Lovely apartment with great location, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, wonderful views of the coast, and convenient access to restaurants and supermarkets. Highly recommended!

Lovely stay in the centre of los gigantes. House was clean with plenty of room. Walking distance of lots of restaurants and shops. Handy supermarket straight opposite.
The only downside for some people might be the music from the nearby hotels. It was every night and you could hear 2 different songs at the same time! We quite liked it but it would be potentially difficult with young children!

Stayed again for 10 nights at the beautiful very clean villa in the heart of Los Gigantes. So relaxing and peaceful we love the dip pool due to how hot the weather was :)) Everything you need literally on your door step. We experienced Spain winning the Euro's the neighbour had the big loud speaker with spanish music playing leading up to the game :). then there was parade down the streets with drums, horns ect it was like a carnival. We really enjoyed our holiday and will recommend and return thank you Nick and family :)

We had a happy stay in this apartment. The rooms were good sizes. Beds were comfy. (There were only four of us so didn’t use the bunk beds.) Both bedrooms had balconies. The view of the coast from the master bedroom was wonderful.
The terrace had lovely views. The pool was good for cooling off but only long enough for a couple of strokes. (We did know this when we booked).
Kitchen equipment could have been more extensive. Needs a oven gloves, a couple of baking trays and a casserole type dish. It had plenty of crockery, glasses and cutlery though.
Many restaurants and a supermarket were just a minute or two walk away which was very convenient.
For the first three nights of our stay there was a festival on. It as fun with a good atmosphere however deafening music went on into the early hours making sleep nearly impossible. (Obviously this effects lots of apartments with a central location not just this one). If you think this would worry you I would recommend checking the carnival dates.
Overall I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Lovely place to stay, very clean with a great meet and great service by Janie. The house is very central to all restaurants and bars, no car needed with a 70 euro (inc tip) each way to the airport for 5 people. It has a beautiful view of the sea crashing against the rocks, and overlooks a valley below. The neighbours on one side are friendly elderly Canarians with the equally elderly Deana the Dashchund! We didn't speak to the other side. We would definitely return x

Fantastic property at the heart of Los Gigantes. Sea Views from the pool balcony are superb. Everything is with walking distance particularly the beautiful harbour which is ten minutes away. All the shops you need less than 5 minute walk. Finally Fantastic restaurants within 5 minutes walk. Lovely villa very spacious, cant go wrong staying here.

It was a beautiful village all amenities at hand, bars and restaurant's shops etc. I wasn't keen on the ravine quite an eyesore but the sound of the waves was amazing.
The dining chairs and kitchen chairs were very badly stained so we did not use them. And I definitely was not prepared for the cockroaches. The pool was small but ok to cool off in, overall a lovely holiday. And it was a little steep for me with arthritis in my foot.

We loved it - peace and great views from the terrace and in the centre if everything at the other side. We had a car but hardly used it.

Villa really more suitable for 4 people or 6 max. Pool is tiny. Comfortable beds and comfortable seating area for 5 people. Kitchen is under equipped for a family. The villa does feel in need of a bit of TLC in places. Position is great as just a few steps into the village and 10 mins to the beach. It also has a lovely open aspect to the rear with great views. The parking space is tricky, very steep and in fact we couldn't use it as the ground scraped the bottom of the car. An SUV would likely be ok. The housekeeper was easy to deal with and very helpful. Overall we had a great week's stay.

On arriving at the villa, we were met by Janie, who showed us around the property. Everything was spotless, just as depicted in the listing. The welcome pack was much appreciated. The villa is equipped with everything you need. We did find the beds to be a little on the hard side for us. Excellent location, close to restaurants, supermarkets etc. We took the boat trip to see the whales/dolphins which was well worth it. We would have no hesitation in staying there again. Many Thanks.

Great location, easy access to town, off street parking. Pool although not heated was great to cool down in and was not chilly. Air conditioning throughout but generally not needed as there was a nice breeze most days. It’s great to hear the sea at night if you like that sort of thing. Supermarket across the road was handy for freshly baked bread and morning pastries. Lovely relaxing stay and would book again.

