Cómodo y acogedor

El espacio, es cómodo y acogedor. Tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar, conservar la comida, incluso elementos de desayuno como café. El baño es adecuado y el edificio es tranquilo y cómodo. Cuando llegué tuvieron la amabilidad de dejarnos ingresar un poco antes del check in. Que reciban mascotas es un plus importante

No es posible dejar equipaje luego del check out, lo cual es un detalle a tener en cuenta si, como en mi caso, viajas con maletas y debes dejar el lugar. Las escaleras (me tocó un 3er piso) son incómodas si llevas equipaje o tienes un problema de accesibilidad.

If you want a safe, clean, compact, and easy place to stay in mid Harlem, I’d recommend it.

Perfect location. Compact with everything needed provided. Uncomplicated, which is what you want on vacation.

Très bon rapport qualité prix.

L’appartement est comme décrit : une pièce de vie avec kitchenette, une belle salle de bain avec baignoire et toilettes, une chambre étroite mais avec un lit très confortable. La chambre donne sur la cour. L’immeuble est calme. La 128th St est tranquille et très bien desservie : subway2 et 3 d’un côté et bus M1 de m autre qui descend toute la 5e avenue et amené au Rockefeller Center puis aux musées Guggenheim et Met.

Bonito y agradable apartamento en una tranquila zona de Harlem bien comunicado

Hemos estado muy bien. El apartamento es tal y como aparece en las fotos y todo se ha desarrollado según lo previsto. El cálido y confortable; la cama es muy cómoda, las toallas y todo lo que hay en el apartamento está muy bien y cuidado. Es totalmente recomendable, No hay ruidos y se descansa estupendamente y en el barrio hay establecimientos y restaurantes que responden a las necesidades del viajero

puede haber aspectos mejorables, como en todo, pero todo estuvo francamente bien. por lo tanto no tengo ninguna queja.

La ubicación respecto al metro y la limpieza del alojamiento

Según llegamos al apartamento no pudimos entrar porque nos dieron el código de la puerta erróneo. Llamamos por telefono y no contestaban.Hablando con otra pareja que tampoco podía entrar nos intercambiamos el pin y ya pudimos entrar ya que nos lo habian dado erroneo a cada uno, por lo que yo tenia su codigo y ellos el mio. Las puertas no me parecen seguras. Se escuchaba mucho ruido en el pasillo ya que los apartamentos que no tienen baño dentro tienen que estar entrando y saliendo todo el rato. Nos cambiaron un día las sábanas y cuando llegamos nuestra puerta estaba entreabierta ya que no la habían cerrado. Menos mal que no nos robaron. La zona donde se ubica el alojamiento me parece poco segura. La ventana no cerraba bien y el lavabo del baño estaba atascado. Las duchas son antiguas

L'emplacement de l'appartement à 3 rue du métro, magnifique !! La propriétaire était au petits soins, c'était rassurant. A chaque demande elle répondait via WhatsApp sans attente. A côté il y avait tout, laverie, dunkin donuts, Marshall, H&M, et tellement de boutique Le quartier est super cool et calme. A 15 min à peine de time square, on a pu bien profiter. C'était un super séjour

Peut être juste un manque de placard pour ranger la tonne de shopping qu'on a fait ! Et c'est vrai qu'on s'attendait à un lit plus grand lol

Le manque d'isolation phonique du logement. Beaucoup de bruits en dehors et dans les parties communes

Limpio, céntrico y con todo lo que necesitas para tu estadía

La ubicación fue lo mejor, pues el transporte es accesible para todos lados incluyendo el aeropuerto la guardia

Los apartamentos están muy juntos el uno del otro y hasta que el de la habitación de al lado estornude se escucha en la otra habitación “ pero se que eso es así en NY”

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo per New york .

La struttura è situata all inizio del quartiere molto vicino alla fermata della metropolitana dal quale è possibile visitare comodamente New York . Questa sistemazione deve essere utilizzata principalmente solo per dormire , tuttavia c’è un piccolo frigo comodo , la tv satellitare e se non si hanno enormi pretese si sta molto bene . Il bagno è condiviso ma molto pulito , vi erano prodotti da bagno una buona doccia e ben tenuta tutto sommato. In camera vi erano anche accessori come tostapane , bollitore e un frigorifero .. anche un fornelletto microonde. Ottima la comunicazione con il gestore della struttura che si è reso disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta pre ceck in. Wi-Fi eccellente .

Aumenterei solo il ricircolo d aria in stanza con l istallazione di una ventola ( c’è comunque una finestra e si può ovviare a questa cosa) e illuminerei il civico 52 che la sera si vede poco .. piccoli dettagli per il resto siamo stati molto bene. La camera è sicura con accesso tramite il codice tuttavia consiglierei L istallazione di una cassaforte che sarebbe comoda e trasmette più sicurezza seppur non abbiamo avuto alcun problema

Cute little apartment, well decorated. Comfy bed. Everything you need is there. Great access to subway stations, stores and food.

The flat is comfortable, pretty as in the pics, the garden is nice. Easy connection by underground to all sights. Communication was easy, fast and kind.

The AC is a bit noisy in the night. The area felt unsafe at first but that proved completely unfounded; no issues at all.

clean, quiet, comfortable, express train a few blocks away. used to live on 119th and Lenox so it was good to be back in a familiar neighborhood.

wish there was a hairdryer. perhaps I just didn’t see it.

A Brownstone in Harlem

Ms. Cicely was very kind and helpful. She was a wonderful host and very accommodating. The apartment and property was very clean. There was a lovely refreshing smell throughout the whole apartment. The location is just a few blocks from the train station. Sylvia's is just around the corner if you are in the mood for some delicious Soul Food. I look forward to staying at The Harlem Cascades again later this year.

My visit was short. I hope to stay longer next time.

Nice stay in nyc that puts u in the heart of Harlem

Location and host responded quickly

Radiator was leaking much water everywhere on flor for days but once I contacted finally when had time the host fixed it
