About this house rental

The property is located at the exclusive gated Palmyra development within the resort of Vila Sol which is only a short drive from Vilamoura and its beautiful marina. Palmyra is only a 20 minute drive from Faro Airport.

We have a stunning, luxurious 4 bedroom townhouse with fantastic views from the roof terrace overlooking the golf course and the sea in the distance.

We operate a strict 'no smoking' policy in the property. This is an ideal rental for families or couples. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate stag or hen parties. (Please note the organizer must be aged 23 years or above).

The spacious 'L' shaped living area has a large table which seats up to 8 and a lounge area with 2 comfy sofas and Internet TV with 80+ channels including all the Sky movies and sports channels. WiFi is available throughout the property with high speed internet access.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and not forgetting a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster and microwave.

Double doors from the living area lead onto the patio which offers tables and chairs to seat 8 plus a BBQ. An ideal place for the late lunch or pre-dinner drinks!

Master Bedroom:
Luxury super king bed with bedside tables, dressing table and mirror. There is a walk-in dressing room with ample storage and an en-suite bathroom with 2 basins, a spacious shower cubicle and separate bath.

Second Bedroom:
Luxury super king bed with bedside tables, dressing table, mirror and built-in triple wardrobe. En-suite with single basin and a bath with a shower attachment & screen.

Third Bedroom:
Twin room with two single beds with bedside tables, extra large chest of drawers and a mirror. The en-suite has a single basin and walk-in shower.

Fourth Bedroom:
Twin room with two single beds with a bedside table and built-in triple wardrobe. Adjacent to shared bathroom with large shower cubicle.

*** Note - all of the rooms can be configured as double rooms with a super king bed or twin rooms with two singles to suit your party's requirements ***

There are superb views across the golf course and of the sea and Vilamoura marina in the distance from the wonderful private roof terrace.

Within the Palmyra complex you can choose from any of the 4 communal pools, 2 of which are a stones throw from the property and the others only 2 minutes walking distance. Beach towels are provided with our compliments.

The gardens are beautifully manicured and a pleasure to walk around, there is also ample space for children to play outside.

There are 2 underground parking spaces allocated for your convenience.

The 27-hole championship Vila Sol golf course is walking distance and the beach only 10 mins drive away, this is an ideal holiday destination for friends and families of all ages.

All bath and beach towels and bed linen are provided and included in the price.

We have just returned from a blissful 2-week stay and we are already hoping to return next year. The villa is exactly as per the photos and description…..only better! Spotlessly clean with lots of thoughtful touches such as travel adaptors and hairdryers in each bedroom. The linens and towels are of excellent quality and nothing was too much trouble for Ian.

Absolutely fantastic townhouse with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing break on the Algarve. Ian was super responsive and provided all the information required. The accommodation was spread over 3 floors which gave us all privacy but together! The standard of accommodation was fantastic and the many pool areas were great. We used UBER a lot and was only 7 Euros to Vilamoura and 20 Euros to Faro airport... highly recommend!

We have just returned from an amazing weeks holiday at M31 Palmyra. The property is equipped with everything you need and much much more and we couldn't have wished for anything else. The owners have thought of everything and it even came with food and drink in the fridge along with toiletries and sun cream!! The facilities and interior are clean and modern and the pool area, the outside patio and BBQ area, are the perfect places to be able to be able to relax and unwind. We hope to be able to visit again next year.

The property and pools at Palmyra were excellent and we would definitely stay there again. You will need a car as Vilamoura Marina is about a 10 minute drive and the nearest supermarket is about 5 minutes. It is very quiet at the resort so is ideal for families with young children.

Easy from start to finish. Ian was extremely helpful from the get go. The property had absolutely everything in it you could think of and need! The complex was stunning, great location (I would advise a car though) the villa was perfect, on a lovely spot within in the complex. Will definitely be back and would recommend to friends and family too! Perfect for a chilled easy week away!

Seven of us stayed for a week and thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations, grounds and pool. The photos are accurate and we loved the lay out. We managed several day trips to all the various beaches and towns in the Algarve as well as a boat tour to the Benegil caves. I would definitely re ommend this townhouse and would certainly stay again if I was travelling in the area.

Had a brilliant stay at M31 Palmyra Ian had thought of everything the accommodation was clean and well looked after with easy access to all 4 pools on site. We stayed in the accommodation with 2 family’s with 2, 3, 5 & 6 year olds and we slept the kids on the 1st floor with adults on ground and lower ground we found this worked well. Would recommend this accommodation to anyone and if available we would not hesitate to book again.

The property fitted our needs perfectly. It was spacious, clean, well equipped, in a great complex and ideal for a our family of 7 adults. The grounds and pools were exceptional and although we did move around the area to sightsee, attend a wedding, visit the beach and eat out it was great to know that we had such a great base to return to.

We had a fabulous holiday staying at Vila Sol. The townhouse was lovely and spacious, perfect for our group of 6 adults, and has everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The roof terrace was great for chilling out in the evening and the barbeque was ideal for a family gathering. The whole complex is very well maintained. We found the pool area really comfortable and very quiet during our stay. Any queries we had were answered promptly by the owner. We would definitely recommend this townhouse.
