About this apartment rental
This apartment is located on the ground floor in a beautiful holiday complex in Hamburg Marienthal, nestled by the Wandsbek forest.
In addition to two bedrooms, each with 2 box spring beds and direct access to the respective terraces, the apartment has a large living room with dining area and open kitchen, incl. GS and a large bathroom with 2 sinks, toilet and large shower.
The shopping street Wandsbeker Markt can be reached in 3 minutes. In addition to the subway station and the bus station, you will also find numerous shops, cafes, restaurants and shops, etc. a. the Quarree shopping center.
Doctors and the hospital are also in the area.
The apartment was newly renovated and beautifully equipped.

We hadden een fijn verblijf, modern en net appartement. Prima locatie, vlak bij metro en busstation. Wij vinden dat er te weinig serviesgoed aanwezig was, er waren bijvoorbeeld geen wijnglazen.

Ich würde jederzeit wieder in dieser Ferienwohnung meinen Urlaub in Hamburg verbringen und jedem weiterempfehlen!
Der CheckIn ist sehr unkompliziert, auch der Kontakt zum Vermieter sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist top, 5 Minuten zu Fuß zur U-Bahn, und von dort aus eine direkte Verbindung zum Hbf (weniger als 10 Minuten Fahrt).
Man hat alles in der Nähe, was man braucht (Restaurants, Bäcker, Aldi, ...)
Wohnung ist sehr sauber, alles genau wie in der Anzeige beschrieben.
Nur die Lüftung im Bad ist etwas überfordert (es gibt hier kein Fenster), wenn 4 Personen hintereinander duschen. Dazu muss man sagen, dass ich mit 3 Mädels (im Alter von 17-28) unterwegs war, die bei gefühlt 50°C jeweils 30 Minuten duschen :-D

Schöne Wohnung perfekt für 4 Personen
Die ebenerdige Wohnung ist gemütlich und es ist alles vorhanden und sauber. Das fensterlose Bad ist groß und neuwertig, aber leider hat es ein Feuchtigkeitsproblem, das Abluftsystem ist zu schwach. Die kleine Innenhof Terrasse mit Tische und Stühle war sehr ruhig, aber etwas ungepflegt. Wir würden diese Wohnung wieder buchen.

Leider musste ich sehr kurzfristig unsere Reise absagen, weil meine Tochter ins Krankenhaus kam.
Daher kann ich nichts über die Ferienwohnung sagen.
Frau Coersten allerdings kann ich bewerten. Sie war sehr freundlich und verständnisvoll.
Mit ganz lieben Worten hat sie mich sogar beruhigt, da ich total aufgewühlt durch die Situation war.
Ich kann volle Punkte geben für die Freundlichkeit!!!
Wir hoffen sehr, daß wir unsere Reise ein anderes Mal machen können und dann möchten wir unbedingt bei Frau Coersten wieder buchen.

Toller Städteurlaub in Hamburg
Es war alles im ganzen echt gut und eine schöne Wohnung welche zu viert total ausreichend ist.
Die Schlüsselübergabe war ein bissel verwirrend was halt der Corona Situation geschuldet ist.
Wo die Kominikation immer ein bissel auf der Strecke belibt.
Aber es war eine schöne Zeit in Hamburg

Geräumig, gut gelegen
Die Wohnung in Wandsbek ist ideal, wenn man mit U-Bahn oder S-Bahn in dies Stadt fahren und sich Parkplatzsuchen sparen möchte (an der Wohnung ist die Parksituation auf öffentlichen Stellflächen sehr gut gewesen).
Die Wohnung war insgesamt gut gepflegt. Die Feuchtigkeit im (fensterlosen) Badezimmer ist allerdings ein Problem (auch an der Decke sichtbar). Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind mit in Breite und (weniger) Härte zufriedenstellenden Einzelbetten ausgestattet; Ablagemöglichkeiten sind allerdings begrenzt (nur ein Nachttisch - in einem Raum defekt - und ein stummer Diener pro Zimmer). Küche und Wohnzimmer sind stylisch, geräumig und tragen zu einem gemütlichen Aufenthalt bei (das Geschirr in Ordnung, punktuell war eine Vorreinigung vor Gebrauch leider nötig).
Da das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für Hamburg ganz gut erscheint, würde ich als Schulnote eine 2- für die Wohnung geben und auch noch einmal wiederkommen.

