With lake views from all rooms of this Orchard Island property located on the open water of Indian Lake. This two story was built in 1997. Fully furnished, including all appliances and washer and dryer, central air and gas heat. One boat dock is included on site. The lot includes shade trees and has plenty of seating along the cottage seawall with concrete deck the width of the large front yard in addition to the large lakefront porch. Just right for fishing and swimming. Fire pit and corn hole available. Garage will accommodate one car. Two cars can park in front of the garage and overflow is either across the street in front of the little white house or down the street.

This house was perfect for our annual trip with family. There was 7 adults and 3 teenagers and there was more than enough rooms and beds for everyone plus a few empty beds to spare. The owner Chris provided everything we needed for the week and was a great host. He stopped in a few times to make sure we were dping ok and see if we needed anything. Highly recommend this place. We already discussed renting it again next year.

We had a wonderful time on Orchard Island! Such a friendly area. Our trip was to see the eclipse and we were not disappointed. We would love to come back in the summer and actually use the lake! We were saddened by all the tornado damage in the area but Chris was so helpful about keeping us updated on the house and businesses in the area. We were happy to come and support the area.

Our family LOVED this house. It’s the perfect location and it’s very big, with plenty of space, beds, chairs, etc to accommodate a big family. The huge backyard with the big shade tree is so peaceful. The kids loved playing wiffle ball (home runs meant someone had to jump in and retrieve the ball from the lake!). There’s a large waterfront area to park your boat or swim. The fire pit with all of the chairs was a big plus. Even though the weather wasn’t great, we were able to catch a sunset from the backyard. The owner and his sister were both very accommodating and available when needed. The house has everything you need to be comfortable. And it’s located in the back of the neighborhood where it’s pretty quiet. Thank you Chris and Deb for sharing your family home. We will definitely be back again!

House was large and roomy for a family reunion well maintained with more beds than we could even use! Dock for a boat. Easy swim access. Fire pit. The owner even had corn hole for us. The owner Chris was very nice and I firmly believe he was at our beckon call although I only had to reach out to him the one time. I’m so glad I chose this house!!!

This was a perfect house for a family reunion over the Thanksgiving holiday. We had 4 adults and five kids (ages 12 to 17) and this house is set up perfectly for large groups. There are tons of beds, including a room upstairs where all four of our teenage girls stayed. There's 2 1/2 baths and a large, open kitchen/dining/family room area that was great for everyone hanging out together. We are thinking of coming back again in the summer when we can enjoy the lake. It was nice and quiet over Thanksgiving and is a perfect place to spend a long weekend with family.

What a great location for our annual family trip. Love coming to Indian Lake. The house had plenty of room for our group. The place was clean but could use some updating. The yard was a bonus for corn hole and bocci ball. We thought we have a covered dock to use but that was not the case. This could be clarified in the description. The owner did provide adequate dock fenders for our pontoon. The neighborhood was tight so be careful if you are bringing a boat in. The owner does have location for overflow and trailer parking. All in all a wonderful time. We all enjoyed it.

Beautiful location with a lovely, well stocked home with plenty of room for 8 teens and two adults to spread out! Kitchen was perfect and had everything we needed to whip up some big breakfasts and dinners. The lake is clean and great for swimming and kayaking if you don’t have a boat! Most spectacular sunsets! We would come back in a heartbeat!

Our family has been having our reunions at the lake for years and years. We have never stayed at a finer house. Chris, the owner/ manager was a wonderful host. We had no needs or concerns as everything was in great shape, but he still kept in touch and helped with many little things. The house fit us to a tee and had every amenity we could imagine. It was the best week ever. I highly recommend this place and we will be back for sure.

Big, beautiful place with plenty of kitchen space, extra fridge/freezer in garage is nice for large groups. Bedrooms are spacious, one with multiple beds is perfect for groups of kids/cousins. View is spectacular, nice quiet bay. Water is about 5 feet deep all within several hundred yards of house. , great for swimming. Shoreline is perfect for fishing too - we rented a pontoon and were easily able to get in/out into open water from docking spot. Chris is very quick to respond to questions, great host. He welcomed us in and showed us around. Was very nice to offer for us to use the bikes and flotation devices in the garage. Would definitely rent again from him!
