This 2-bedroom plus loft/2-bath condo sleeps 6 and offers clean, accommodations with basic furnishings and some updated features in its 1,200 square feet. This two-level property has bedrooms and bathrooms downstairs with the living area upstairs and a loft above. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a 31-inch TV with cable and DVD player, a walk-in closet, access to a small patio, and an en-suite full bath. The second bedroom has twin beds that can be bridged to a king upon request and access to a bathroom with a shower off the hallway. There is a stacked washer/dryer in this bathroom closet.

The living room has a 48-inch HDTV with cable, wireless internet access, and a wood-burning fireplace. It opens to a deck. The dining room table seats eight and the alcove off the full kitchen seats two at the breakfast bar. The loft has two twin beds, and a ceiling fan, and is open to the living room and kitchen below. This unit does not have a telephone or A/C. THERE IS PARKING FOR ONLY ONE CAR. This complex is NOT pet friendly and renters in violation of the pet policy will be charged a $100 fee per day.

Complex Features: The Snowcreek Condominiums are located within walking distance of the ski lifts and ski school on Dollar Mountain, making them the perfect location for parties with beginning skiers. The complex is about a five-minute drive from Bald Mountain and downtown Ketchum. Both ski lifts and downtown Ketchum are easily reachable by the Mountain Rides shuttle that stops at the entrance to the Snowcreek condos. Staying at Snowcreek also includes access to a complex pool in the summer and a clubhouse with a game room and hot tub year round. The Sun Valley Pavilion, pools, and resort restaurants are an easy walk or bike ride away on the paved bike trails.

Sun Valley Resort Amenities: A maximum of 5 amenities passes will be issued per reservation. The Sun Valley Inn Pool is available with these passes. The workout room, sauna, hot tub, and Lodge pool are NOT included. During peak summer season only, the amenities pass also includes access to the Olympic and kids’ pools, priority tee times, hotel rate for golf, and a discount on tennis, gun club, and trail rides. Alpine Lodging cannot guarantee amenities will be open as resort policies can change at any time.

Please Note: No pets allowed. This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Alpine Lodging Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. Self-check-in is not available at the property. We strive to make check-in as quick and easy as possible so you can start enjoying your vacation! Reservations are unit-specific. We do everything possible to keep your reservation in the same property you’ve reserved. If the property has a maintenance emergency, we will contact you with the option to move your reservation to a property of equal or greater value, at no additional cost.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit had the space we were looking for. It was very clean and had everything we needed. This unit is a bit outdated and smells musty when walking in I think due to the 15 year old carpet in the dining room and bathroom areas. Also remote workers beware the internet was extremely slow.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a comfortable, very clean, and well loved condo. We appreciated having supplies on hand and comfortable beds. The complex is in a great location and the amenities are really nice at the condo and Sun Valley Inn. I was satisfied given the value price we were paying. However, I wouldn't be happy if we were paying holiday rates--the kitchen cooking supplies are very basic (no good knives, few utensils, etc) and the furnishings and carpet are quite dated. However, the homeyness did make up for a lot and we would return.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a nice condo. However, there were PLUMBING PROBLEMS: very loose kitchen tap, slow water flow in the hallway sink and slow drain. The loose bricks at the outside entry were an accident waiting to happen.

Perfect location for our purposes (skating). Very clean. Beds super comfortable along with couches (didn’t use the pull out). As others have mentioned could use a little updating but everything was functional.

Location is fabulous, between Ketchum and Sun Valley village. Loved the pool and spa. Kitchen had everything we needed. We felt like the property should not be marketed to sleep 8. The sofa bed springs were broken and even my 50 lb. child was uncomfortable on it. Further to creature comforts, the furnishings were very dated and worn, bedding smelled as if it had not been cleaned in a while. Also, master bath was carpeted which should be updated because - gross. The cost was great but wouldn’t mind paying slightly more for more comforts.

For my husband and I the unit was comfortable, clean and located within an easy 10 minute walk to Sun Valley Lodge. It is an older unit but in good condition. We never cooked but the kitchen looked well stocked. This would be comfortable for 2 couples or family with older children due to all the stairs. We enjoyed the amenities at the SV Lodge pool (included with the unit), but you need reservations and make them well in advance. Great trip!!
