Welcome to our "House StrandGut"!
We bought our holiday home in 2017 and have renovated and beautified it in 2018 so that we ourselves, but especially our guests can feel really comfortable. You will find a home for yourself and the whole family.
We would be happy to welcome you as our guests in our second season 2019!
"Haus StrandGut" has one of the largest plots (375 sqm) in the extensive holiday park "Strandslag". The fenced garden invites you to play games for little and big people! On the invisible, wind-protected and south-facing terrace, the first morning coffee can be enjoyed in the sun while still in a pajamas - in the evening, the terrace invites you to a cozy end to a beautiful day's holiday. For the barbecue, a Weber grill is available to our guests. The park's playground and sports field is especially popular with children. Many friendships have already developed here.
The holiday home itself has a very large, open to the roof living room, which merges into the kitchen area. The kitchen is modern and has an oven, microwave and a very easy to use gas stove with four burners. In the sufficiently available kitchen cabinets you will find everything you need for cooking and eating.
The 3 bedrooms (2 upstairs, 1 downstairs) are decorated in white and light gray tones and each have 2 beds. The bathroom and the separate toilet can be found on the ground floor and are equipped with new washbasins. The bathroom is very spacious and equipped with a modern Grohe shower head.
In summer you will enjoy the miles of sandy beaches and the North Sea, only 300 meters away. In the cold and stormy season, the fireplace offers a cozy and cozy atmosphere, which you will enjoy after a day of fresh sea air. In spring you will be amazed by the tulip splendor in the direct neighborhood and the excursion possibilities (also by bicycle)!
Julianadorp aan Zee is located in North Holland and is z. B. from Dusseldorf in less than 3 hours. Alkmaar, Amsterdam or a trip to the island of Texel from Den Helder (10 minutes from Julianadorp) are ideal for day trips.
By the way, Julianadorp has the most hours of sunshine in all of the Netherlands!

Alles vorhanden für einen tollen Urlaub
Super Garten zum Fußball spielen.
Tagsüber waren wir unterwegs, meistens am Strand.
Morgens und Abends habe wir oft die schöne Terrasse genutzt.
Im Haus hat es uns an nichts gefehlt.

Der Kontakt mit der Familie W. war sehr angenehm. Das Haus und der Garten sind sehr gemütlich und das Haus ist in einer sehr guten Lage zum Strand. Wir hatte einen super Urlaub und würden wieder kommen!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit im Haus Strandgut. Das Haus und insbesondere auch die Küche sind sehr gut ausgestattet, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Kommunikation mit Familie Wiemer war super, super schnell, freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Also alles wunderbar!

Toller Aufenthalt
Da wir das erste Mal überhaupt in den NL waren, hat uns Alles sehr gut gefallen. Die Anlage, das Ferienhaus,
die Lage des Ferienhauses, es war sehr ruhig dort.
Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr gut und sehr freundlich.
Der Strand ist gut zu erreichen. Alles top.

Sehr schönes liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus. Es war sauber und die Ausstattung war schön. Alles,was man braucht,war vorhanden. . PKW-Stellplatz auf dem Grundstück war Spitze. Die WLAN-Verbindung ist gut, Lage — Ausstattung — Preisverhältnis — alles alles TOP. Wir haben uns bei der Begrüßung sehr willkommen gefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Gemütlich-romantisches Häusschen
Wir haben den Aufenthalt im mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichteten Häuschen sehr genossen. Die Lage und auch die Einrichtung haben uns wirklich sehr gefallen. In kurzer Zeit (ca. 12 min) ist man am Strand und kann bei endlosen Spaziergängen Muscheln, Seesterne und Seeschnecken sammeln und abends den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Wir haben auch viel gekocht und die sehr gut eingerichtete Küchen voll ausgekostet.
Alles in allem können wir das Häuschen nur jedem ans Herz legen und hoffen selbst bald wieder zurück zu kehren und ein paar entspannte Tag zu verbringen.

