La habitación y el baño ofrecen comodidad y buena higiene.

Ruidos, mal olor, sin persianas ni cortinas que impidieran el paso de la luz, colcha sucia y con olor, cama sin Somierr, sobre palés que sobresalen del colchón y provocan golpes. Falta de jabón para las manos Para tres noches y dos personas nos proporcionaron 2 toallas de ducha y 1 toalla para las manos de 30 /50 cm, 2 sobres de gel y 2 sobres de champoo de 7ml para las tres noches En la cocina no había agua corriente, un pequeño contenedor con agua junto al fregadero , agua escasa 20 escaleras para llegar a la habitación sin ningún tipo de pasamanos

Muy mejorable

Nos gustó la azotea y el acceso fue bastante fácil, sin complicaciones. Aunque el barrio es horrible, por lo menos hay autobuses muy cerca que te llevan al centro de Santa Cruz

La habitación estaba sucia, con basura en los cajones, la ducha estaba rota y no siquiera dejaron una nota para explicarlo, además salía un chorro ridículo así que tardabas bastante en ducharte, menos mal que no éramos mucho porque tienen un calentador que no parece muy grande. La azotea está bien, aunque las vistas no son espectaculares se está a gusto y nos dejaron estar allí más de lo permitido, lo único que los asientos no son muy estables, yo me hundí en uno de ellos, eso por lo menos estuvo gracioso.

Problema importante de olores

Al ser Nochevieja, tuvieron el detalle de dejarnos una botella de cava y dos copas. La habitación tenía el baño dentro (otras habitaciones lo tenían fuera).

Tienen un problema de olores (tabaco) en la habitación n° 3 que llegaba por un respiradero. Esto afecta la valoración de la estancia. Además, por comentarios que hemos leído, se ve que no es algo puntual. Hasta tenían un ambientador en lo alto del armario. Solo estuvimos una noche, pero volvimos a casa con la ropa oliendo a tabaco (ropa, así como el pelo).

I won’t stay there again.

It is close to the tram station, which connects the most important points in the city. The owner seems to be quite gentle, but is available only on what’s app.

The room was not exactly “deluxe sea view” as it was presented. Actually, it’s more than 2 km away from the sea and there are some buildings in the near view. It is a very small room, extremely noisy during the night, extremely hot during the day and no cooling device. They changed the room on my request, but the price is too high for the services provided. They say it is a 24h reception, when it is not actually at all. Only a WA number.

Pleasant

Good communication with the host. Perfect check-in/ check-out via access code, with no need to actually meet the host and bother them with our late check-in and extremely early check-out. We easily found a parking spot close to the accommodation.

My review is biased by the fact that we only used the room and have not even seen the rest of the facilities, like the kitchen or terrace. The room was very cold. I understand that one would not invest in a heating system when the island is mostly warm. But, for the colder months, I don't understand why the host would not provide proper blankets. There were 12° C and raining outside, and we only found sheets and very very thin blankets to cover ourselves. The smell from the sewage, in the bathroom, was really unpleasant.

I was here to visit my father in hospital which was 600m away.So convenient for me. Spotlessly clean.Very quiet even though you are on a main road.Our bathroom was next door to our room.

Superb

The room was big enough for 3 people. Everything was clean. The owner communicated with us on WhatsApp and made sure everything was ok. So we were happy. There is a kitchen. Do you can prepare your own food.

The location. We had a car. So we didn't have problem but maybe people who dosent have car might have some problem.

Very friendy staff. I arrived late in the evening and was too tied to go out for a dinner somewhere. So, the receptionist went out to buy some food for me and delivered it to my room. That was very thoughtful of her. Lovely place!

It states it’s a hotel on booking.com but outside it states B&B when in actual fact it’s a hostel.

The cleaners were lovely and very helpful.

The promise of 24/7 reception was not there. We were given the wrong key code and had to call the owner 10 times and wait on the main road for an hour and a half before he picked up to give us the correct code. It states a your own kitchenette but this was shared with a tiny shelf in the the fridge. The owner was not around and there was no 24/7 reception. In fact there was no reception. I had to attempt myself to sort unru,y guests out late at night.

everything is okay but can be better with a little attention on managing

silent and clean place with good balcony but without good view and with cars. Birds are singing and rooms are wide enough. So i advise this place for traveling and stay. Small kitchen but enough when its not a lot of people. Its strong 7/10. I like this place for sure.

Surroundings best of the whole deal. At least if you have got a car or scooter. Located where the locals live, good and cheap foot. Directly at the street.

Old an chabby. In the rooms you heare everything, the kitchen is a bad joke. No refund for one day although promised. No possibility to get fresh air in.

Disappointing

Clean rooms, nice bed, cool terrace.

Private room without windows except for a very small one under the ceiling, towards common area. Very noisy room, you can hear everything from outside. Bed and breakfast without breakfast. They have the setup, pictures and signs but no food. Wifi promised but not working, we were told they would fix it but it never happened. Lights in the room are very white and clinical, showerhead was broken. No storage space in the room.

Don’t save money!

Literally nothing.

Photos on Booking lie. There are even no windows! I checked few rooms and all of them where without windows. Dark space, with strange smell and weirdos, who might be working and living there, but don’t speak English, look and behave unpleasant. Everything is in a bad condition, half working - half broken. Terrible place. Better to pay 20 euros more and book normal hotel.

Microwave was not working (you have to pull the door slightly to make it work). I was also not impressed by the staff knocking on the door challenging me as to why I wrote to the manager about the noise given that that number is the main number advertised.

Nice host. Good location for the airport - only 10 mins drive away. Access to kitchen with everything you could need.

Quite noisy as some staying there were going to the airport early and traffic. Wifi was only available in certain rooms (didnt include my bedroom).

The bed was great and there was a fan.

The room was about the size of the bed, so not really a spot for the suitcase. No spot to hang out your towel. There was only one small lamp to switch on. The host didn't speak one word English, so we didnt even know how to check out. When asked for a restaurant recommendation they had no idea. I would have loved some better service!

Poor

The person that checked me in wanted to keep my ID-Card until I left the premisses. This is totally ilegal in Spain. I do not know how the facility can have such an outrageous policy. In Spain you are legally obliged to keep your ID-Card with you when on the streets. If the Hotel keeps your ID, you could theoretically not leave the hotel... Ridiculous
