das perosnal war zumindest bemüht

wir hatten die deluxe suite, alleridngs war der balkon im prinzip nicht nutzbar und hatte keine schöne ausssicht. zustand vom zimmer war schon ziemlich in die jahre gekommen und nicht gut in stand gehalten. zu dem preis auf jeden fall nicht angemessen. beim check-in fehlte im zimmer handtücher etc. am zweiten tag wurde erst nach zweimaliger aufforderung das zimmer gemacht und auch dann wurde das sowieso knapp bemessene toilettenpapier vergessen aufzufüllen, alleridngs auf nachfrage hoch gebracht.

Was a beautiful stay and well worth every penny spent.

The location was stunning. We got to see a bit of the mountain range on clear mornings. The breakfast was decent and filling. We enjoyed the views.

No complaints except there could have been a bit more variety in the food selection for breakfast.

it was a disaster selecting this hotel through booking.com.

liked nothing at the hotel

everything at the hotel was wrong. Free pick up and drop was mentioned as complimentary, however, there was no one at the airport to pick us up. carpet was dirty and bathroom pots were stained indicating the poor cleanliness. Breakfast options were limited with poor servings so much so that tea were served in glass due to non availability of cups. Staffs were completely non cooperative and unprofessional. Geyser of the hotel wasn't working which switch us off leading to change the hotel to save the ruined family vacation. This was the feedback of all the guests i met during our stay of a single day.

Very good

Loved the hotel for its location. 5 mins walk to the lake and main market. Nice view from swimming pool area

breakfast was average in spread and taste. Had to ask for refills multiple times.

Disappointing

It was probably a very good hotel years ago, what they need to do is review everything in each room (stayed their twice) and things are broken , not working or simply not maintained.

Room size Location

I needed to ask three times to arrange our airport pick up that was included in room rate; the driver did not help us with our luggage, staff cold and unwelcoming, the hotel in general is badly mantained and very dirty, especially the bathroom; the towels were old and stained, used (half-full) toiletries, old and broken furniture, dirty and smelly elevator carpet, breakfast revolting (we tried it only the first morning and then had our breakfast in a nearby restaurant). On our 3rd out of 4 days stay our room was not cleaned at all, we had to buy water and toilet paper. The pool area is small, the pool water dirty and badly maintained. It's not at all as it looks on the photos and it's NOT an infinity pool! All in all, too bad as it has lots of potential given its location and the premises. No idea about the spa as I was too disappointed with the rest I didn't even want to give it a chance and give them a cent more than the accommodation cost. Hope they improve, for the moment - to be avoided.

The massage at the spa was fantastic and the room was pretty nice

There was no warm water for the shower and no towels were provided, we had to ask twice for them to come. Also when we arrived in the room there were no pillow cases.

Fair experience

Location of the hotel.

Food services and room AC and Laundry. AC was leaking water which was very annoying during night sleep. Hotel arranged AC repair techincian but not much help due to system leak. We had to spend our stay without AC. Otherwise everything was good.

Good stay for little money with great view but annoying electric „concep“.

Location and Price was very good. the view on the mountains from the pool is awesome. The rooms look like on the pictures.

The electricity in the room (light, fridge, power plugs, etc.) were only working for ca. one hour, afterwards the access card must be removed from the slot and re-insert. Hence, during sleeping no electronic devices were charged, a/c does not work, light does not work on the way to the bath room, etc. Further, the pictures of the pool don’t show the security wall around the pool, hence it is no infinity pool like indicated on the pictures. The bed was rather uncomfortable, at it had something hard in the middle.
