O hóspede não vale nada

localização e atendimento do valet

Colchão extremamente mole, machucou nossa coluna. O café da manha foi programado para nossa reserva, mas a atendente da recepção da manhã disse que o café da manhã era apenas para 2 pessoas. Nossa reserva eram para 4 pessoas( 1 casal e 2 filhos) e nao haveria motivo para esta meia liberação do café da manha devidamente pago. A recepciinista nao foi simpatica e muito menos proativa. Nao se preocupou em resolver a questao, foi seca e indiferente. Estavamos pela 1a vez na cidade como data commemorative e amargamos nossa experiência com a Hilton. Nosso café da manhã teve uma cobrança ILEGAL, pois nossa reserva foi paga com inclusão de TODOS os hospedes. Nunca vimos isso antes. Não faz nenhum sentido deixar parte dos hospedes descobertos em uma reserva e devemos tomar proviencias a respeito.

Love my stay and I would DEFINITELY book again.

Location was a key factor in choosing this hotel and it did not disappoint me at all.

The only downside of my stay was the headboard had dust on it. When I would in the bed, the dust particles would fall on me.

The front desk and restaurant was great. That hotel was clean. 10/10.

It was located near the overtime elite arena and some of the other establishments nearby.

Close to restaurants, medical facilities and Lenox Mall!

We had an appointment at Piedmont and the location was perfect - seven minutes!

If we could have watched the NFL game in our room. It was playing at the bar.

Really excellent hotel, but spoiled by some of the staff

The room was beautifully appointed and comfortable. The location was very convenient for the Design Centre.

Apart from the man who welcomed us on our arrival, who was extremely nice and helpful, we found the rest of the staff unhelpful and sometimes rude.

Very accommodating and clean.

The property was in a great location. The hotel restaurant and great food and drinks. The staff was very helpful and kind.

We didn't realize the rooms don't have fridges but coolers instead; not good for food storage or drinks.

The property was conveniently in proximity to all of the attractions that I visited during my time in the city.

The hotel room was in need of a deep cleaning. The base boards were dusty. You could see the dirt on them. The walls were also filthy with stains, etc. There was overflowing trash in the 9th hallway by the stairs that sat for two days straight! There was only one valet on duty managing vehicles. There were several times I had to wait for long periods to receive my car. When I checked out on Friday morning around 5:30. The front desk clerk was rude she took my roomkeys never looked up from the computer to ask about my stay or ask if I wanted to settle my bill. Clearly I paid for the location not because hotel room or service was excellent

Location was excellent as was the size of the room.

Not enough staff in restaurant for breakfast--had to eat elsewhere. Tables full of empty plates--it was a real wreck.

Convenient hotel for arts district events

Property and facilities were clean and in good condition.

Location is far enough from Georgia Tech campus that you will need to drive. There wasn’t an option to be purchase water or other non-alcoholic beverages in the lobby.

Good stay, very good value for your money.

The staff was great, the room nice with a good size, bathroom and shower were great as well, the restaurant and bar were also great, good location and very easy check in and out.

The bed wasn't that great.... a bit too soft! Location is good, but not very walking friendly specially at night. The restaurant closes at 10pm, it would be better if was a bit further at 11pm.

It doesn’t make sense I paid so much money for nothing you are required to use valet parking but it isn’t included in the price of the stay that’s unacceptable you don’t offer much of anything for your pricing and we smelled cigarettes from the previous guest in the room

It was welcome, friendly, clean and overall the bed was so comfortable I wanted to stay in the bed ,room size was nice .. I will be back soon ...
