Pleasant

The location is good, especially if you are planning to go to the beach daily. There is a bakery and small produce shops right around the corner. More convenient stores walking distance. The new trolley line goes directly to Tel Aviv and other cities.

This apartment is for no more than 3 people. I was told that 5 people would fit. However, we had to move 2 people in separate apartments. The double bed is squicky. There is no closet to hang your clothes. Overall, the building and surroundings are very dirty.

Exceptional

Apartman is near beach, shops, market, bus and train station. Free streat parking is front of apartman. The staff was so friendly, and she print boarding cards for us in day when everithing was closed.

Great apartment

We liked the clean towels and sheets. There were lots of comfortable beds for the children. We liked the new televisions with lots of channels.

It was too bad the shades in the windows didn't work.

If you don’t have to spend too much time inside, this could do it.

The location is great. Around the corner from the beach and an easy commute to Tel Aviv. The owner is responsive and friendly.

The building is old and not well taken care of. The street itself is not Park Avenue either. The apartment was renovated but everything is kind of shaky.

We had a lovely time and highly recomend it.

The apartment is well designed. It can comfortably fit many people. It includes many small yet useful personal touches and items for a traveler's convenience. They even provide an expresso machine. It is central and easy to get around from and is a short walk to a many lovely public beaches.

Can't think of anything. Just... The neighborhood is a bit run down. It's not up scale. That's what makes it such good value for the money. The traveler isn't paying to be in the best building and neighborhood.

It was close to the beach. The apt was clean

. The building is dilapidated. The entrance is awful.Many steps to get to the apt . No elevatorThe apt appears larger in the photos than it is.

Perfect sea vacation

Super friendly host that helped us with everything, very clean apartment with anything needed and perfect location. We had a great time and deffenetly will come back.

Very good

Sylvi is a very good hostess. She contacted us via WhatsApp before arriving to ensure we know where to go, she waited for us even though we were late due to queues at the airport and she even came to pick up the money on an agreed date, as we did not have Shekels when we arrived (card payment is not possible at this property). She greeted us with red and yellow melon, which was very welcoming after the flight. The property was clean and the little extras, such as the fruits, milk, bread, eggs and cheese were a very nice perk that can get you started with your day. The property is close to a very nice beach and very close to bus stations to and from Jaffa/Tel-Aviv/Airport etc. so if you don't mind riding the bus, you can get anywhere within 30-40 min.

The room is not very sound proof - you will hear people outside speaking. Also, the cleaning fee for the room was not visible on booking.com and we were surprised to find that we have to pay this extra. I wish the cleaning fee was better exposed or already included before booking, but apart from that, the room met the description and the photos.
