Overall, 5-star villa in a 5-star location. For the few things that came up during our 2 week stay, owners very quick & prompt to respond & accomodate.
This is our 4th stay w/i the Windsor Hills community, all due to either reownership or availability so all positive. We continue & plan to always return to Windsor Hills community. Secure atmosphere, lots to do, & in a great location of the area.
This particular villa offered above & beyond the others. Aspects truly thought out to accomodate families away from their home. From the safety extras for younger kids (gates, plug outlets, strollers, bed rails, etc) to other unusual perks for all (heated lil pool, typically places charge extra, we did not use the pool but nice for some) also gaming closet (another feature not used from us as we have no gamers but could definitely see some liking this). Glass tops on all furniture for upkeep, smart thinking. Ooodles & ooodles of extra towels, pillows, sheets, blankets etc. Liked the Neflix feature.
Everything well thought out & much appreciated. Also like that its an end unit, so if you ever had to deal w/potential noise threat (which we did not), only possibly on 1 side, not both nor top or underneath & for us, sleep is crucial so this is of value.

This well decorated townhouse was perfect for our multigenerational vacation. With a bedroom on the main level and two upstairs, all with their own bathroom, everyone was comfortable and the pool in the back was great for evening swimming and relaxing after a full day out. The amenities of the community were great and easy to access. Not to mention the easy access to all the Disney parks. Would recommend to anyone looking for an affordable vacation rental with more to offer than just a place to sleep.

Disney trip with my husband, 5yo, 3yo and Mother. Allison thought of everything!!! From car seats to pool noodles, to laundry baskets, this place was fully stocked and great for families. The outdoor pool was a great temperature and always clean. The proximity to the clubhouse was easy to walk or drive. The playground was a big plus for the kiddos. The property is right down the street from Walmart and about 15 minutes to Disney. We encountered little to no traffic. All and all, we had a wonderful experience at Allison’s place!

Overall great experience at this house! Adorable decorations and lots of really nice touches for a family - strollers, baby gates, high chair, portacrib. They even had life vests and lots of pool toys. Great location right near Walmart and close to Epcot/Hollywood Studios, but expect lots of traffic if coming during spring break! Awesome pool and water slides for neighborhood use. The only issue we had was with the people who manage the neighborhood - security and property management office are so unhelpful and downright rude. Owner was very helpful via chat though! We would definitely stay again!

Windsor Hills was a nice spot, close to Disney and lots of activities for the kids (nice playground and beautiful pool). The townhouse was nice and spacious and clean. The kids loved their Disney themed bedroom and bathroom. We liked the extras for the little ones such as bed rails, playpen, strollers, etc. On the down side, the mattress in the downstairs bedroom sagged in the middle and was not comfortable. Also, we had to purchase dish cloths (there were none) and additional washcloths as there simply weren’t enough for 7 people.

The location of this rental was very close to the parks, major grocery stores and the airport. Check in was very easy. House was exactly as described. It was so great being able to use the pack n play, high chair, kid plates/cups/utensils, bed rails and pool towels. Traveling with kids isn’t easy but these amenities helped a lot. We also got use out of the car seat. Private pool was nice to relax by when kids were napping. Community pool and splash pad were fun. Our daughter enjoyed the Mickey themed bedroom. House was plenty big for 2 adults, 3 year old and 1 year old. Thanks again for letting us stay at your place!

We enjoyed our stay at this property, we were there for nine days. Lots to do at the resort and very close to all of the Disney Parks. Having the heated pool at the townhouse was very nice for my granddaughers. The only issues we had was I did have to vacuum upon arrival in the living room and clean up a spill on the floor in the living room and a couple tacks are coming thru on the stairs that my daughter cut her foot on twice.

I recently stayed at the Windsor Hills vacation rental in Kissimmee, Florida from March 5th to the 10th with a group of 6 (4 adults and 2 toddlers). The rental was very clean, spacious, and modern, and provided a comfortable and convenient stay during our trip to Disney World. The rental is located just 10 minutes away from Disney, which made it incredibly easy to get to the park each day. Additionally, there were many restaurants and a Walmart down the street, making it easy to grab anything we needed during our stay.
One of the highlights of our stay was the community pool, which was fantastic for both the adults and the kids. We had no issues during our stay, and I would definitely recommend this vacation rental to others looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay during their Disney vacation. Overall, a great experience and a wonderful place to stay.

