This villa has stunning views of the sea and marina with lots to watch with the comings and goings of the water taxi, yachts, catamarans and a yellow submarine! ! Spotlessly clean with everything you would need for a comfortable stay.

This is our 2nd visit to Casa Jean. Everything was as lovely as we remembered it to be. So lovely clean and welcoming when we arrived. Much appreciated the welcome pack. Very comfortable furniture. The view from inside and out is wonderful. Loved watching the boats on the water. Used the local restaurants and bars, all very good. Went on the ferry to Puerto del Carmen. Brilliant. The villa can not be faulted, everything you need and a great location. We were made to feel very welcome by the local host and the overall communication was amazing. Staying here is a must, you won’t be disappointed.

Excellent location, excellent facilities, no need for commission, but was there if we had needed to. So happy, we have booked 3 weeks this summer, that should say it all!

Villa was spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything you would need including sky/UK/International channels. View was amazing and lots of activity in the harbour and at sea to look at and due to location lovely breeze but for when really hot. Management was excellent and booking safe and easy. Thank you

Fabulous Perfect

This Apartment is ideally situated within a ten minute walk to all the restaurants and shops in Puerto Calero so no worries about drink driving etc. The facilities in the apartment are excellent and the view over the harbour and the sea is wonderful. The owner was very easy to communicate with and answered any of our queries promptly.

thoroughly enjoyed the holiday and property (brillant views) would like to return as soon as possible. Well looked after by Gill, helpful but not obtrusive.

Beautiful villa with lovely ocean and marina view’s especially from upstairs balcony, villa inside and pool area spotless and all furniture in good condition and comfortable. Only a short walk to marina with some nice restaurants and shops. Overall a really great stay and would definitely think of returning in the future

My 2 friends and I had the most amazing time. It was so peaceful and relaxing. Amazing views, villa had everything we needed and more. Fantastic bars and restaurants. Can't wait to return.

We love Calero having been over a dozen times in the last 20 years and our only regret is not finding Casa Jean earlier. We knew that the location and sea views would be perfect but what we did not expect was the well thought out design , equipment levels and the extensive support from the owner Teresa and her housekeeper Nikki. From the moment we booked communication was excellent and a few days before arrival we received comprehensive details of how to enter the property , local support suggestions if required from the airport and contact details for Nikki who lives locally for any support required. Upon arrival we found a large welcome pack of food essentials and even a bottle of wine which was unexpected for our short stay but shows that the owner really cares for her guests. Casa Jean was clean with hand sanitiser bottles provided and the towels and bedding had that freshly laundered fragrance. The kitchen was very well equipped and the garage contained lots of extras you would not expect for guests use ....... Fishing rod , Golf clubs , Snorkels and Flippers and plenty of inflatables for the pool. If you know Lanzarote it can be windy and you you do have a sandy dust blowing onto external areas on occasions which has been mentioned on a couple of reviews as if the outside pool area and patios had not been cleaned but we can assure future guests it was spotless on arrival and is not an issue to keep on top of yourselves if required during your stay. We will definitely use Casa Jean again but you can see why availability is not always available as I imagine once you have stayed here once you would rebook at your earliest opportunity. Thank you Teresa and Nikki for a great few days.

my first impression came when i saw old fashioned crumpled bedding and when i stripped the beds at the end of our stay there were blood stains on the duvets. The rug in the main room had a long pile and it was covered in long hairs and other unpleasantries. There was dust on the sofa when I moved the cushions infact dust everywhere. The whole villa needs an upgrade, the information pack had very little in it not even an emergency number. There was no information re public transport and the little shop was a fair walk away for water etc. Puerto Calero is a lovely little port but don't go without a car. Very sad to say I could not recommend this villa in its present state

Nice clean villa, well equipped in a beautiful position . Had all we need and we enjoyed a lovely holiday.

