About this house rental

#49 Hargreaves Road might just be the ideal alternative to the higher-cost rentals along the Middleton coast! Set just one block behind the Esplanade, it’s a short walk only for beach access it shapes as the ideal holiday getaway for your family, talk to us if you have any special requests and we will consider!

Accommodation includes 3 bedrooms comprising 2 x queen beds, 1 x double and a games room with a double sofa bed. *Please note bed sheets and bath towels are not provided. Quilts with cover, pillows and mattress protectors are provided.

Presentation is clean, efficient and comfortable. Two separate zones if needed, one for you, one for the kids which includes TV, Wii and DVD. You can walk to the local licensed tavern for meals or stay home, use the barby and savour the sounds and sight of the sea from the outdoor covered deck. It’s all here in simple but well-appointed holiday accommodation.

Property was good, bit dated but had everything we needed. We are keen surfers so location was great. Loved rhe pool table & decking, used both a lot. Only thing I'd mention is seemed to have a mould smell in back bedroom....also the property probably has beautiful floor boards underneath carpets....

Nice 3 br house close to fantastic Middleton surf beach. Our two teenagers and their friend appreciated the large rumpus room which had a tv with a sound bar. The darts board got a work out as well. We didn't need to communicate with the owner because the information on the website and in the house book covered everything we needed.

Close walk to beach , views were really good from lots of windows, absolutely comfortable for pets & we covered all furniture, plus the back yard was great for pets & fully fenced so good for very small dogs huge bonus, the 2 very large T.V.s was so so good huge tick to owners, there was everything we needed don't get that very often, we took 2 barby mats for barby & it cooked absolutely beautiful, if you have children of any age it's so well catered for, great bedding arrangements great hosts will definitely be back :)

Perfect set up to entertain the kids when the weather wasn't ideal for the beach. Fantastic location with a great view of the water from the back deck, could see the whales without going anywhere

Comfortable and very tidy house, close to beaches that had the whales. Enjoyed our 2 night stay catching sight of the whales mothers and their babies each day.

We have always loved the Fleurieu coast. On a warm and sunny winter day the weather turned it on. Wow! What made it perfect was Haleeday a holiday rental at Middleton. Comfortable and inviting it was perfect. Everything we needed including pool table, dartboard and big screen with Netflix.

Love this place. Stayed for the long weekend and felt like a week. This had everything we needed and was like stepping back into my childhood beach house. Traveled with tween, teen and dog. Games room excellent, morning coffee with the view, quick walk to the beach and short walk to Middleton Main Street meant we had everything we needed. Extremely clean and well maintained. Highly recommend for a quality beach stay.

Exactly what we needed for a 4 generation get together over the Anzac weekend (from less than 1yr to 90+). Amenities were great and so close to the bench. everything we needed was there. Loved the Poolroom. Brought back so many good memories of playing snooker with my Father, when I was young.

We enjoyed the property, was great to have a pool table so we had something else to do. The smart TV was good too. Comfy beds. Only wish there was a coffee nearby, but not the owners fault. Had heaps of room for dogs to run around. Thanks for the great stay.

Great location with awesome views thanks to a vacant beachfront block at the back. Short walk around the corner to perfect location for boarding without the crowds of surfers parade. The house was pretty basic as far as old school single bathroom, shower over bathtub, small kitchen with no dishwasher, but for us, this was just fine. The major stand out that sets this property apart from most is the awesome games room with pool table, darts, big screen tv (complete with netflix, stan, spotify & prime subscriptions!) & even a smart table for music blue toothing from your phone! It was for these, the excellent outdoor setting on the big deck out the back, and all the little extras (puratap especially!), that make this our new first choice of Middleton accommodation! Unlike other places we've stayed here, Halleedays had a feel to it that it's someone's loved holiday home that they've chosen to share rather than a pure revenue collector. Even our two dogs loved the deck & big lawned back yard & we were able to go out & leave them outside without worrying they'd escape or get up to mischief. We loved our stay at Halleedays, would highly recommend to others, and can't wait to stay again!

I just love staying at this property and so do my dogs. Picture perfect beach views, check the surf from the back deck. My dogs love the grassy backyard and we all love this property's proximity to the beach and all the best that Middleton has to offer. Highly recommend for families and couples with and without pets.....