Schlüssel übergabe war Kontaktlos und unkompliziert. Bis zur U-Bahn sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden. (Handtücher, Bettwäsche Geschiersplülmittel, Spültücher, usw.)

Gute Lage
Pluspunkte:
+ Sehr gute Lage mit guter Anbindung. Wenn man mit dem eigenen Auto unterwegs ist, sehr gute Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Haus.
+ Kommunikation für Check-in sehr gut. Auch dem Wunsch nach einem zweiten Schlüssel wurde entsprochen.
+ großes Badezimmer und große Dusche
Ansonsten muss ich mich den Kritikpunkten der vorherigen Gäste anschließen.
- Sauberkeit in der Wohnung lässt zu wünschen übrig, eine Grundreinigung wäre dringend notwendig.
- Die Terrasse mit den Sitzgelegenheiten und der Eingangsbereich mit der 2. Terrasse sind leider tatsächlich so ungepflegt und schmutzig, dass man dort nicht sitzen möchte.
Das ist sehr schade, denn das wertet die Wohnung, die alles in allem in Ordnung ist, sehr ab.

Kommunikation mit der Agentur problemlos. Ein- und Aus checken super.
Die Verkehrsanbindung ist super, 3 Minuten zur U1.
Ein Schlafzimmer sehr ruhig, das SZ zum Pendlerparkplatz und Ring 2 ist was für Leute die auch mit geschlossenem Fenster schlafen können. Die Terrasse hinter dem hinteren SZ ist noch ausbaubar. Alles in allem aber gern zu empfehlen

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Sie liegt sehr nah am Einkaufszentrum Wandsbek Markt mit vielen Geschäften und Restaurants. Die U-Bahn-Anbindung in die Innenstadt und allen Sehenswürdigkeiten ist sehr gut.
Das Check-In selbst am späten Abend war kein Problem. Wir durften sogar wegen Corona früher abreisen und bekamen eine Erstattung. Soviel Verständnis haben nur wenige Vermieter.

Schöner Winterurlaub in schöner Wohnung
Die Wohnung liegt etwas abseits des Zentrums, dieses ist aber in ca. 20 Minuten mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sehr gut zu erreichen. Alles was man so braucht ist vorhanden und der Kontakt zum Vermieter bzw. dessen Ansprechpartner ist jederzeit gegeben gewesen. Der Check-in bzw. Check-out verlief absolut problemlos. Die Dusche ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was man aber sicherlich problemlos mal richten könnte.
In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, was einen Einkaufsbummel auch kurzfristig möglich macht.
Uns hat der Urlaub in dieser Woche sehr gut gefallen und wir werden sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal dagewesen sein.

Perfect Stay
Arrival and meeting with pleasant greeter was great and informative. Communication with owner and caretaker was simple... The Apt. was everything as stated, and fit our needs to perfection. Location is close to all shopping needs and also to public transportation. Exceptionally modern and clean.. Could not have been better accommodations for two couples and we would definitely stay here again..

Ideal holiday accommodation for a visit to Hamburg
Very well located appartment near to public transport for easy and quick travel to the centre of Hamburg and with local shops and restaurants. The appartment was clean and very comfortable, with everything we needed. WiFi was good so it was easy to check all the places we wanted to visit. We did not drive to Hamburg but parking did not look as if it would be difficult. If using public transport, I recommend buying the Hamburg Card which covers all public transport, including travel to and from the airport and also the public ferries.

A Beautiful Two Bedroom Apartment
When we opened the front door we were pleasantly surprised to see a rather stylish and well decorated apartment; loved the art on the walls. The apartment was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was perfect for all of us, especially for my wife and two teenage daughters. They were able to use the long mirror at the same time to put on their make-up and the shower was difficult to separate from once you were under it, especially after a long day of walking around the city. So we highly recommend this apartment and would certainly rent it again if we returned to hamburg.

It was very warm when we were there and the apartment felt very stuffy, though it was not damp or musty. It would have been really nice to have a few fans. Host was very pleasant and met us promptly on our arrival.
