Horrible place with horrible people

Nothing, really nothing

The rooms are dark and extremely dirty. There is food and peoples stuff everywhere. In the room is no space. The people listen to loud music in the rooms. This people there are kind of living there. They spit everywhere and burb and smoke marihuana or drink beer. The girl from the reception is very unfriendly and wants to charge extra money for everything. The lockers in the rooms are small and the padlock is hard to open and close because it’s too big. Also there is bad light. You need the flashlight of your phone. I was such shocked that I booked another hotel because i didn’t want to stay there. Ugly cats are sitting everywhere in the outside area. The neighborhood is dangerous, you can not walk there in the night. Never saw such a horrible place. Don’t trust to the pictures, don’t go there

Grateful for the low price, but won't be staying here again

I liked the price and the lock codes to enter independently without a key.

The kitchen was almost non-existent, the room wasn't overly clean or quiet, my light did not work, the bathroom wasn't very nice (crack in the shower, cockroach on the floor), it wasn't necessarily the cleanest, big blue lives matter flag, slightly sketchy area and I did get some homophobic remarks on the street outside.

WORST STAY EVER!

SCAM!!!! Run Away!

I was sent an automated message with a check-in time of 5 pm. TERRIBLE attendance. I tried to contact them for hours waiting for the information. they just went to cancel the reservation when the reservation had already passed.. BIG SCAM!

At beginning I thought that was bad, at the end I thought that I was at begging

It looks like a prison. A lot of rules and bad conditions. Weird people and dirty room. It smells very bad guys, don’t choose it!

The worst experience I’ve ever had! Stay away at all costs!

2 of my small bags were stolen while I was asleep in bed, and those bags were in bed with me!! The first bag was a clear plastic travel bag that contained several valuables - AirPods ($250) , Power Bank for iPhone ($50), iPhone Lightning cable $25). The second bag was a grocery bag with $30 worth of hygienic items and bandages. Overall such a regrettable experience.

the booking said $28.00 but when I got to Sheridan Hostel,They charged me $50 for a little bed

they rip off people and there’s always shootings outside

The other tenants were nice and the surroundings was beautiful.

Rude dishonest people, told me if I wanted to extend my stay I would have to lay cash and nit book through booking.com. o.nce, I gave them the cash, WITHIN HOURS i was told I had to leave and they would not give me my moiney back. I called the police, but there was nothing they could do. Those people are deceptive, con artist. I need my 315.00 back They are heartless money hogs who only care about taking advantage of others simply because someone who is abusing her power told them to treat me un such a manner. I will try to get my money back through the court system. The facility may think she has power over them, but she is making them just like her, an uncaring vindictive LIAR.

Overall I like Sheridan Hostels. They have been very accommodating with me.

The location was perfect. Many places to shop for food and personal items. Staff and owner were very compassionate about my needs. WIFI works amazing all over the property. 2 full bathrooms outside of the rooms for convenience. I also want to mention how amazing the front desk staff was to me. Ben and Dayana were extremely courteous and compassionate.

The price for parking. It would be more appealing if it was free. If they had all inclusive prices for upgrades listed on the site. More towels and sheets for a 1 week period would be satisfactory. Curfew at 11pm for an adult hostel seems a little protective.

Not good place for ladies, go to a hotel, not this hostel

The grounds were absolutely Beautiful!!! The staff were not to friendly and the women guests in the room were not nice, caused problems with everyone in the room, and one woman tried to fight me in the shared bathroom.