We had a lovely stay in Villa Flor.
Before we booked Nicholas and the team answered all queries quickly and with the utmost of help. The booking process was easy.
We were contacted before our visit and introductions made to Janie, the housekeeper. Janie met us at the villa, showing us around and how to use the aircon/tv etc.
We had a lovely welcome pack upon arrival which was greatly received!
The villa itself is spacious. With 8 of us staying we never tripped over one another. The only downside was bedroom 2 not having a mirror, but the huge one in the upstairs hallway made up for that!!
The pool wasn’t huge, but we were aware of the size when we booked it. Having said that it was perfect for cooling off and the children had hours of fun swimming around, practising their handstands in the water and using their snorkels looking for missing earring backs!!!!!
The pool area again wasn’t huge, but accommodated 4 adults sunbathing comfortably with the children choosing to sit around the table and chairs under the lovely parasol when they weren’t in the pool. The sun loungers are in need of replacement, but Janie was aware and said they were on order unfortunately not arriving in time for our stay. Even though the actual sunloungers had sign of wear, the thick lounger pads made up for it meaning we could still use them and they were comfortable.
The villa had everything you could need in the kitchen and the fridge/freezer kept our drinks lovely and cold.
The area of Los Gigantes was brilliant, there was a supermarket right outside our doorstep and we found it to be the cheapest of the 3 supermarkets within walking distance. There was a Lidl and hipo diner supermarket within a 10 minute walk, but given it was a 10 minute uphill walk we preferred to use the smaller ones within a stone throw of the villa.
There was plenty of restaurants/cafes and bars right outside the villa and there was something for everyone.
As mentioned in other reviews you can hear some noise if you have the windows open of an evening, this was mainly the hotel next door or bars down the street but all music stopped before midnight and didn’t bother us at all.
Loved the area, loved the villa and would definitely return as we had a perfect family holiday with lots of quality time which was well needed after the past 3 years of covid and lockdown
Thank you

Great Location
Villa is in a great location. No issues with finding and check in process was smooth. Jamie was very helpful and no concerns. Pool is on the small side, but that was expected. Would recommend some finer touches are needed to the interior. Towels could be replaced and maybe cushions for sun loungers. Few minor improvements would be good. But nothing to spoil the trip or complain about

Beautiful villa
A beautiful villa with amazing views out to the cliffs and sea. Really clean and well looked after. It can be a bit noisy in the evenings with the nearby bars but it seemed to stop around 11pm. Overall a fantastic location to see Teide, Masca and the rest of the island easily. Supermarket directly opposite and lots of lovely bars, shops and activities within walking distance. I would highly recommend!

Family house
The house is very clean, spacious and airy. It is well equipped with everything you need. The WiFi worked perfectly although we were misinformed before we went that there wasn’t any! Directly opposite the house is a supermarket which has fresh croissants. It has a view of a gorge and a bay with crashing waves. It is 5 minutes walk to the Oasis swimming pool, which is an infinity pool with a couple of slides and cafe. We had a great time in a great location. I would recommend this house for a relaxing family holiday.

Fabulous Villa in the heart of los Gigantes
We booked the villa for us and our grown up daughters, son in law and 2 year old grandson and the property was ideal. it is situated in the heart of the village of Los Gigantes and very handily opposite a supermarket. It is one of 4 villas that are secluded and you wouldn't notice that they were there. The amenities were fantastic and the villa itself very spacious. I would highly recommend to any family groups.

This is a lovely comfortable property perfectly situated in lower Los Gigantes with all amenities close to hand, including a newly opened, reasonably priced small supermarket just across the road. Communication with the owners and house keeper Janie was excellent and the property was beautifully clean. The neighbours on either side are very pleasant Spanish people, they do have dogs but we did not find them a problem. You can hear entertainers singing at a nearby restaurant in the evening, but all is usually quiet by 11pm, then just the sound of the sea.We were blessed by very sunny weather and found the terrace baking hot at times (it gets all day sun). It would benefit from an additional free standing parasol to create more shade. The air conditioning is essential as this is a warm property and it worked well.

Disappointing
Misleading description, no evidence of a "luxury" experience. Swimming pool was one metre deep, hence should not be described as a "swimming" pool. The view from the tiny patio resembled a land fill site. We were all bitterly disappointed. Enough said.

Idyllic
on arrival, before entering the villa, we were absolutely stunned with the view from the entrance. Breathtaking.
We were welcomed in by the concierge service (Janie - who was lovely and full of valuable knowledge who promised to be on the end of the phone if needed). On entering the Villa the marble flooring and staircase immediately struck me as quality. The decor throughout was not overpowering all tastefully done. What also struck me was how clean the villa was.
We went through the spacious lounge/diner through the bi-fold doors to the very spacious pool/patio area and yet another view I won’t ever tire of.
There was only three of us so we only utilised two out of the three bedrooms. Both were really nice rooms. Both have balconies one front facing the other rear so whichever we had the view was fantastic.
The well equipped kitchen had a table and chairs for eating (although we ate out). There is even a utility room with a washing machine iron ironing board etc.
Location wise we couldn’t have asked for better. Right in the heart of central Los Gigantes handy for all the shops and bars. Opposite the taxi rank and about 150m from the bus stops for exploring the island.
I have never stayed in a villa which had as much as this one. Excellent value In every way. I would recommend this place to anyone. Superb.

