Lovely clean light and bright apartment in the heart of the old town, would defo recommend but there are just a few litt

Location amazing, right in the heart of the old town shopping area! Nice and light, bright and roomy!

The upstairs jacuzzi area was dangerous, loose decking making it an easy trip hazard, not as nice as the photos show! 4 out of the 6 wall lights up there were not working! The jacuzzi was not very warm at all so wasn’t a pleasant experience! Also 4 bulbs in the dining room light were not working! Curtains hanging down in living room!

hot tub really made it special

hot tub made it ! bathrooms lovely !

could do with brightening up with a lick of paint ! beds were hard ! some of the decking was loose and sharp so always had to wear shoes , wouldn’t say child friendly !

Expensive but spacious and central located.

in the middle of the old town, the space was huge, the professional staff, their flexibility, flexibility about late checkout, good bed quality

the fridge had some smell after fish from previous guest, the price was way too expensive compare to similar places around the region, not so cozy and a bit poorly furnished or decorated, difficult to access by car or taxi.

The beds really need new mattresses! We have been staying 4/5 years now and the beds are so hard all 4 of us struggles to sleep really badly Not ideal having no hottub the first day due to maintenance and no hot water for 24 hours due to a boiler issue

Perfect place for a group break

Convenient and safe location in the heart of the old town. Lovely balcony and roof terrace with city views. Clean and bright. kitchen well equipped

Needs a couple more sun loungers on the roof and the glass screen needs cleaning. If 6 people were to stay in winter it could feel a bit cramped but we spent most of our time outside in the sun which was great.

was good, but been in better cheaper places in Malaga

location great, beds are confertable, shower is good but warm water can run low with max capacity

double beds were small, kitchen poor equipped and worn out, bedrooms with bedlamps without electrical socket’s??? and sockets on strange places so charging electronics on the floor.

Great

The apartment is great, very spacious with balcony, terrace and private jacuzzi. 2 bathrooms available. Location is perfect

The Jacuzzi was not heated, you have to go and pick up the keys somewhere else (the guy in the reception could have been friendlier) specially since when we arrived there was another group of girls asking for support since they had just been robbed apparently in another of their apartments (our stay was safe but a bit nervous after this welcoming)

Perfect location and very confortable apprtment with super nice terrace with jacuzzi. We enjoyed!

Location and rooms were nice and tidy. Aircoolers in every room was a plus!

Pans in the appartment were used, and since we liked to cook in the appartment that was a shame. we needed to buy dishwasher tablets and toilet paper ourselves.

virtually no view from the roof terrace needs redecorating sofa bed slats broken Kitchen had very basic utensils, plastic travel kettle, no coffee machine, oven was smoking when we tried to use it. management company shocking so didn’t bother telling them.

We enjoyed our stay and the area was amazing. Think our apartment was overpriced though and. little tired.

The apartment was comfortable and reasonably well presented. Good kitchenette and lovely bathroom and shower. Hot Tub east to work.

There was no view from the windows or the roof terrace in our one bedroom apartment. you practically faced another block. Tarpaulin had been placed on roof terrace I believe for privacy, but again restricted any views.

The kitchen doesn't have any tea, coffee, wine opener. The photos on website do not match the actual situation at the apartment. The terrace doesn't look nearly as nice as advertised. It is not accessible by car at all, so I would not stay here if renting a car. The keys need to be picked up from a different location which is not convenient because you have to drag your suitcases through the town from the parking garage.

Malaga is amazing and apartment is at the right spot.

The location is perfect its very central, apartment has enough room as advertised. Jacuzzi worked like a charm. On few occasions when i needed help from reception they were very responsive.

Apartments werent very clean, there were left over empty beer cans here and there. The bath tub had a weird brown stain inside which wouldnt go away. In 1 of the 2 washrooms there was no hot water coming in shower for some reason. Also concierge isnt always on his post, and me my wife and a 2 year old were yelled at because i was just putting on my mask as i was coming out of the lift by some other guests, in spanish they threatened us yelled and cursed.

Excellent stay in the middle of Malaga -- but forget the car

Location, location, location :) -- It was a great place in the very middle of the center, perfect from exploring the area. The apartment was very spacious, balcony, AND a rooftop jacuzzi. Perfect for stay in the center of the city for a few days.

Location - if you come by car and expect to explore larger area with a car. Since it's in the middle of the town (pedestrian area), the closest parking places are overcrowded, cramped and VERY expensive. You do get a discount from the hosts (thanks !) but that's a one-time -- so you just park the car and forget about it. However, that's inevitable when you are located in the middle of a pedestrian area. Also, another minor complaint is that the two bedrooms are rather cramped -- there is just place for a double bed, and very little else. However, the rest of the apartment is very spacious and very well equipped.

Location was excellent. Beds were comfortable. Hot tub and balcony were really nice.

Some marks on floors and walls. A small spot of blood on bedroom floor. The hot tub was emptied before we vacated and without notice.

Modern apartment but no view.

No view whatsoever!!! Expected roof terrace not tk have a view as it said inner courtyard view. However, EVERY window looked onto a brick wall of next building. This meant the apartment was too dark and it felt like being in a prison. The only escape was the roof!!

The location is excellent. Modern decor and great shower. Loved having a hot tub to come back to. We were able to check in early which was great .

Possibly overpriced

Spacious apartment in a very central location….but we did not find it noisy.

Certain fixtures and fittings are a bit worn and need maintenance ie. wooden decking walkways to upper levels, some areas in bathrooms ..see below. Apartment decor rather bland which could be improved with wall features ie. pictures/ paintings. Not a 200 euro per night stay compared to others l’ve stayed in. Only one waste bag supplied for our 5 night stay and when l asked at the office for another one l was told they could not help and l would have to buy one!! A sheet of paper with user info. would have been nice. For example it took me ages to find the air con. controls which were hiding behind a plant. The young man in the office did not know….training!! Mildew in bathroom ( see photo ). Not at this price.

A great city break

We sent a couple of messages via the booking.com app and didn't receive an answer to one, and the other was received after we checked in. Not a big deal but a bit disappointing.

The roof terrace was amazing, really private. Kitchen was well stocked with glasses, plates etc. Lots of towels, bedding...everything you need, couldn't fault it. Finally a wonderful location.
