Quiet and clean apartment in best location

* One can’t beat the location! In the very center of the city but quiet * Well equipped * Perfect cleanliness * Good wi-fi

* Previous guests smoked in the room. It smelled horrible (even pillows!) and I have to fight with it for my 5-day ystay. I’ve bought fragrance sticks and it didn’t help. Would be nice if anyone from the management /staff put any attention to this.

A nice place with an excellent service

The location is fantastic and the service - excellent. Upon complaining about the absence of a desk in the room via a message, someone knocked on our door 15 minutes later. It was a team of tree people carrying a wonderful double desk which they put together and placed right next to the window within seconds. As a guest I’ve never experienced a need of mine being answered so promptly! The furniture is modern and the whole place feels quite homely. It’s clean too. We stayed for 5 nights and received a visit from the cleaning service mid stay which was great.

After all the room was quite dark. Both windows overlooked the courtyard and the only thing we could see were the people on the balcony of the neighbouring apartment. The shower needs some attention: the shower head mechanism is damaged and you need to hold the shower head in your hand while showering which is annoying.

Wonderful stay in the heart of Yerevan

Very spacious and bright apartment in the center of Yerevan with everything you can wish for; balcony, washing machine, AC, elevator, comfortable bed, and most importantly the extra kind customer service. We did an earlier check-in and they kept our luggage for a late check-out without a problem. Would definitely come back and recommend to anyone who is visiting Yerevan for a shorter or longer stay ☺️

An excellent place to stay

Great location, right in the heart of the city and within a walking distance to all main attractions, very friendly and supportive host, polite personnel. I would strongly recommend this place to anyone and will definitely come back again.

quick stop to recharge all kind of batteries

fancy lobby. location. good bed linen. piece of liquid “soap” for laundry.

the space is mostly dark. one window in the corner. or see it is an original shape of the room. what can be improved: rusty and dirty thing for drying laundry. when it rains, the floor near to the balcony maybe. flooded with the rain water

Feel yourself at home at the heart of Yerevan

Super friendly management, perfect location, clean, spacious and comfortable room provided with kitchen equipment so you can cook and store your food if you wish. Regular cleaning is provided, so you feel like at a hotel but also like home. Highly recommended.

water pressure could be better, but it’s a building issue, not related to the company.

The only thing that made us upset during our stay - it’s was really cold in the room

Very good location, close to everything you may need, clean apartments, responsive personnel

The room was very cold :( and I’d suggest to add some dining area to the room, as there is a kitchen, but no table in the apartments, so we were forced to eat on the couch
