Sea Esta is a contemporary furnished, fishermans' Camber Sands holiday cottage on the award winning development of White Sand in Camber Sands. Just a few minutes walk from the breath taking sandy beach and walking distance to the beautiful medieval cirque port town of Rye. Perfect for families and friends exploring the incredible history of the local area and enjoying England's finest sandy beach on your doorstep.

Perfect home from home property, where every detail was considered. Property really clean and the arrival pack & things to do emailed before arrival meant we could plan our stay. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Great Family Weekend Away
Spacious accommodation for 6 people. Facilities include everything you could possibly need. Arrived to a bottle of bubbles and cake! Great location to beach and Rye. Recommend the Owl pub which is 5 minute walk and serves great food.

Great location and immaculately clean
Sea Esta is on a small estate close to Camber beach and a 5-10 minute drive of Rye town. It was immaculately clean and very well equipped. The management company were on hand when needed but not intrusive. We arrived to find the whole area without water but they had arranged bottled water to keep us going until the supply was restored.
The welcome cake and wine was much appreciated.
Overall a lovely weekend break.

Modern, clean and accommodating
Had a wonderful stay here at Sea Esta with a group of friends. Everything we needed was provided plus a few welcoming gifts which went down very well with our party. Lovely location with the beautiful camber sands only moments away.
Would definitely recommend to friends and family, good value for money too. Thanks very much!

Toller Urlaub in tollem Haus an tollem Strand
Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Das Haus ist großzügig und wir hatten mit 6 Personen genügend Platz. Auch das Geschirr in der Küche ist zahlreich vorhanden,wie auch sämtliche Küchengeräte.Das Haus ist sauber und geschackvoll eingerichtet. Der Eßplatz ist hell und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt . Der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten Fußweg erreichbar und wirklich unglaublich schön. Auch eine Wanderung ins Städtchen Rye kann empfohlen werden. In Camber selbst kann man für die kleinen Dinge zu Fuß einkaufen und wirklich leckere Baguettes zum Frühstück kaufen. Der Laden hat 7 Tage/Woche bis abends auf, was sehr praktisch ist. Das Ehepaar Smith ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit in allen Fragen des Aufenthaltes. Wir hatten einen rundum erholsamen Urlaub und können das Haus sehr empfehlen.

Fabulous
This house was exactly as was described on the Internet. Everything you could need was available including tablets for the dishwasher and spare bin bags, which I've found are not always supplied by other companies I've booked with. Also, a bootle of prosecco and a chocolate cate to boot!
The property was very well maintained and very clean. Bed was comfortable, had great quality bedding and lovely pillows.
If I could ask for one or two things it would be a different blind in the lounge, as it doesn't quite give enough privacy, and may one on the door and hall window. This is purely my opinion and it certainly wouldn't stop me booking again, in fact I'm trying to plan my next visit.
When we first arrived we weren't too sure about the location but we were wrong, it's so central for visiting places and the fabulous beach is something else.
The whole booking process was simple and I'd certainly recommend to friends and family.

Great property, AMAZING STAY
The property is about 5 minutes drive from the beach and is very easy to find. It was very well equipped - we found it in a very clean state. Bedrooms are very cosy and comfortable.

Amazing break!
We decided to have a short Easter break down on the Sussex Coast and as we had used Owners' Direct before, we thought we would investigate the possibilities again. The pictures of this property really made it stand out and with a family of five, it looked the perfect house for us, and indeed it was. Everything had the feel of a brand new property, although we understand it was built about ten years ago. It was very warm, cosy, everything was finished to a extremely high standard and with wooden floors throughout, easy to keep clean. The house had all the amenities that you could ask for including a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and a quality oven, to name but a few and two bathrooms with an extra toilet downstairs. This was one of the nicest holiday homes that we had stayed in and its location was perfect with just a five minute walk to the sea. Even though we were nearly blown over by the strong winds on one day, it was fantastic to walk along miles of a quality sandy beach to reinvigorate us. We had to leave after our third night, but wished we could have stayed for longer. However, I expect we will be back. We loved visiting Rye and Battle and everywhere at this time of year was so quiet and peaceful. We were also very well looked after and on arrival we were provided with a bottle of bubbly and a chocolate cake. What a welcome! Thank you for a wonderful stay. We can't recommend this highly enough. Stephen, Michelle and family.

Perfekt familiy holiday
Very well organized and prepared home with all the things a big family like ours need. From a warm welcome , over nice beds and clean rooms and baths till a modern kitchen and a superb living room every thing was perfect. The sea nearby the cute town rye and historic town battle a good place to spend your holidays. Not far away from Dover and London is an extra plus.i
