The staff was very friendly

The hotel was falling apart and disgusting. The furniture was peeling. Mold in the bathroom. The door to our room didn’t close all the way unless deadbolted. The indoor pool was unusable. Breakfast left a lot to be desired.

My room was clean and bed was comfy enough for one night. The hotel was quiet and in a great location.

Strong sent of weed throughout the whole hotel, but it was really strong in the bathroom in the room. I think it was coming from a room above my room and it was filtering through the air vent. It was so strong it gave me a headache. I feel like hotels should really crack down on this and not allow people to smoke weed indoors, just like they do with cigarettes. It’s still illegal in most places and is a disturbance to people who don’t smoke weed. The smell is horrendous 🤢

Front office employee was a pure jackass, he lied and told me I had to purchase an additional room because my sister came to my room with my niece and nephew. He told me on there website it states that you can only have 1 visitor for only an hour. I told him I would just check out because I don't see that anywhere on site he said we'll I don't matter it's hotel policy. Once he couldn't prove this to be accurate and didn't want to refund he said I was checked in pass 2 hrs so he couldn't refund me. I checked in around 430 I checked out by 515.

We were basically on the back of the property in the damn basement we had to switch rooms because the first room had mold and snails all over the chair the room we switched to was ok it still had dead bugs and worms we parked in the back close to the room the room had two doors so we used the other door because it was convenient and during check out the clerk made a big deal about us using the door I will never stay here again

It was near where I needed to be.

I paid for a king room and the front desk kept trying to give me a room with 2 queens. When I did get a king room, the room was starting to flood. Then I took the 2 queen bedroom and there was mold on the headboard, I’m the bathroom, could not close the bathroom door, could not close the curtains due to limited closure and there were stains on the clear curtains.

Place was dirty and a lot of broken stuff

They charged my card 3 times, there was a moldy avocado in the room, the floor was soaking wet by the AC.

The close proximity to Truist Park is the only positive about this place.

Checked in, went up to our room and noticed vomit on the walls in several places and on the bedding as well. Was told the housekeeper was gone and they were full and that I needed to stay in that room with the vomit everywhere until the housekeeper could return. After several minutes of going around and around and explaining that I wouldn’t stay in a room with such an obvious health code violation I was offered a new room. New room was very run down, reeked of cigarette smoke and marijuana too. Sheets for the pullout couch had hair on them and they claimed to be out of sheets and blankets. Had to wait several hours to get a sheet. Didn’t have enough towels for the 4 of us staying and had to almost argue why I needed a 4th towel. Don’t bother apologizing as you’ve done on other reviews. I’ll be calling corporate and the health department tomorrow when they open.

Close proximity to Trust Stadium and breakfast included in the price

Our room was nice and cool, but the entire rest of the public areas in the hotel were uncomfortably warm! Our bed wasn’t made up for the second night, the shower curtain wouldn’t stay closed, carpet stained throughout hotel and stains on the ceilings. Staff at breakfast very unfriendly, but the food was pretty good. Needs free shuttle service to the stadium!!

The wall were nasty the air unit have the vent off the carpet was nasty. I will NEVER NEVER STAY AT THIS LOCATION EVER.

The hotel is well kept- enough. There was nothing outstanding about this stay.

Our room had NO AC- it is JULY and HOTTTT! There was a portable unit brought in, but it only cooled the bedroom, the "living area" where our children had to sleep was hot and stuffy, we had to go get a fan, to feel half way comfortable to sleep. Staff at desk were dismissive at best and flat out rude at worst. On the day of checkout we had to knock on the counter to get the guy's attention that was sitting right in front of us playing on his phone and never even realized we had walked up several minutes prior.

So much… Supervisor was rude, very condescending and spoke to people as if we worked for her at the motel. Called ahead to insure the pool was open and available, I was told that it was, definitely was not, it was closed both days were there. A/c was out in half of the building and staff seemed to care less, felt bad for those with a 90degree room

Nothing. The room was really BAD! It smelled of cigarettes smoke. I have asthma. I requested a full refund and left.

I didn’t like that the sheets on the beds hadn’t been changed, Yes they were dirty! And that is nasty and unacceptable for a paying customer.

The room smelled like straight cat urine spray! The bathroom was filthy so we did not stay. Was told we would get a refund and I have yet to get it!!

NOTHING AT ALL!! Absolutely HORRIBLE and and RUDE staff! Sold us rooms that were nothing that we were told we were getting! I called them several days leading up to our trip and they were rude on the phone and not helpful at all!! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT STAYING HERE EVER!!

EVERYTHING!! There was nothing there worth staying here ! EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF AND MANAGEMENT will take your money after they sell you something and when you arrive and it’s not what you bought they will steal your money and tell you it’s policy that you have to cancel 24 hours earlier. Well I was told one thing on the phone and on arrival we find out then but they took our money and we left and went elsewhere! Save yourself money and headache and RUN AWAY from this place!!

It was the hotel standard. It was fine just nothing special.

The fitness center was a joke. Only three pieces of equipment and two didn't work. The pool was "closed for maintenance" our entire stay. The paint on the bathroom ceiling was peeling and there were mold spots on the ceiling as well.

Very Misleading. Dirty bathroom facility , Rude Front Desk ( man with accent ) . Wouldn’t try to assist or help with booking.com Had to stay on the phone a hour to get a refund over $300.
