Great apartment in central Manchester

The apartment was perfect for us. The location was really central, it was all really clean and tidy and the team were all really helpful and accommodating. Beds were all really comfy and cosy.

A convenient bed for the night

We needed somewhere to stay after a visit to the Manchester Arena so we just needed a bed for the night. As we booked very last minute there was not much available so just two of us stayed in this apartment which is really set up for large groups - ideally suited to stag or hen parties. The facilities are pretty basic - two double beds in each bedroom but they were comfortable and clean. The two bathrooms were good-sized and reasonably maintained. The kitchen was very basic and there were two sofas in the lounge with a small dining table.

The "balcony" is no more than a window with an iron grate over the street where people obviously go to smoke when using the apartment. It should not be described as a balcony. The instructions to find the apartment entrance had not been updated for changes in the area but luckily we worked out where it was and we have informed the agent of this so hopefully they have now updated them.

Really liked this spot as it was central to everything we wanted.

Walking distance to manchester City Centre only a few minutes walk to the tram that brings you directly to the airport. Was allowed to drop the bags to our room before it was ready as we arrived really early. Right next to clubs and spots for entertainment

We had a large group and 2 of us slept on the pull out chairs but we only had 1 single duvet and no extra pillows for those on the chairs. Everything else was perfect.

Definitely not to recommend it to any friends.

Spacious, and basic facilities

It's very difficult to get you checked -in. You have to pay big number deposit, and after 7 days after you checked out, you still haven't got your deposit returned. You got to spend much time to chase it. Hope it be return soon. The message you got are almost all warning notes, you just feel nervous, and complicated whole procedure.

It's in a creepy alley

Location, we were at the very center of Manchester

The poor state of facilities and the fact that you must pay a deposit taking into account that everything is almost broken or unsteady. Showers were in poor conditions

Disapointing because of the poor state of facilities

What I like the most was the location. Communication with the host was excellent. The place was close to a tram station and we were sorrounded by big malls.

Furniture was almost broken, unstable chairs, showers with lots of fails, bathroom fitting supplies broken and unsteady tables in the dinning room

Fab place for a girls night away

Great communication, great price and comfy beds. Lovely to have space to sit and chat in living room.

Some of the sofa beds in living room werent very comfy to sit on, didnt use them to sleep on. Bit of a strange smell in the bathroom.

Fine for 1 night

Great location

Damp and a bit fusty. Communication with the manager was poor. We were messaged on the day of our stay to say ‘thank you for visiting please leave a review’ which was quite concerning as it made us think they had our stay down as the wrong date. After visiting it took a whole month to get our deposit back.

we were up there for a Xmas party and was very enjoyable with a nice apartment

handy for the centre and parking good in the Armadale

we had a leek in the ceiling of one of the bedrooms which we had to put a towel on the floor to prevent a puddle plus it was cold the wall heaters weren’t strong enough to warm up the rooms sufficiently

Lovely apartment just way too noisy all night outside the bedrooms.

The apartment was spacious, heated up well, great location for most Manchester attractions, super comfy beds!

The bedrooms faced an alleyway that was very very noisy all night and the windows wouldn't shut properly and didn't block out any noise. There were fights, people being sick.... and even deals involving bidding for the services of a polish girl... until roughly 5.30am. Unfortunately it spoiled all the positives. Appreciate you can't stop what goes on outside, but the windows could be insulated/ soundproofed to reduce the noise. Only other small tip is please leave a tea towel for drying up.
