Romar Tower is a beautiful 35 unit complex with many amenities directly on the beautiful white beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Located in Orange Beach, Alabama; you are minutes away from some of the best seafood restaurants, shopping, nightlife and activities for the entire family. This extremely large 2 bedroom 2 bath is 1200 square feet making it larger than many 3 bedrooms and can sleep 6 very comfortably without being on top of each other. This 8th story unit offers a balcony with one of the most breathtaking unobstructed views of the entire coastline.

The complex has a pool with plenty of space to layout, outdoor gazebo, and grills perfect for barbequing. Best of all, you are only a few short steps to the beautiful sugary white sand beaches!

This unit has hardwood cabinets, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, tile flooring, new bedding, and décor throughout. There is a sleeper sofa and loveseat and new bathtub in guest bath. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for any meal preparations you might plan.

Our convenient touchpad door locks take the worry and hassle of keeping up with your keys. Free cable and private high-speed internet access via Wi-Fi is included. A stacked washer and dryer are located in the unit. Additional amenities also include iron and ironing board and all linens.
The master bedroom has a king bed, guest room has a queen and there is a sleeper sofa and loveseat.

We provide one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, a roll of paper towels, a trash bag and a small bar of soap. This is enough to get started but NOT enough for the entire stay.

I'm very roomy. Could not ask for a better spot in proximity to the beach. The property had private wash station, grills and pool made to stay easy and lots of fun. Would definitely recommend.

We loved this condo! Great location really close to a few good restaurants without having to deal with traffic, large balcony and great ocean view. Beds were comfortable and condo was clean and roomy. We liked the smaller building size and less crowded beach.

Loved that it was a one building complex. The pool was great for the children. Liked that you had to use a code to get to and from the beach. Would stay in this unit again. The owners were super nice and responded very quickly to any questions.

Spectacular view from balcony and just steps from the beach access. We had a great time staying over the weekend. The condo is very comfortable and met all of our expectations. The inside of the coffee maker was quite dirty, but there are plenty of coffee shops nearby. Checking in and out was very simple, host gave clear instructions for access. Highly recommend and would return!

Property manager was really quick to answer our communications!! Fast and friendly. Only suggestion, the building its self needs an update. The smoke detection system was very old and inadequate, and the building is lacking a fire suppression system.

Place was exactly as shown here, better even, right on the beach, very easy access to other places, but also not too crowded, the place is smaller than a lot of others and it made it more comfortable, had one little hiccup and they got the issue fixed right away, if I ever came back I would try to stay here! The king bed is very firm, I’m not sure if it’s because it may be brand new or what but I couldn’t sleep on it two of the three nights, but it was fine! The balcony is the best, it is very large and you get the best views! I would definitely recommend this to everyone! Thanks for letting us stay here! It was a very much needed getaway

Well equipped condo and excellent view from balcony. Construction on the building made it a bit noisy at times for enjoying coffee outside on balcony but we enjoyed the view from inside.

We love the units at Romar Tower. It is a small complex. We never had to wait on the elevator. When we went to the beach, we walked straight out to a spot. Thanks for sharing your unit with us.

First, we loved the actual condo. The location was perfect, the condo was very homey & the view is amazing. It was the absolute perfect size for our family and we 100% would stay at this condo again. At no fault of the condo owner, the property was refinishing the outside of the entire building. So elevators took a long time to get to you during the week days. And on 2 days we were awoken to the sound of saws literally cutting the plaster walls off on the front of the condo (where our teens were sleeping). The workers were friendly but it was very dusty & messy.

The condo was as listed and had a great view of the ocean with a large balcony. This building is smaller than the surrounding buildings which made for a much less crowded beach and pool area. My family would definitely stay again.

We had an enjoyable stay directly on the beach. The large shaded balcony had a wonderful view. With only 36 units in the building, there was hardly any wait for the elevator. All in all, it was a very good experience.

The size and location of this condo is perfect. It is an older condo. The ice machine was not working, both bathrooms need a deep cleaning as one had mildew. The shower floors are super slick...need bath mats at least. Otherwise it was well equipped and overall clean. The patio is outstanding. We love staying at Romar Towers.

Had a overall wonderful stay the view was beautiful and the kitchen was so nice to have very convenient and comfortable I think the .masterbathroom shower nobe could be a adjusted it was really hard to turn but all in and all it was very nice place to stay :) and property manager was very helpful with anything we needed . I would definitely recommend this to a friend.

We have stayed in Fort Morgan and Gulf Shores before, so we wanted to try Orange Beach. The condo was good enough… not dirty, just partially outdated. There were just certain things that need to be updated/fixed. We never contacted the property manager about any issues, as none impacted our trip. A few things to note… dishwasher door doesn’t stay up, master bathroom toilet continues to run unless you pull the handle back up, freezer never made ice, no overhead lighting or fan in guest bedroom, master shower handle is about to fall off and you won’t get three warm showers as hot water was hard to come by. The view was gorgeous and lots of our time was spent on the deck. The beach was great and everyone was friendly.

The master bedroom mattress is needing replaced and it’s bed frame is loose. I texted the property manager about the bed prior to renting because the picture concerned me. I was told the mattress had been updated since the picture was taken. It obviously hasn’t been. The master shower head and handle are broken/loose. The master toilet handle is sticks. The condo smells musty when you walk in. The place could be amazing with some maintenance!

. Great place. There is a musty smell to the apartment and it didnt go away when we turned on the a/c. Place was clean. The only starter stuff was 2 very small rolls of toilet paper, one trash bag, dish soap, and dishwasher tabs. So take hand soap.

Ahhh, just enjoyed a wonderful 4 day trip to the beach . 8B won out over a brand new beach house, across the road, all due to the fabulous view! The condo was larger than most, lots of room for our family of 4, the balcony was big enough to for everyone to enjoy, the beds and pillows were super comfy. We will definitely be back! The check in, pay and check out was super easy!
