Das Hotel werden wir empfehlen

Villa Lucija befindet sich in 10 min Fahrt vom nationalen Park. Die Lage ist ruhig und bietet komfortables Zimmer. Daneben ist ein gemütliches Restaurant, wo auch das Frühstück serviert wird. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Very good location, nice host, home made breakfast, quite and peaceful stay

We took this guest house just because we needed a place to stay overnight to get early and get directly into Plitvice lakes. The room was new, comfortable, enough of size. Very quiet space to sleep, nice shower, good view from window, parking just in front of the house. Host offered some tips and tricks for Plitvice lakes, also some sightseeing points in the evening before. We also took breakfast as extra option in the morning. Almost everything was home made by host, nice pancakes, baked bread with egg, all sweet things. Very tasty. Recommended option to take as an extra thing. The place in general is very goo and close to Plitvice Entrance 1 or 2. If ever needed to come back, would take it again.

Great location, easy access to the national park, lovely host.

This place is all about the location to the national park and it did not disappoint. Very spacious. Two bedrooms, so worked well for our family. The accomodation was as advertised.

The access road was a bit of a challenge for us, the reason, just not used to having to navigate narrow roads and stopping to let other cars pass. The locals just seem to zip by at speed without thought, but we got used to it. If this place had airconditioning we would have rated a ten. When open the windows gave a good breeze, however as evening descended needed to close them because there were no fly screens to keep out the mosquitoes.

Fantastisch

De ontvangst door de eigenaresse was hartelijk en welkom. De kamers zijn fris, schoon en modern. Naast de b&b kun je een hapje eten in hun restaurant. Het was heerlijk en smaakvol. Het ontbijt de volgende ochtend was uitzonderlijk. Vers gebakken pannenkoeken, wentelteefjes en home made cakes. Deze accommodatie is echt een aanrader!

Krásné ubytování v klidné lokalitě, v blízkosti vyhlídek na velký vodopád. Vstřícní a milí majitelé s rodinnou restaurací 20 m od ubytování.

tolles bequemes Bett, super Raumaufteilung, viel Stauraum in den Schränken, großes TV

keine Moskitonetze in den Fenstern, fehlende Aufhängmöglichkeiten für Handtücher ect., ein paar Haken an den Wänden würden schon reichen...waren aber nicht da, sehr hellhörig, die Leute in der Wohnung unter uns machten 2 Abende lang richtig Krach bis nach Mitternacht, bis zu den Nationalparkeingängen sind es 10 bzw. 13 km über die Straße, nicht mal eben gut mit dem Rad zu machen, weil extreme Steigungen in beide Richtungen vorhanden, so hatten wir ein unerwartetes Fahrrad- Workout vor der Wanderung im Park.....

Csodálatos helyen lévő, nagyon modern, tiszta apartman.

Csodálatos helyen a Plitvicei vízesés fenti részének közelében, a hegytetőn található a szállás. A legmodernebb szaniterekkel, bútorokkal és más szükséges tárgyakkal, remek ízléssel, praktikusan berendezett szobát kaptunk. Sajnos csak 1 éjszakát töltöttünk ott. Arra számítani kell, hogy üzletek, éttermek csak gépkocsival megközelíthető helyen vannak. A természet közelsége szinte tapintható, ugyanakkor minden kényelem rendelkezésre áll.

Clean apartment. Free parking. And served my purpose of visiting Plitvice lakes National Park entrance 1 which was a short drive of 12 mins. Ana, the host, was extremely warm, kind and helpful. She shared information of how to visit Plitvice lakes.

Достаточно просторные апартаменты с двумя спальнями на партере двухуровневого домика расположенного на живописном склоне горы в пяти минутах езды от входа #1 в Парк Плитвицкие Озёра. Легко нашли место, хозяйка ждала на месте, была очень приветливая и милая. Очень чисто и уютно, в достаточном количестве посуда, приборы, моющие, постельное, полотенца и пр. Оборудованы места, где можно вечером посидеть, детям поиграть, для желающих вокруг сумасшедше красивые места для прогулок. Ближайший магазин в 2 км, но с учётом, что вы находитесь на горе пешком добраться сложновато, поэтому если хотите готовить лучше посетите магазин заранее (он как раз перед въездом на гору). А в целом в этом нет необходимости, хозяйке принадлежит ресторанчик тут же в 30м, относительно недорого и вкусно.

Къщата се намира в непосредствена близост до езерата . Домакините за много гостоприемни ,отзивчиви и любезни,дадоха ни насоки и за посещение на парка и езерата. Ползвахме апартамент,който ни представи голяма и удобна кухня и две двойни стаи в къщата,чистотата и удобството бяха на много високо ниво. Препоръчнам тяхното гостоприемство!

The perfect location to visit the park

We stayed one night, the time for us to visit Plitvice park. It was perfect! Whish we could have stayed longer. The apartment is big, great for a family with 2 children, surrounded by a green garden. Very bright and clean. The restaurant is closed (it only opens from June to September) but they are some.10min drive away. We had our breakfast on the spot though, and it was delicious.

Peaceful Mountain Stay

Friendly host and hostess. Ana responds all messages super fast even in her late hours. The property is only 2km drive from a short trail that takes you to the view of the big fall. She also recommended the best restaurant that served the one of the top two meals of our trip in Croatia. The room is clean with Mountain View from the small balcony. Super peaceful place. The unit we booked is a room with one king size bed and one single bed, on-suite bath and washroom. Electric water Kettle is supplied, bring your own coffee or any drinks.

I’d more prefer firm mattresses.

Cute guest house near the National Park

Very nice and cozy little property close to Plitvice with parking. The lady who owns it was very kind and helpful - she showed us where to go to see an above view of the falls. Updated rooms.

Road to get to property is a little tight and windy.

Friendly and comfy! Food great!

Nice family run facility. Very friendly. The host also runs the restaurant next door. The dinner and breakfast was sooo good. You can tell they work extra hard to make it accommodating. Ana goes the extra mile. Loved the local interaction. Would love to come again

Thanks for a great stay

Villa Licija is a truly beautiful place, very well kept, clean and the building is new, the mini apartment is equipped with everything you need, the breakfast is truly varied and plentiful, the location is convenient to restaurants and above all very close to Pitvice park, the value for money is excellent. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the owner was a very kind person.

Idealer Ausgangsort für einen Besuch der Plitvicer Seen

Die Villa Lucija lag landschaftlich sehr schön und war in ca. 12 km Entfernung zum Haupteingang des Nationalparks Plitvicer Seen. Von ihr aus konnte man auch weitere Ausflüge in die nähere Umgebung machen. Von der Besitzerin bekamen wir wertvolle Hinweise zum Besuch des Nationalparkes. Unmittelbar daneben befand sich ein kleines, aber sehr gutes Restaurant, wo man das Abendessen einnehmen konnte.

In der neuen und sehr modernen Dusche waren die Fußbodenfliesen extrem glatt...Das bedeutete Rutschgefahr!

You need a car to access the facilities but it's highly recommended to do so to access the lakes and explore the gems around it