Comfortable, relaxing stay.
Just back from a week’s holiday at ‘Villa Flora’ a townhouse conveniently situated right in the centre of Los Gigantes, very handy for local shops and restaurants. The rooms were bright and airy with lovely views and sunsets. The waves crashing against the rocks could be heard from the terraces and the master bedroom which we all found very relaxing! We were grateful for the plunge pool for cooling off in the afternoons.
It would have been even better if adaptor plugs had been provided in each room for customers’ use. We also found that the window dressings in the front street facing room, to be very inadequate, letting in too much street/hill lights.
Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and would recommend to others. (Yes the small dogs next door do bark but not for long) on the plus side, they also keep canaries, which is lovely to listen to! Oh and WiFi being fitted during our stay was a huge hit with our teenager!

Pure Bliss :)))
Me & hubby just back from staying at Flora villa. We absolutely loved it from the moment we arrived & met Janie till the day we left :(((
The villa is very clean & spacious & in the heart of the village just a couple steps & your at the bars, restaurants, supermarkets.
The views are beautiful from the sea, harbour, sunsets & of course the giants.
Our holiday was pure bliss for peace & quite with sun from 9.30am to 19.00pm on the terrace & then add a vodka & lemonade & JD & coke loved it :)
Would we go again in heart beat & highly recommend
Thank you Nick & family

Great location, lovely stay
We stayed as a party of 4 adults, 1 teen and 1 child the last week of July 2018.
Upon arrival we were met by Janie who was really helpful and friendly. The house is on 2 levels with all 3 bedrooms upstairs. All very spacious and lots of cupboard space. The main bedroom has an en suite and private balcony overlooking the sea whilst the main bathroom is perfect for a family. The air conditioning in each room was a godsend as it was very hot at night.
Downstairs is well laid out with a small terrace that houses the pool. It is more of a splash pool that a swimming pool but perfect for cooling down in as the terrace is a great suntrap.with beautiful views around.
There are lots of little shops and bars around but it is not a busy part of the island so is great for families and couples wanting a quiet break. There are plenty of supermarkets too, with a Lidl just up the road should you wish to eat in.
Car parking is a bit iffy, there is a drive big enough for one car but it is extremely steep and whilst there is free parking around the area, be prepared to park up some steep hills around the one way system. The harbour and small beach are a 10 minute walk.
All in all a really pleasant holiday and a perfect home from home, lots of communication from Max prior to booking and a vast amount of useful information given once our booking was complete. The dogs next door were no bother, they barked a little but did not disturb our stay and we were informed of them before we booked.
A small suggestion would be to stock up the crockery and cutlery as we struggled a little with the lack of utensils but most families probably eat out, however this did not ruin our holiday just meant we had to wash up a little more!
Would recommend this property and found the owners and Janie and Gary to be really helpful.

A beautifully clean villa
We had a lovely week at this beautiful villa. The property was clean and well presented with plenty of towels and linen. Janie (the manager) was really helpful. The patio overlooked a ravine with the sea to the right (which you could hear at night which was lovely) and we were entertained by Canarien mountain/stunt bikers for a couple of days - my son was desperate to join in! The neighbours were charming - the lady on the right looks after her son's minature dachshunds which were a bit 'loco' but were only in the garden for a couple of hours in the morning and only barked if they saw you looking! They were really no trouble for us at all. The villa is really well situated in the heart of town but is still very quiet which suited us really well. Additionally, the kitchen was nice both to cook in and eat in (it has windows that open right up at the front of the house) which was a rarity for a holiday villa - I usually try and stay out of the kitchen as much as possible when away but this one was a pleasure. The bedrooms were clean and airy. There was air-con but we didn't need to use it. All-in-all, a wonderful stay. Would we re-book? Yes, for sure.

Great accommodation, perfect location!
We loved our stay here, there was everything that you should need in the villa, it was exceptionally clean and very homely (the bedroom blinds were very light though, so we were woken early by the light).
We didn’t have to go shopping immediately because the basics were already there.
The location was ideal, with restaurants and shops right outside the gate, but it was only a matter of minutes to walk down to the harbour, or up to the bus station. Considering how central we were it was very quiet (we were there the middle of March).
The next door neighbours have 2 Dachshunds who tended to bark every time they heard us outside. It wasn’t a problem and we switched off from this. These same neighbours also have an avery in their garden and the bird song was beautiful, especially at around tea time.
Another amazing sound was the sound of the waves crashing onto the rocks just below, we got so used to this that we felt quite ‘deaf’ once home!
We really enjoyed our stay in Los Gigantes and will definitely be back.

