About this apartment rental
Elegant newly renovated apartment in the center of Levanto, 100 m. from the beach, to the second and last floor of a building with lift, located in a central and quiet street. It consists of entrance, large living room, independent kitchen, two spacious double bedrooms,(availability to add a single bed ) two bathrooms with shower, two terraces. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, wi-fi and parking for one car.
It is recommended for those who want comfort and tranquility, ideal for families or for two couples. Levanto is a beautiful tourist resort also an ideal base for visiting the Cinqueterre which can be reached by boat and within a few minutes by train. A bicycle trail connects Levanto to Bonassola and Framura. Upon arrival, the identity documents of all guests will be requested, for the registration of attendance and the payment of the tourist tax of € 1,50 daily(maximum 3 days) for each member of the family over the age of 14 years, minors under 14 are exempt.

Everything was made more magical by the wonderful hosts Ambretta and Bruno .

We had a wonderful time in Lavanto! We were warm welcomed by amazing hosts with coffee, beer and home grown lemons (!), who made us feel like at home away home. The place is very clean and spacious, have everything we needed to stay in 5 days at this beach town. Both bathrooms and kitchen were updated. The kitchen is equipped with plenty cooking tools and has a good washing machine. The location was perfect too. Every thing is walking distance. There are many good restaurants, wine bars, bakeries, grocery shops etc - just a few blocks away! Would love to stay here when we come back to Levanto again.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Ambretta and Bruno’s apartment. The two are delightful hosts and made us feel very welcome. The apartment is located two short blocks from the beach and the downtown. We loved having easy access to caffès, restaurants, the beach, shopping - everything Lévanto has to offer. We would definitely recommend this apartment and would be happy to stay here again in the future.

Ambretta was very accommodating and welcoming as we arrived later than expected. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It is in an ideal location for discovering Cinque Terre and also for relaxing on the beach away from the crowds. I would definitely stay here again!

Our group of four really enjoyed the apartment. It was set up well with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. And the kitchen was a good size for cooking and enjoying a meal. Check in with Ambretta was pleasant and easy. The location of the apartment is perfect for exploring Levanto and for catching the train to explore Cinque Terre. All in all it was a lovely stay.

the town is great, the owners (Ambretta and Bruno) are wonderful, the apartment is perfect with great view of a beautiful tower when sitting on the balcony for breakfast or wine after dinner. This town, Levanto, is absolutely the best place to stay when visiting Cinque Terre - easy to get to the five towns without the crazy crowds. Loved this place!!

Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sie haben uns herzlich empfangen und uns tolle Tipps gegeben. Das Appartement liegt zentral und ruhig. Es war alles da was wir brauchten und da wir mit 2 fast Teenie-Mädels dort waren, war das 2. Bad super!

Very clean appartment close to the beach an to the center of levanto. Very quiet, you can easily let the window open during the night. About 100m to the pedestrian area. Good equiped, you have everything you need. Ambretta and bruno are very nice. They give you a warm welcome and you can feel that it is very important for them that you have great holidays! The best appartment we ever had!

One wonderful week
We booked this wonderful appartment for one week and really enjoyed being there! The appartment is very big with two bathrooms and two balconys. It is located in the center of Levanto therefore everything is very closed and can be reached within 1-5 minutes. The hosts are very pleasant couple who is leaving in the same house.We definitely recommend this appartment!

Ideale Ferienwohnung für Ausflüge in die Cinque Terre
Die Wohnung liegt im Herzen des Ortes Levanto. Der Bahnhof als idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Cinque Terre ist nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Restaurants, Cafés und Geschäfte sind alle fußläufig zu erreichen. Auch zum Strand sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Man kann sein Auto den ganzen Urlaub unbesorgt auf dem mit Toren gesicherten Hof des Anwesens stehen lassen.
Die Wohnung selbst ist sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die beiden Schlafräume sind groß mit viel Stauraum, jeder Schlafraum hat ein eigenes Bad. In heißen Sommernächten wird man die effektive Klimaanlage in allen Räumen sehr zu schätzen wissen. Die Küche hat alles, was man braucht, auch eine Geschirrspülmaschine. Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Balkone, die man je nach Sonnenstand sehr schön nutzen kann. Dir Aussicht in die eingewachsenen Gärten der Nachbarschaft mit einem außergewöhnlichen Turm als Blickfang ist sehr schön.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter-Ehepaar ist ebenfalls seh angenehm. Sie sind unaufdringlich und zuvorkommend, der Check-In Prozess verlief völlig unkompliziert.

Ambretta et son mari nous ont réservé un accueil amical (merci pour le café et le thé glacé pour les enfants !), nous prodiguant des conseils judicieux tant pour les visites que pour les découvertes gastronomiques. L’appartement est très bien équipé (cuisine, lave-linge, lave-vaisselle et climatisation). Situé en plein centre-ville, il est cependant au calme pour un sommeil réparateur. 5’ à pied de la plage, 10’ à pied de la gare. Immédiate proximité des commerces.
Levanto est un endroit idéal d’où explorer les Cinque Terre en train : pas besoin de la voiture qu’on a laissé au parking pour tout le séjour. La plage est très agréable.

Wonderful stay at Ambretta and Bruno’s flat. It was a pleasure to meet them and experience their hospitality. They were helpful in getting us situated either restaurant suggestions. Most important Bruno picked us up and dropped us off at the train station!

We loved our stay in Levanto. The hosts were outstanding - so friendly and helpful, but never intrusive. Levanto is a much better choice than Cinque Terre, if you’re looking for a quiet place that still allows you to explore the 5 towns on the same train line. Short walks to the grocery store, restaurants, beach, and train.
