Modern and spacious apartment situated in the middle of our city center Zandvoort/ Amsterdam Beach. Walking distance from the beach, dunes, shops and train-station. The perfect place for your family getaway.

Downstairs is the perfect getaway for your luxury vacation! Enjoy the design interior in the apartment with fully equipped spacious kitchen with a large cooking plate, oven, microwave and large fridge. The kitchen is next to the dining area with a table for 4 people.
There is one bedroom with a comfortable double bed and one bedroom with two comfortable single beds. The bathroom has a rain shower and hand shower, the toilet is separate from the bathroom. Access to free wifi and digital TV.
All details in the apartment are designed to make your stay comfortable. Just one step outside the front door will give you plenty of opportunities to enjoy yourself.

The elongated beach of Zandvoort offers many beach clubs where you can eat and drink in the summer. You can relax on a beach bed, enjoy nature, dip your feet in the sand or take a lovely walk. In winter, less Beach clubs are open, but you can still come and enjoy the sometimes wild sea and beautiful nature.
Zandvoort is also called "Amsterdam Beach" because you can get to Amsterdam Central Station in just 30 minutes by train! The hustle and bustle of the city just around the corner and an accommodation where you can relax and enjoy the beach and nature.
The Waterleidingduinen and Kennemerduinen are two National Parks where you can take beautiful walks and cycle tours.
Would you like to experience a sporty day? Then there are plenty of possibilities such as: mountain biking, learning to kite or wave surf, getting your PADI, sailing or horse riding.
Circuit Park Zandvoort is situated at the edge of Zandvoort, surrounded by dunes and beach. You can visit various events there such as the world famous Formula 1 Heineken Dutch Grand Prix, Historic Grand Prix Zandvoort and the ADAC GT Masters.

The apartment was very nice, located centrally and with all equipment you need for cooking and your stay. The booking and communication with the host went very smooth. We enjoyed it!

The best part of this apartment was it's location. Very close to the Restaurants and just a couple of meters away from the Beach. Apartment is comfortable for a family of 4 with all the basic amenities. Kitchen is well equipped with microwave and oven and the required cutlery. I only wished there were two washrooms.

Nice and clean, right in the centre and just 3 minutes away from the beach. Apart of the high price and very small and humid bathrooms, the facilities are absolutely ok. Difficult parking situation.

It is a really nice und beautiful appartment. But you can hear the neighbours, which living upstairs, very loud. Especially their talks, their food steps and chair moving.

Perfect apartment, in the middle of Zandvoort. Walking distance to the food markets, restaurants and bars! The beach is 5 minutes away walking through one pittoresk streets with lots of stores. Great location and bright apartment in the first floor!

We stayed for about five days to have a nice holiday with friends and the apartment was absolutely perfect! Every supply was there from the Beginning and since we mostly made our own food the supermarket is only 150m away! As well as the beach is only 250m from the apartment everything was perfectly in reach. Sadly parking is very difficult and expensive, but manageable. The service all around the booking was super easy and friendly. Questions were fatally answered and we felt very welcomed! All in all this is a 5/5. Super clean and comfortable. Everything was as expected and according to the pictures! We had an amazing stay and would come back to Zandvoort anytime!

We had a great time and loved the property. Great two bedroom on the first floor. Great kitchen and comfy living room. We ate in for breakfast every day which was an easy way to start the day. Easy walking because you are in the city center. Close to shops, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, beach, and LDC parking garage. The kitchen has two drawers inside the cabinets where you will find the silverware and cooking utensils. Sneaky IKEA. Great washer/dryer. Don't forget your EU power converter plugs like we did. Great and helpful communication with Smiling Host office staff. Thanks for a great week.

We (2 adults and 2 children) spent 3 nights in the apartment, enjoyed the facilities as well as the location. Contact is very friendly and easy to communicate with.

Water issue in bathroom for shower Bathroom needs some touching up Random bugs on the floors we tried opening windows for cooler air but then had more flying bugs Communication with the owners in the months ahead was almost non existent. We had some basic questions that we sent a few times but were unable to get any reply. To reach central station by public transport it’s about 1 hour walking and train The local town is nice and has Lots of dining options and activities.

"Luxus" ist kein geschützter Begriff und immer sehr subjektiv. Ansonsten alles ruhig, sauber und in Ordnung, kurzum genauso, wie beschrieben: Apartment ist sehr zentral gelegen, vollwertige Küchenausstattung, kurze Wege zum Zentrum, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und zum Strand, öffentlicher Parkplatz etwas weiter weg, kein Problem. Wir haben uns die drei Tage dort wohl gefühlt.

Wie haben die Urlaubstage in dieser zauberhaften Wohnung sehr genossen. Der Standard war sehr hochwertig! Unsere Gastgeberin Dionne war sehr freundlich. Die Küche war sehr gut und hochwertig ausgestattet, es gab außerdem Kaffeepads, Spülmaschinentabs und Waschmittel, so dass hierzu nichts extra gekauft werden musste. Die Wohnung liegt direkt im Zentrum, aber dennoch nur wenige Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Für uns eine absolute Empfehlung!

Schön eingerichtetes Appartement direkt im Zentrum von Zandvoort. Bis zum Strand waren es nur ca. 5 Min. zu Fuß. Wir würden sofort wieder buchen!

Die Wohnung war Supersauber und mit Allem ausgestattet was das Herz begehrt...Mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet..... Zum nächsten Restaurant war es nur wenige Schritte und zum Strand sind es gute 5 min Fußweg.... Waren mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Teenagern dort.. Wir kommen wieder .... ganz bestimmt !!!!
