Exceptional

The most soulful and authentic place I've stayed. The room is located in the "Italian courtyard" in the historical center. It often happens that the room is made just to rent, but it was different here, a bunch of unexpected little things that create a homely atmosphere. Gio is a very hospitable host. I would be glad to stay here again.

Reasonably roomy apartment with decent value for money in Tbilisi

The owner is kind and very helpful. General location is pretty good, near the historic center. However, the immediate surroundings leave much to be desired. There's nowhere to go - no nice cafes or restaurants, no real supermarkets (or anything at all, really). Also due to the location on the hill it's not really in the walking distance from the more popular and developed parts of the historic center, you'd be better off using taxi or even metro.

The apartment is on the ground floor. The windows are facing the courtyard that connects many individual apartments with unrelated inhabitants. Obviously, it could get somewhat noisy at times. Mattresses on the beds are not particularly comfortable. The lower room (intended for children) lacks a proper window and feels damp. Also, beware of water outages (sometimes unscheduled).

Superb

Location, close to metro and the most places of interest. The apartment is in a yard and we actually live in a local neighbourhood. The feeling is really nice. The kitchen is well equipped.

the downstairs room only has a small window for the fresh air. The stairs make noisy during the night if people need to use the bathroom.

Our host went out of his way to assist when we were in trouble – notably getting a CD 19 certificate out of the local hospital!

Great location nice place

Great host. Kept everything clean and ready. Very friendly. Good 2 bedroom apartment. Located near the tbilisi cathedral which is just 4 mins walk from here. Walked 15 mins and we could reach the river and main centre of tbilisi.

No dislikes everything was good
