Small room, especially small bathroom/bad shower

Smelled and very noisy.

No juice or any type of protein at breakfast. Shower, no tub, was good but very tight and old.

BED WAS COMFORTABLE AND BREAKFAST WAS GOOD

NOT HANDICAP ACCESSABLE -- STOOL TOO LOW AND NOTHING TO USE TO PULL UP OFF IT

Room was right by lobby, breakfast was loud. Sounded like people were right ioutside my door

Location good - right off freeway. Room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Staff was very friendly, breakfast was good - had hot food. Will return.

I booked a king bed suite non smoking which is what I paid for when I got there the man at the desk said all he had was smoking rooms I declined to stay. finally he came up with a non smoking double bed. when got in the room the tv wasn’t working. I went back and told him. he said he knew the tv didn’t work nothing he could do but he did give me a non smoking room. I told him I wanted my money back. he said I would have to call Booking.com. I said I will do that that wasn’t staying here. he then said wait a minute I have a non smoking room on the second floor if your interested. we took the room. the room was what we actually paid for, king bed suit, however it was not very clean. the bathroom and batub had hair in it. wash clothes were dirty. by then we were so tired we just kept room and didn’t say anything. worse experience we have ever had. as a matter of fact we decided not to ever go through Booking.com anymore on our travels because you guys gave them a very good rating that’s why we stayed there

did not like anything about this property. Booking.com gave it a very good rating. I have booked with booking. com for 40 years but I will never book will y’all anymore. this is the worse place we have ever stayed and y’all gave it a very good rating.

the breakfast was excellent especially the belgian waffles. Also the first place where the room heating/AC was very quiet that I could sleep.

Clean, up to date

Someone, I assume the cleaning staff, opened our door at 8:30 in the morning. We were still in bed. No apologies were offered. Also, the toilet shifted.

Main floor location. Quiet hotel. Close to everything. Breakfast was adequate.

Key cards were deactivated by housekeeping, so I had to go to the desk to get them reactivated. Had to ask for shampoo, more hand towels, and wash cloths. Had to ask to borrow the hair dryer.

I didn't like that the bedding had dog hair on it and the room was smelly.