Niet verkregen wat verwacht werd.
Na het boeken waren wij verheugd om naar de bungalow toe te gaan.
Echter bij aankomst viel de bungalow al tegen. De beloofde 2 badkamers zijn er gewoon niet. Er was maar 1 badkamer en maar 1 toilet. Wij waren daar met 2 stellen en het was fijn geweest om allebei je eigen badkamer te hebben, zoals beloofd in de advertentie.
S'avonds bleek dat er ook geen Nederlandse televisiezenders te ontvangen zijn. Dit valt erg tegen als je van Nederlands voetbal houdt en zeker als je gewoon in Nederland bent????
De keuken in het huisje had wel schoner moeten zijn, de oven en het gasfornuis en de afzuigkap waren niet schoon.
De inrichting is wel aan vernieuwing toe.
Gelukkig zat het weer mee en waren we vaak buiten.

Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, es ist alles vorhanden was du für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigst. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern klappt prima und ist sehr unkompliziert.

Haus und Anlage wie beschrieben. Der kurze Weg zum Strand ist optimal mit Kindern zu bewerkstelligen. Julianadorp selber ist etwas bieder, da bieten andere Strandorte etwas mehr.

Ideal für Familien mit kleinen Kindern. Sehr sauber, fußläufig zum Strand und tolle Ausstattung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Alles bestens
Sauberes Haus in guter, ruhiger Lage in einer abgeriegelten Siedlung von Ferienhäusern. Der Garten ist gepflegt und sichtgeschützt zu den Nachbarn. Die Raumaufteilung ist perfekt (zwei große Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten oben). Verbrauchsmaterialien (Klopapier, Spülmaschinentabs) waren bei Ankunft leider komplett leer.

Erholsamer Urlaub in angenehmer Unterkunft
Ein sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus, die Lage im Ferienhauspark ist ruhig, obwohl das Haus (wie fast alle anderen auch) direkt an der „Hauptstraße“ des Parks liegt (hier fahren nur die Ferienhausbewohner sehr langsam vorbei), die Küche ist tiptop eingerichtet und ausgestattet, ein großes Badezimmer, also wirklich zu empfehlen. Wir waren zu viert in diesem Haus, bei insgesamt 6 vollwertigen Betten in 3 Schlafzimmern (2 oben, 1 unten). Gerne wieder!

Nettes Haus
Wir haben eine Woche in dem Ferienhaus verbracht, es ist ein typisches Ferienhaus in einer Anlage. Dies war das einzige Haus das drei Schlafzimmer hatte mit Doppelbetten, auf denen konnte man auch gut schlafen. In der Küche hat es auch an nichts gefehlt. Zum Meer sind es mit kleinen Kindern etwa 10-15 min zu Fuß. Ein Parkplatz gibt es direkt vor der Tür, das zweite Auto kann vor der Anlage kostenfrei geparkt werden. Die Brötchen in der Anlage selbst sind nicht zu empfehlen, da kann man auch lieber selbst Brötchen zum aufbacken kaufen.

Bungalow Siedlung Strandslag
Das Objekt liegt in einem übersichtlichen und sehr sauberen Bungalowpark. Es gibt einen schönen Spielplatz mit Seilbahn und einem Floß (bei den Kindern sehr beliebt). Außerdem kann man sich Gokarts ausleihen oder Minigolf spielen. Am Strand gibt es eine Surfschule, Highfive, diese ist auch sehr zu empfehlen. Das Haus Strandgut liegt sehr zentral im Park und ist sehr gepflegt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wir kommen wieder ;-)

Perfect mini break!
We had such a nice stay at this lovely house! Everything was clean, complete and well organized. Visited the beach multiple times as it was so close! We played midget golf in the park and had a nice bike ride through the dunes. Also enjoyed the sunny garden :-)

compleet en comfortabel huisje op loopafstand van het strand.
Fijne douche, complete keuken, ruime tuin, lekkere bedden, voldoende bergruimte voor kleding.
Wat we gemist hebben is Nederlandse televisie (alleen Duits aanwezig) en ruimte om boodschappen in de keuken op te ruimen. Alle kastjes zaten vol met serviesgoed, pannen en ander keukengerei.

