Incredible property, easy check in, beautiful views and so relaxing!! The daily visits from 3 dolphins were so exciting!! We even saw manatees!! Can’t wait to visit again!!

This house is one of our favorites to rent. The neighborhood is quite. The area has a lot of shopping and dining options. It is a short drive to the beach. The best thing about the house is the view.

Everything was great about this place, no complaints at all. We spent a lot of time relaxing in the pool/spa, watching the boats go by in the bay. Property is close to everything you may need during your trip. Windows in the house really show the amazing views. The only disappointing part about the stay was having to go back home.

This property is stellar! Property is exactly as described, and we had no issues at all. Property Management is excellent, checking in during our stay for any needs. Communications were excellent for accessing home and utilizing items within home. Instructions were given regarding any needs and suggested options for things to do in the area. Home is close to businesses for necessities and places to enjoy the area. Overall was an excellent stay for our family!

Great home and location. It had everything we needed and more. There was plenty of room for our group of 8. My grandkids loved being able to fish from the backyard and dock and having the pool right there. My son and grandson had a great time kayaking.
Property manager was easy to work with and responded immediately when we needed to address an issue with the dryer and had it fixed right away. Would definitely stay there again if we vacation in that area.

We enjoyed our stay! View is priceless, pool is wonderful and great for fishing. Location is perfect, there are so many restaurants nearby and it’s not far from John’s pass.

The house was amazing! Would definitely book again. Only complaint would be that the pool spa did not work and we had to connect an extension cord for the wine frig to stay on.

The property was beautiful, lots of wildlife and excellent communication with Steve. We will absolutely be back. I hope the next renters take care of Freddie the snowy osprey. He likes shrimp and fish.

This rental is awesome! We almost gave it a low rating just so it wasn’t so busy…lol! We could stay here permanently. The views are amazing, you’ll see dolphins and other wildlife everyday. The pool and hot tub are very nice. They recently updated the pool heater and the pool was warm enough to use everyday during our January stay! The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Jan, Steve and the entire Seasalt Team go out of their way to do everything they can to make your trip perfect. We would highly recommend this house, as for us, it is officially our “home away from home”!!!

I've Asked for a partial refund. The house wasn't bad by most accounts.
1. Pool and Spa didn't work for the 1st 3 days.
2. Fire alarm went off two different night for no reason
3. No batteries in the remotes
4. Broken pool sticks and chalk that needed to be replaced.
5. Overall clean but not deep cleaned
6. Numerous other small details
We did see a lot of sea life which was really nice!

We love this house and have stayed there many times. We might have seen the most dolphins ever this year, always present. And thanks to the folks at SeaSalt, the pool and hot tub were the best we've experienced. Great house. You will not regret renting this.

We had a wonderful respite & great family time. Our granddaughter named it The Crazy Lazy Hotel. We saw dolphins almost every day. The pool & hot tub were the biggest hits, but kids also loved taking the boat we rented to Shell Key, kayaking to Jack’s island, The Sugar Factory (crazy kid sugar-art drinks), and the pool table. Excellent location, plenty of room & lots to do. FYI, there are only beds and beach towels for 8, the extra 2 must refer to babies only. We had 9 over 3, but Steve helped us out.

I was thinking of renting again, and realized I never left a review last year. The house is gorgeous. Lots of open space, but quiet nooks too. The house is set up so there could be multiple groups doing separate things, yet not really secluded from each other. The downstairs rooms flow. You can see each other & still somewhat participate in a conversation yet have separate groups. There is a room with a pool table and large sectional. This room opens to one with a long table for meals/games/puzzles/chatting, which opens to an eat-in kitchen table & kitchen. This is open to a small sitting area with a couple of conversation chairs. This is all open to yet another sitting area with sectional couch overlooking the pool area. It has a nice big table to play games on. A bar area is to the side of this room. Ice maker and tools to make a cocktail (minus the booze) is there. All of these social rooms look out onto the water. The windows (and sliding glass doors) are so huge the view is hardly interrupted. Same for the upstairs- tons of windows. Beautiful, breezy lanai upstairs. There’s a very nice lounge/gaming area upstairs. Gaming systems and games included. Great for kids.
I stayed in bedroom downstairs because had to use walker at the time. Couldn’t use stairs. There’s no view from that bedroom (only bedroom without view)but we were only there long enough to sleep so no biggie. From the perspective of the handicapped, the whole first floor is easily navigated with a walker. Should b for a w/c too. We bought a small portable shower chair, that easily fit in the big walk-in shower. There are only 2 small steps total into front of house. No steps to back patio. Disappointed there was no rail to get in pool. There are a couple steps descending into water (they can also be used as pool seats). Could manage with help.
Bedrooms and bathrooms all had storage space so didn’t have to live out of suitcase. We easily ran out of towels so next time I’ll bring extra. Kitchen was well-equipped but lots of room for your own stuff too. Awesome grill. Plenty of sturdy tables/furniture outside. Pool toys included. Loved the pool basketball hoop. We saw lots of dolphins every day. We rented golf cart. It’s legal to drive up to 45mph I think? Used it for easy parking wherever we wanted to go. We got a couple looks on a certain busy road, but it was legal & too handy to care. There were only a couple places we used Uber. Management so nice, with 24/7 help.