My family and I had a great time. The condo was perfect. It had everything we needed to enjoy our trip. It's really close to Disney and short drive to Universal studies. The condo is also located near many shops, grocery stores, and restaurants. It felt very secure and safe because it's in a gated community. The host was also very accommodating and responded quickly to messages on the VRBO app. Thank you for sharing your place with our family. Next time we are in Florida, we are going to try and book this condo again.

The unit and property overall were great for our family....Mom, Dad, 12yr old, and 5 yr old. The unit itself was clean, spacious, and could have easily accommodated a bigger party. Our son loved the X-Box. The Master bed was great. The unit has everything you would need. The stroller was a big save for us, as were some pool toys. So no real need to pack much extra items from home. Note, both bedrooms and laundry are upstairs and this is more of a townhouse design than a condo design.
The property and clubhouse and pool were clean, safe, and not too crowded our time of year (Nov.) Big hot tub. Slides are nice. We did enjoy the game room and the onsite shop and deli. The covered sitting area at the clubhouse is nice just to chill and has tables for eating, hanging out, waiting out rain/heat/lighting.
We had some unique circumstances (Hurricane Nicole being one!) with our stay that the owner communicated with clearly and timely. I can tell you the unit is definitely sustainable to high winds and mostly free from large trees and other items which could blow in LOL. The check-in process at the gatehouse is not great so give yourselves a little extra time and patience and make sure you have all your reservation details, phone numbers, app messages, etc. I will say the Gatehouse is focused on security, which is a good thing. Please be careful not to display your visitor pass on the dash of your car facing up, as the address and your name are printed on the pass. Oh, and please bring ponchos to replenish what we used during the Hurricane LOL.

The property was everything you could want for travel with kids. They had strollers, pack and play, guard rails for beds and safety fences for pool as well as gates for stairs and to separate the kitchen as well as a high chair. The water slides and pools are added bonuses. Very close to Disney parks. The only complaint we had was a minor one which is the beds are very very soft but honestly the bonuses of the property are a lot more impressive. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Great Unit in a Great Location
My family loves coming to Disney and we have chosen the Windsor Hills housing community for a number of years now. The location and amenities are unbeatable. This was our first time staying in this particular unit, but absolutely would stay again. We usually travel with extended family, but we decided to make it just the four of us for this trip. We opted to get a "smaller" 3BR townhouse instead of a standalone home. This had more than enough space for our needs. In fact, because the kids chose to stay in the same room, we never even used the third bedroom that was located on the main floor.
The pool was ample for smaller children and the house was stocked as it said it would be in the description with one exception. The description stated that there would be an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and there were none, but that is not something I come to expect in rentals like these anyway.
The location is not only ideal for getting to any of the Disney properties in 10-15 minutes, but within 5-10 minutes of any stores you may need to visit during your trip. We frequent the target about 10 minutes away, but for the Walmart crowd, that is right up the street from the front gate.
It is hard to go wrong with any of the units located in Windsor Hills, this unit was no exception.

I can't believe how amazing this property was. Let's start with an extremely attentive host who responded quickly every time but also with labeled light switches, detailed instructions on how to work the tv. Plus smart tvs were amazing for us. We stayed 2 weeks and my kids were so comfortable and asked if we could buy the place haha! The beds, particularly the master were cloud like and I slept like a baby. The heated pool right outside our door was just perfect for us. Oh and the house literally had everything you could think of at the tips of your fingers. My kids aren't used to twins... looked in the closet and ta da bed rails! And a 3rd fold up mattress to put on the floor in case they fell out. 10/10 would stay here again

