diminish our enjoyment of our stay. Such a shame!

My family and I just finished what we each agree was perhaps the most relaxing and wonderful vacation we’ve been on!! It was due in large part to the marvelous property that we stayed in and how welcome our charming hosts made us feel! We couldn’t have been happier! The property was immaculate and very well stocked with all the essentials. It also had a terrific selection of recreational equipment for fun with the family/friends (ping-pong, wii, billiards). The outdoor swimming pool was glorious. The property itself is situated in a quiet location a short walk from the port with a beautiful view of the mountains and sea. We enjoyed the nearby cliff walk to Playa Quemada and star gazing at night. The local market was a three minute drive and was very well stocked. We were all sorry to leave!! Thank you so much Victoria and please pass on our thanks to Andy and Idoya too! Looking forward to visiting again soon!

We just returned from spending a week in Villa Agua. There were 11 of us. Everyone was delighted with our stay there. It was one of those rare situations where the property exceeded our expectations. It is evident that the property has been built and maintained to a very high standard. We wold have no hesitation in recommending the Villa.

12 of us stayed at Villa Aqua for one week to celebrate our parents 70th birthdays. From the moment we got to the villa we were blown away! The decor is gorgeous. The cleanliness of the whole villa and pool area was spotless. The villa is well equipped and has everything you need to cook meals or make use of the amazing outdoor bbq kitchen area. The pool was clean and heated - everyone loved it not just the kids. The marina at Puerto Calero is lovely with lots of nice restaurants, shops and also a mini supermarket. There is a Lidl supermarket approx 10 -15 min drive away. There is also a water taxi to the larger resort Puerto Del Carmen which was a lovely experience about 25 mins each way and cost € twelve return for adults € seven for children. Our favourite restaurant was Papperdella and the paella is definitely worth a try. We would 100% recommend Villa Aqua and hope to stay again in the future. We visited Rancho Texas zoo which is worth a visit if you are staying with children. They do dolphin, sea-lion, parrot and birds of pray shows, and also had a mini water park. Thank you so much Victoria and the property management team for our amazing stay :) x

Also a great barbecue and pool area with 12 comfortable sun loungers to relax and bronze. Ideal location, in a quiet residential area, but only a 10 minute walk to Puerto Calero which offers a good choice of bars and restaurants. Can recommend the Catamaran trip from the harbour €64/head. Puerto del Carmen only a 15 minute drive to stock up in the larger super markets.Would absolutely return to this property and area . Thanks Victoria.

Holiday at Villa Aqua
Villa Aqua is a beautiful villa and has everything that you could possibly want to make your holiday a great experience. The whole family enjoyed the pool and there were lots of places to sit/lay to make the most of the sunshine. We have had a really lovely holiday and would most definitely consider returning to the villa. Puerto Calero is lovely and about a 10 minute walk to some really nice restaurants.

Fabulous villa in a fantastic location. Thank you for what was a wonderful week at Villa Aqua. Everyone really enjoyed themselves. The Christmas tree was also a nice touch particularly appreciated by the children. Owner Victoria and her neighbours Andi and Idoya were extemely helpful and communicative. Highly recommended.

Wonderful well appointed spacious villa
We were a group of 8 people celebrating a 50th birthday and couldn't have asked for better accommodation. It's a comfortable 5 minute walk to shops, bars, restaurants and 2 hotels. The villa was so spacious that all of us could lounge comfortably without being in each other's way. As well as a massive games room, there were 2 large outside living / dining areas, a large indoor living area, a 10 seater dining room, 2 indoor kitchens and a large barbeque area. The pool area was very spacious with both shaded and sunny spots for lounging after a swim in the heated pool. We rent top end villas each year for our large gatherings, but all agreed that this villa has come out top so far. Victoria sent us good general information prior to our arrival and Andy (house manager) came out immediately when we couldn't initially access the wi-fi as we were using the wrong code. All in all a very enjoyable holiday in a beautiful villa.

Spacious, stylish, luxurious and comfortable.
We were all thrilled to have been able to rent such a wonderful villa. We acted as hosts to our children and five grandchildren with ages 11 to 16 and their constant enjoyment of the pool and the games room whilst we six older family members had space to relax in the sun or shade. It is incredibly well equipped and we wanted for nothing

Amazing place, great location and perfect service
The villa is beautiful, spacious and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The local marina is really nice with great restaurants, bars and shops and feels a lot more upclass than over areas. We stayed in June and the fact the lower rooms were not air conditioned did not bother any of us as the villa is well designed so they stay shaded all day. The only negative for us was the pool which was on the smaller side and a little shallow. Kids loved it still and it was well used but not really viable to get a length in. Andy and Idoya who look after the property, were helpful and lovely. We booked Andy to cook us a traditional paella which was really good and recommend it to anyone staying there! All in all a great villa and holiday. Would have been 5Stars if pool was slightly deeper/bigger but would not let this deter you unless swimming is critical to you. Highly recommended.

Beautiful Villa in great location!
This was our first stay at Villa Aqua with family members ageing from 20 - 80 years old! The villa is spacious, modern and extremely well equipped, with an abundance of space for everybody to relax and enjoy themselves. The location is great and not too far from the marina which has a fantastic selection of restaurants and shops.
The only down side for us was that the housekeepers did not offer a linen or towel change over service during our week stay, although the villa does have its own laundry if you wish to do your own....not something I Personally want to do on holiday.
This would not deter me from staying again and I would definitely recommend this villa as a great place to stay.

Cannot rate this villa highly enough
We have just returned from a week at Villa Aqua, and would firstly like to thank Victoria and her family for agreeing to rent it to us. We were celebrating our Silver Wedding Anniversary and we could not have chosen a more beautiful place to do it. It exceeded our expectations-the layout inside & out was fantastic with plenty of space and extremely well equipped. We would definitely recommend it to our friends & family and will be checking availability for the future.

Very impressive Villa. From correspondence with Victoria on day one to leaving when housekeepers arrived, everything was easy and hassle free. Villa was extremely well equipped, so much so we spent all of our time there. Kids loved the heated pool.

Celebrating my 50th with 11 girlfriends in Villa Aqua
We loved the villa it was beautifully decorated clean and tidy. Great having another kitchen downstairs as that's where we were most of the time. Great outside space with enough room for us all and places to escape to if you wanted some alone time. Pictures did not do it justice. Andy cooked for us a couple of evenings very good food. Close to the Marina and had a meal out there one evening.
