Great place

Great location, you can walk for 20 minutes to the old town or to grab a bus from the bus stop, which is around 7-8 minutes by walk. The apartment was clean, tidy, Vasilis and Mary were awesome. Next to the apartment there are great restaurants and the new marina is 2 minutes by walk.

There was a very small problem with the shower - it was slightly broken, but it is not a problem to take a shower.

Great place in a perfect location with an excellent host

The hospitality of the host, Vasilis, needs to be taught in a seminar! Always there for us and our needs during our stay, more than happy to share must-see destinations in Rhodes Beautiful and wide rooms, very close to the New Marina and with free municipal parking, close to 24/7 open kiosk and easily accessible by car. Beautiful view from the balcony with the sun beds and relaxation place

Everything was perfect, it just the minimal design of our own room made it feel a bit too empty, but other than everything was great

Great penthouse apartment for its value

The price for one night is quite low considering your get a top-floor spacious penthouse apartment with huge balcony having almost full panoramic view (including sea and old town in distance). The apartment has everything, from kitchenware, cutleries to complimentary toiletries, slippers and bathrobes. Drying rack and more can be requested free of charge. There is a portable single cooktop that is not shown in the pictures because when unused it is stored in a kitchen drawer. Bathroom and toilet function flawlessly. The apartment has an air conditioning system that works perfectly and lowers the room temperature in the entire 50m2 apartment really fast. Also, an exceptional wifi that allowed speedy traffic even for bigger media volume. Vasilis, the host was professional and really forthcoming. Spoke fluent English, managed all requests quickly and dealt with any issue just like you would like it to. Smooth and effortless checkin and checkout.

There was a lot of cupboards and some of them contained some stuff like unused electronic devices, booking.com branded travel pillow :) etc. Did not bother me at all, some people might expect all the drawers be empty and fully usable for their own stay. The balcony is an open space, so it gets really windy in there and it will flip the drying rack if taken outside. I recommend using drying rack inside the apartment to dry the clothes and it is actually enough. Maybe a drying rack installed against the wall on the balcony as a potential improvement?

A twenty minute walk to the old town, not a tourist trap but plenty of good eating places within five minutes walk.

Ultra modern ,clean ,ample kitchen tools, near a sand beach and restaurants and the owners were great .

Great rooftop terrace, a/c, comfortable bed. All in all pretty good. 30 minutes walk to old town. Right at the new marina with beautiful sea view. Area with not much tourists but many locals living and eating in the nearby restaurants.

Kitchen needs some more equipment and it could be a little bit cleaner. New fridge would be great.

The hosts and the apartment helped make my stay perfect.

The apartment had a great balcony, it was very clean and very spacious and had good Wi-Fi. The hosts communicated very well once I had booked and were on hand when I needed anything. loved my stay there. The apartment was street value for money and within walking distance to Rhodes Old Town.

The apartment was huge with big terasse and with view to Zefyros Bay. It's just about 30 minutes short stroll to old town. The best bakery of Rhodes ist just 3 minutes walk Pane Di CAPO, DONT MISS it. VASILIS the host gave me great tips about restaurants, bakery etc..and he let me stay even after check out because my flight departed late evening. Thanks for it!

We really liked the apartment, location was good with good restaurants and it wasn't a bad walk to city center. On top of it the owner let us check out a bit late because our flight left late at night. This really made our day.

Vasilis the host was super helpful answering all my queries before I arrived and during my stay. The WiFi was great as I was working out there and had no issues. Huge terrace which had the sun all day. Close to many local shops and Lidl is a 20 min walk away. Comfy beds and good desk set up for working.

Not the properties fault but there was a lot of work going on a building site next door which was very noisy during the day. The location was was in a very residential area of town but also next to a dual carriage way which lots of traffic including lorries turn off onto the road past the apartment into town so it's not a particularly peaceful area. However for the price charged I still think this is very reasonable. The kitchenette is also very small with very basic kitchen supplies for cooking.

Lovely stay at the apartment with a large terrace

We had a wonderful stay in the MV83 apartment. The host was very friendly and approachable, he left some treats for us as we arrived Easter time. The apartment itself was amazing - clean, with great facilities and plenty of space. The terrace was the highlight of our stay - it's great for sunbathing / dinners / just cozy chilling outside. It's worth waking up early to watch beautiful sunrises without going anywhere. There is a coffee shop just on the ground floor and a 24h kiosk across the street. Parking is for free. We only stayed 3 nights and spent the rest of the holiday in the south of the island but I wish we stayed there for longer.

The location isn't the best - it will take you approximately 20 minute walk to get to the Rhodes old town. It was quiet though.

Vey nice place ❤️ The beach is nearby. A lot of tavern around. Coffee shop just downstairs. 24/7 kiosk just next door. The walk to the Old city will take half an hour. Apartment is very clean. The host is very welcome. Recommend ✅

Modern and spacious apartment near Rhodes Marina

The host was very professional and provided everything I needed to make my check-in, stay and check-out the best it could be! The apartment was spacious, modern, with a huge balcony and incredibly clean! The internet speed was very fast (50Mbps) which allowed me to easily get some work done as well! The apartment is very close to the marina and close to the Zephyros beach in a neighborhood with everything you need close by.