We had a great week-long stay at this townhouse. We'd stayed in Windsor Hills before and loved the safe feel of the gated community, community pool is amazing, ease of getting to/from parks is awesome (maybe 15-20 min or less drive to any of the parking areas for disney parks, prob a 20-25 min drive home in the evening simply because of the traffic on the main road). The unit itself was great to come back to every day. Felt very clean upon entering, rooms decorated super cute, kitchen well stocked for cooking, plenty of linens including pool towels, comfy beds. Super great for kids (and one of the main reasons we chose this townhouse) - strollers available to use, bed rails, pack n play, high chair, mounted gate at top of stairs, kids plates and "silverware", even a baby monitor (which we didn't find til our last night cuz we'd brought our own anyways - still a nice perk if we hadn't had one). Pool was great - kind of small but perfect size for toddlers to play in and adults to float around in. Originally picked unit because I thought it was south facing for sunshine but then found out it wasn't - didn't matter because being on the corner unit meant there was decent sunshine at almost all times of the day. Pool alarm on the door was reassuring with two kids under 5 as well. The "little things" added to it - hair dryer, toothbrush holder by sink, starter items like toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry soap, etc. (you will need to buy more but if you're coming in late, it's nice to know those things are there until you can get more!). If I haven't gushed enough... I think the most important part of it all was that the homeowner was responsive - and within a short timeframe too. I had to contact for a couple things during our stay (questions, guest visitors, etc.) and homeowner got back to me right away. Would definitely try to stay here again for our next visit!

This was a great property. It was as advertised. It was clean and offered a nice space. The pool heat included in rental was a bonus. The location was perfect - close to Disney (maybe 10 minutes) but also the proximity to Walmart, literally dozens and dozens of restaurants and other shops was great. Due to COVID, we were not really comfortable eating out and found great carry out options that made everyone happy. Some of the furnishings may be a little dated but that has no impact on our enjoyment of the property. Owner was very nice and responded promptly and helpfully when we thought we had an issue (but we didn't). Pool area was a little busy, but welcome to Florida. My only tip is that a small step stool would have been great in the kitchen. Many of the shelves are quite high - my husband could reach but I couldn't reach much above the bottom shelf.

We stayed for our second time and were just a happy. A slight hiccup occurred upon check in but the owner fixed it in lightening time and with such grace— which means a lot more to me than hiccups happening. She went above and beyond to help us celebrate a special trip. The house has everything- even a life jacket for our 4 year old to swim. I would recommend anyone looking for a comfortable, safe, place to stay close to Disney to check out this property.

We had a great time! The house was well decorated and supplied. We did have to buy more trash bags and toilet paper, but we knew that going in. Everything was great and VERY well equipped for children from pool toys to gates, high chair, etc. Cannot wait to return!

Great communication to start with but when we showed up I didn’t know there was an alarm on the back door and we had to listen to it blaring for 10-15mins. The set up and decor was very nice. I had a hard time sleeping in the queen bed the whole time because the mattress sags into the center. The very next morning some tv repair guys had to come while we were all still in bed sleeping after a long trip. We enjoyed the pool and house quite a bit. The TVs hardly worked at all the whole 10 days though, which really sucked. I also didn’t have enough of a wifi signal to load this app or web page so I wasn’t getting any of the hosts responses on how to remedy the issue. W/D worked great, showers were decent but low water pressure downstairs. Pool guy came by and said chemicals wereGood so that was reassuring. Kids absolutely loved the pool and the color changing lights. There must have been a cat staying there prior because the upstairs bathroom smeltLike kitty litter and my sons and my allergies flared up pretty bad. Which also made sleeping hard and almost kept us from going to Disney one day. Checkout was simple. The real issue was after we left. We did a decent job tidying up, about the same as is respectful in a hotel. Dishes were washed, dirty towels collected, items returned to original spots. Only we got a bill for over $200 claiming the hand towels and dinner Napkins were stained, a napkin holder was missing, and all would need to be replaced. Only some simple stain remover would have worked and the napkin holder was surely in a kitchen drawer or such... isn’t some basic wear on items expected? I’ve never had a hotel charge me for staining a bathroom towel... and there are cleaning fees included in the price. Which we also got charged extra for... just extraneous. Liked the community, but will be staying in a different unit or elsewhere in The future.