Casa Jean is a lovely apartment, with fantastic views from upstairs and the pool area. We had the patio door open every night and fell asleep to the gentle waves of the ocean. Day time there was always something to watch on the water. Inside the apartment was clean and I could always smell cleaned washed sheets. It’s a real homely apartment and had everything you could want, including a lovely bottle of bubbly as part of the welcome pack. We even had some hot days in February which encouraged us to use the pool, although it was quite bracing. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful stay at Casa Jean, very comfortable, the view towards the marina is hard to beat, and the swimming pool is the perfect size to cool down after a day's sunbathing on the terrace

Very beautiful spot because of stunning views throughout the day. We could not get enough of it! Spacious villa is well equipped. One remark about the kitchen: it needs renovation. Small grocery shop at walking distance. We hired electrical bikes which allowed us to experience the surrounding area, even Timanfaya. From the villa you can walk alongside the coast from Puerto Calero to Puerto Carmen. Again with awesome views! The host is very accommodating. We had a wonderful time!

This villa is in a fabulous location on the seafront and it very well equipped. I loved that there was a set of golf clubs left in the garage for guests to use. We are back in Puerto Calero in February 2022. We would very happily stay here again had it been available. Also, we were left a few provisions such as tea, coffee, milk, bread, wine, butter, jam which was a nice touch.

A Great property in a brilliant location. Extremely comfortable and convenient for restaurants and the buzz of the marina - yet quiet and peaceful. Stunning views from the patio.

Second time around in this villa. Clean and tidy and ready for us to go in on time. Teresa and Nikki very helpful before and during our time there. A lovely peaceful holiday after what has felt like a very long time, looking forward to visiting again.

Clean, tidy, all amenities available. This property was excellent could not fault it. From inside to the pool area was fantastic wanted to rebook for August but dates unavailable so have to be quick to book this Gem of a property. Nick who looks after the property is a lovely woman who doesn't hesitate to help you. Fantasic stay and will book and be back again. Thank you for our stay

The villa had absolutely everything we needed. The views were amazing. Lovely to have a welcome pack. Nice comfy bed. Short walk to the marina. We were lucky enough to have brilliant weather so was glad to have a pool to cool off in. Will definitely look to book this villa again when we return.

We have stayed at another property in this residencia for several years and have had fantastic holidays but this was unavailable for our dates unfortunately. First impressions on entering were ok. However when we went upstairs to our ensuite it was fairly shabby and was not particularly clean ( hairs in corners, grimy shower tiles ). There was a strange smell in the bedroom similar to the smell opf marzipan? Due to the Calima there was a great deal of dust/sand which was understandable. However by the Tuesday the caretaker had not called to assist in clearing up the mess outside ( a note was left on Monday when we were out).I had to wash down all the furniture and patio area which took a considerable amount of time. Generally the villa has an unloved air aboutit. There were light bulbs missing in the bathroom, ripped sun awning, mildew in the bathrooms. There were MANY ants in the kitchen due to an open sugar cannister. Again I had to disinfect the kitchen benches etc. Unfortunately the worst experience was yet to manifest itself. I received several "mosquito " bites after my fourth night, even though I am NEVER bitten by mosquitos. My partner was bitten also, but his bites were totally different to mine. When I got up on the day of departure I noticed blood spots all over the bed sheet near where my feet would rest. I had no cuts or blisters. On the plane I noticed several more itchy bites and these increased rapidly at home. These were diagnosed as bed bug bites!!! I was distraught and since have had to deep clean our bedroom in case they had travelled back in our cases. The fact there were bed bugs now explains the almond smell in the villa bedroom as this is their faeces and casts deteriorating on the mattress and pillows.. This has been a most distressing experience for us both. I would welcome your feedback on this. Photographic evidence can be provided re the standard of cleanliness etc if required. It was a really dispiriting stay for all of us. Thank you Donna Smith

We very much enjoyed our stay at Casa Jean. The position was great, always something interesting to watch in the marina. Also good restaurants nearby. Only criticism is it needs an update inside