Our family of 8 had a great time at this property! We had plenty of space and no one was ever bored. The views are AMAZING! It was clean, comfortable and we are already planning our next years winter getaway there.
Bonus- the management company was very responsive with any questions and concerns that we had.

Property was exactly as pictured. response from manager was prompt and informative. any time a question came up it was answered promptly. entry was flawless. It is the only time we actually DID have a pool heated to perfect temperature. Spa too. any additional things we asked for were provided, i.e., pack n play, highchairs, etc. ALL beds were huge and comfortable. house was extremely clean. well stocked kitchen. Tvs in every room. I mean EVERY room..... even in kitchen. We were there with family and there was plenty of room for us to be together and also if we needed private time. We all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

The location and outdoor pictures of the property are accurate and stunning. The interior however, not so much. The carpet in all of the bedrooms is stained/dirty, dishes are chipped, walls grungy. The entire property is in need of a makeover. Additionally, there were no directions for anything. The hot tub did not work when we arrived and although the property manager came the second day to sort it out, we had issues again later in our stay. Also, the fireplace was broken the entire time we were there. Apparently, it was scheduled to be repaired after our stay. We paid a premium for a property that was just mediocre.

My family and I fell IN LOVE with this property, we were so heart broken that we had to leave the day of check out! The property it’s self is BEAUTIFUL, clean, it’s everything you can ask for. Management was amazing, gave me a personal phone call to ensure our stay was booked, they respected our privacy the entire stay. They even left us a hand written note with a sea salt gift. 10/10 would definitely recommend!!!

I loved the house with it's modern decor and all the wndows that look out to the water. The bedrooms were ample in size and comfortable. But we especially liked the porperty manager, Steve, who came right over when we had a problem. He was cordial, friendly and knew what he was doing.. Here are Kudos to Steve!!!

The house and view is breathtaking, The sunrise is so beautiful and the Dolphins going by was so cool. The kitchen is stocked with anything you need. Would definitely rent this property again.

We had a great time here. Home is just as described, even better. We arrived to a very nice welcome gift and personal note. Plenty of room here to spread out or all hang out together. Spent a lot of time in the nice pool and boating on the bay. Saw dolphins almost daily and birds galore. Loved all the huge windows throughout the bay side of the house, especially the master BR. Even the small hurricane didn’t faze us, we spent that time playing pool and games. Kitchen is very big so we were never crowded during our meal times. My chef daughter loved it!!! Steve and Hendrik were both wonderful and responded to our minor needs quickly and with a smile and did all the work to batten down for the hurricane, even left us some supplies. The TV service (gool ole’ Spectrum) went out on day 3, not due to hurricane, and they never got it working before we left but we didn’t really need it and made do without it. The red tide event was going on and we did see a lot of dead fish the last several days which was sad but nature happens. All in all we had a great family time here. Highly recommend this property and the managers.

- Pool filter did not work well enough to keep the pool from turning green (we are pool owners ourselves)
- Kitchen had gnats/ants all over the kitchen counter even though we were very mindful of putting our food away like the directions said
- Technology items advertised in the listing have no directions on how to use them (whole house surround sound)
- Very few towels & the ones there are not in good shape
Overall: We expected more for the cost. We have stayed in many rental homes in the area over the past 11 summers & have had some just as nice (or nicer) for half the cost.

We had 3 couples total that stayed in the house. This house was well stocked with all the things you would need in a kitchen. Location was great. We enjoyed everything that house has to offer.

Pictures didn’t do it justice. We had a wonderful time. Saw dolphins swim by daily. Enjoyed kayaking to the little island nearby. Grandkids loved swimming in the pool, only coming out to eat. The room off the pool helped keep all wet mess confined to one area as kids dressed in suits there and undressed there also.

Beautiful waterfront property in a great location near beaches and restaurants. Hendrick with sea salt property management was wonderful to work with.
Great kayaking right from the sea wall of the house. There is a small island with a beach near the house that makes for a fun kayaking trip. Saw dolphins most days right from the house. I’d highly recommend the property. We also took a charter with sea salt sailing, which is the boat company associated with the property management company. I’d also highly recommend this as well. Beautiful sunset on the water and delicious dinner.

We were three couples and found place very clean and plenty of room for everyone! Neighborhood was awesome and very quiet! The views were spectacular and saw dolphins almost everyday from pool area! Booked for next year already !

We have not stayed in many VRBOs and were a little anxious. This property is just as described and in fact better - it is hard to capture in online photos how really great and expansive the outdoor space is. The downstairs is perfect for entertaining or just sprawling and we also made good use of the upstairs den and that great deck off of the master.
We had to contact the property manager once, when one sink in the master wasn’t draining properly - they fixed it same day and with no fuss. Very smooth and easy.
We did have one small issue which was that we could not figure out the outdoor grill. Got some instructions from the management but still couldn’t get it. It got cold the next day so we did not follow up again; I am sure if we had that we would have gotten assistance fast though.
Overall, a great house and great stay. Enjoyed watching all the pelicans diving and dolphins swimming nearby. We would come here again and highly recommend it.

Place was nice but many things there we weren’t allowed to use ( jet ski, bikes) expensive place for that time of year but we did get reimbursed a little for the lack of jacuzzi and pool use

Had a wonderful time just wish we could of stay longer and used the pool just wouldn’t heat up. But other than that it was great.