Schöner Familienurlaub in Holland
- sehr schönes Haus, das liebevoll eingerichtet ist (Möbel und Deko :))
- keine Kleiderschränke in den Zimmern, aber ausreichend Platz für die Sachen in Kommoden und Schubladen unterm Bett
- Küche ist mit allen nötigen Utensilien ausgestattet; Geschirr in ausreichender Zahl vorhanden :), ein zweites, kleineres Sieb hätten wir gebrauchen können ;)
-Schränke im Bad bieten viel Platz zum Aufbewahren aller Artikel :)
- Wohn- / Essbereich für vier erwachsene Personen ideal und ausreichend Platz
- schöner Garten mit Tisch und Stühlen; haben wir leider gar nicht genutzt, da das Wetter nicht so toll war
- schön angelegter Park; Möglichkeit, bestellte Brötchen morgens im Minigolf-Restaurant zu holen, gut
- gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Ort
- schöner Strandabschnitt mit toller Strandbude (Paal 6)
- gute und zuverlässige Kommunikation mit den Vermietern
- Insgesamt haben wir eine sehr schöne und erholsame Woche in Julianadorp verbracht; wir werden wieder kommen

Schöner Urlaub in Juliandorp aan Zee im Haus Strandgut
Wir haben im September 2019 tolle 14 Tage Urlaub verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr nett eingerichtet, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Für Fragen standen Frau und Herr Wiemer immer schnell zur Verfügung, der Kontakt war sehr nett und sie haben sich bei Nachfragen sehr um umgehende Hilfe bemüht. Danke schön. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön, vor allem die Nähe zum Strand. Auch die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Tolles Ferienhaus
Liebe Frau Wiemer,
Das Ferienhaus „Haus StrandGut“ ist sehr schön, gemütlich eingerichtet und wir haben uns daher auch sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist wunderbar und es fehlt an nicht. Die komplette Anlage ist außerordentlich gepflegt und mit dem Spielplatz, dem Teich und den vielen Pfaden toll angelegt.
Wir haben auch die Spaziergänge am Strand, der gut zu Fuß zu erreichen ist, sehr genossen.
Die vielen Fahrradwege und die schöne Umgebung haben uns beeindruckt und zu vielen Ausflügen motiviert.

Sehr schönes Haus direkt am Meer!
Wir waren in der letzten Märzwoche im Haus Strandgut in Julianadorp zu Gast. Es war wunderschön, das Haus ist sehr liebevoll und stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Farben sind sehr schön und die Bilder an den Wänden wunderschön. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist sehr gut, besonders die Matratzen waren für rückengeplagte Büromenschen wie wir ein besonderes Plus. Meistens sind nach unserer Erfahrung gerade die Matratzen in Ferienhäuser ein Problem. Besonders schön an dem Haus ist aber auch seine Lage: Zu Fuß ist man in wenigen Minuten am schönen Strand. Die Anlage insgesamt ist sehr gepflegt.
Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin, Frau Wiemer, hat sehr gut geklappt. Wir werden sehr gerne wieder kommen!

Toller Urlaub
Wir hatten einen wunderschönen und erholsamen Kurzurlaub in Julianadorp aan Zee.
Das Ferienhaus ist einfach nur wunderschön! Mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt und sauber! Es fehlt an Nichts um einen tollen Urlaub zu haben. Der Weg zum Strand ist mit Kinderwagen super zu erreichen und höchstens 10-15 Minuten (je nachdem wie schnell man geht :-) ).
Ansonsten ist die Anlage sehr ruhig.
Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern ist sehr herzlich gewesen.
Wir kommen gerne wieder!
