About this villa rental

The House is in the hill behind Cavaliere with lovely views over the surrounding area and down to the sea and the islands .it is tranquil but still only 1400 m to the beach .Our favourite spot at the house is the large terrace where you can relax in the evening after a day on the beach . The house sleeps up to 12 people in 4 bedrooms with 2 on the lower ground floor and 2 on the Ground Floor .On the Lower Ground Floor there is a children's bedroom with full size substantial bunk beds a double bed and a pull out bed .There is a separate bathroom with large shower for this bedroom .There is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a single bed.This would be ideal as a Master Suite .On the ground there is a large lounge and an open plan dining room and a new large Provençal style kitchen .The covered dining area on the terrace provides a perfect outside eating area with long open views of the surrounding countryside There are 2 further bedrooms on the Ground Floor with French Windows which open onto the terrace and both have views of the sea .There is a large bathroom consisting of bath ,separate shower ,basin ,bidet and toilet ,and a separate W.C .There is a large Mediterranean garden on the hillside next to the house and a shaded patio which is ideal for meals in the
evening .
The new pool now compliments all the facilities with access directly from the patio and the outside lounge areas.
The lovely sandy beach of Cavaliere is considered one of the best in the area and Cavaliere is only a 10 minute drive to the port of Le Lavandou. 40 minutes to St Tropez and 45 minutes to Toulon. It is ideal for people wanting a relaxed quiet family holiday with stunning views and a beautiful beach .

A beautiful and relaxing place where we, three old friends, spent a wonderful holiday. The villa was very nice and clean, the kitchen is very modern and has all the equipment you need. Sitting outside on the terrace having our meals was bliss – beautiful views over the hills and down to the sea, wonderful scents from all the local Mediterranean plants. It was a short drive to the beach and restaurants. The bay is lovely and the sea wonderfully warm. There is a variety of restaurants for all tastes. Graham couldn’t have been more helpful and gave us all the information we needed. When looking at the website just now, I saw that a beautiful swimming-pool was added. We have booked again and are very much looking forward to our stay. I highly recommend it to everyone, young and old. So peaceful for the adults and what better way to keep the children entertained than jumping into a lovely pool?

We stayed here for a week in May with our 2 small children (2 and 4) and my parents in Law. It was the perfect family holiday for us. The children loved playing in the pool while we relaxed on the lovely terrace. The villa its self has everything you need, very well equipped open plan kitchen/ living area which opens out to the pool terrace. 5 Large bedrooms which was loads of space for our small group, we could have easily accommodated more. The beach is 3 minutes away which is stunning and has lots of lovely restaurants and places to have a nice drink. Graham the owner was extremely helpful in the booking process and even gave me tips of some of the best road biking routes in the area. We will be back :-)