Beautiful villa, good location.
The villa is spacious and well kept and the location suited us well. We heard music from the Bamboo bar one night but otherwise it was surprisingly quiet for a central location. The “swimming pool” is tiny and unheated so more of a plunge pool really, certainly too small for swimming in. There is no WiFi. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Not the luxurious ‘villa? ‘ as advertised
The property fell well short of our standards & the description is nothing like the reality.

Overall fantastic
Location fantastic. Exceeded expectations and all needs and wants were met by this well stocked and comfortable villa. The pool was small but ideal for two 9 year olds. The dogs next door were a bit excitable but we didn't mind so much as they are very cute. The Spanish lady next door was lovely and very friendly. Can't say I notice much noise from the bars nearby but I was in the bedroom at the back. TV reception was variable but we didn't want to watch much TV anyway. I would stay here again without hesitation and would highly recommend to other families.

A truly wonderful villa with amazing views of the sea.
The villa was every thing that we wanted and more, the pool and facilities were outstanding. The location was also superb 2 mins walking distance for everything required to enjoy an outstanding family holiday. The Villa also now has a concierge service that would not be out of place in a 5 star hotel, hire car, water park, reservations all booked immediately upon request! I would not hesitate to recommend this Villa to family or friends and would return in a heart-beat!

A villa for a perfect family holiday
Myself and my family 6 of us have just returned from a wonderful week at Villa Flora. The views from the Terrace are Amazing, the outside area is spacious and clean and has it's own lovely private pool where you can swim and see the sea below. The Pool & Terrace area receives clear sunshine from around 8am each day which was fabulous. The Neighbouring Villa has a miniature dachshund which does like to say hello each morning when it's let out. It's very friendly and goes back in doors after 20 minutes as it must be too hot for it outside. Internally the villa is really well furnished and spotlessly clean. The villa has two large TV's one in the living room and one in the bedroom and lot's of videos where in the villa which we watched several films during our stay. We had the bedroom with the balcony so each morning myself and my boyfriend enjoyed an early morning cup of coffee watching the sun come up and listening to the sea below which was very special. The location of the villa just couldn't be better only 60 seconds away from the heart of the village and 2 minutes walk down to the beach and marina. Thanks to Janie and Garry who we met at the meet & greet they are very informative and told us where the best restaurants and bars are in Los Gigantes. We've booked already booked for 2018 and really really cannot wait to go again. Sun Sea & Relax, just perfect.

The location is excellent in relation to bars, resaurants and supermarkets.
This property is not a villa. In my opinion it is a linked town house that has very poor insuation in the party walls. True villas can be seen across the 'ravine' on crab island. The entry phone system does not work so anybody trying to visit has a major problem. The mattresses for the sunbeds are embedded with oils and grime. The pool has two distinct black areas where the ravages of sun cream/oil have taken their toll. Similarly, the external terrace appears to fall into 'no mans land' when it comes to cleaning it. It was filthy and had not been cleaned for a long time. Having watched the pool being 'cleaned' on two occasions it is clear tht the pool man does not see this as his responsibility. So whose is it I wonder? Staying for 17 nights on would have thought thast the provision of extra bed linen and towels would have been automatic. Not according to the people who are responsible for cleaning the property. "Big favour granted by owners for the provision of extra linen and towels". The towels themselves are, to say the least, under sized and of poor quality. The showere head in the en suite bathroom needs fixing as it cannot be adjusted (because it's too loose) .There is a large notice in the hallway asking that the neighbours rights to peace and quiet be respected. Fine if only it was reciprocated. On one side a DIY person who sanded, drilled, banged and painted for 8 working days whilst on the other there are two dachunds that will bark at anything, real or imaginary. Whilst one cannot challenge that at some time in the past (how many years?) the property was refoemed. Trouble is that was quite some time ago and it now looks in need of a lot of TLC. It has been on the market for some time and already the subject of a price reduction. Perhaps that's why nothing has been done to maintain it in good order? Where is the extra fridge in the utility room? There isn't one! The table on the terrace is anchored in position by the sunshade, not a good idea perhaps? To summarise. Great location and that's all. Killed two cockroaches during the stay. Would we return? No. Phographs to support the above readily available. Sorry Nick and Amanda.
