Beautiful, spacious single family home located in a quiet neighborhood minutes from Snowmass Ski Resort. Walk a few steps out the door to catch the free 5 minute shuttle to the slopes. The free Aspen bus is only two blocks away as well. World class mountain biking begins right outside the door. Hardwood floors with beautiful beams accent the updated kitchen and wood burning fireplace of the main living area. Stunning views span from the Continental Divide to the Snowmass Ski area and can be seen from the multiple windows and oversized deck.

Other amenities include: Hot Tub, BBQ, cable, dvd, flatscreen TV, surround sound and SONOS speaker system, wireless internet, washer, dryer, fully furnished granite kitchen complete with wine refrigerator, 4 bedrooms, 3 baths. Sleeps up to 10.

The house was very clean and tidy! Had everything we needed and the location was great! Ken was very nice and asked if we needed anything. Would definitely stay there again! My husband left his wedding ring behind and Ken shipped it to us. I told him I would pay for shipping but he said no. That is so nice and he went out of his way to make sure everything was great for our stay! Thank you Ken!!

Wonderful and welcoming in Snowmass Village

This home is beautifully situated in a quiet neighborhood near restaurants and the ski area. Well supplied kitchen, plenty of room for 6 adults and a child, immaculately clean. Ken, the owner, replied to all communications quickly and efficiently. He was a joy to work with in making our visit stress free and thoroughly enjoyable. Hope to return soon.

We loved our stay! The house was perfect for our needs, and it was one of the best equipped houses I have ever rented (kitchen, towels, etc). The location is great and the shuttle buses to Snowmass Village and to Aspen are easy and convenient. Kenny is an extremely nice, accommodating, and laid-back guy who provided us with lots of helpful information. We did have an issue with the sink and garbage disposal while we were there, and Kenny was on it within minutes of us texting him. He had someone there first thing the next morning to fix it, and Kenny even cleaned up the kitchen and unwashed dishes after the repairman left. We plan to stay again in the future! Highly recommend.

Ken was extremely helpful to my family. He made sure the drive way was safe for my children and even gave my children sleds to play with. The kitchen is fully equipped. We will definitely rent from here again.

We had a wonderful stay in Snowmass. The house was great! It was clean and warm when we arrived. The rooms and bathrooms are all very large and comfortable. There is a ton of storage space. I appreciated all the open counter space and shelving (so many times rental homes fill every inch with knick-knacks taking up valuable storage space). The kitchen was well stocked (wine and champagne glasses always a plus). The bathrooms had plenty of soaps and shampoos as well as a hair dryer and flat iron. The master bath has a steam shower which was awesome! The house is in a great location, very close to the base of Snowmass. It has a huge lot so our kids had tons of snow to play in. They even made a sledding path in the backyard. There is also a hot tub for guests to enjoy!

Amazing Snowmass Village Location with Endless Amenities and Space

As part of a group of five, we stayed here over a long weekend for skiing. The location is perfect for Snowmass Mountain, and there is easy access to the other mountains via the free shuttle, which is just a short walk down the road from the house. There is tons of space in this house, and it could have comfortably slept twice as many people as we had in the house. Ken is an amazing host and takes pride in making sure that the visitors enjoy their stay. He personally made sure the walkways were clear and checked in with us periodically to see if we needed anything. This is a phenomenal rental, and we will certainly be staying here again!

Ken’s house was perfect for a group of 10 and he was excellent with communication throughout. The location is super convenient for catching the bus to Aspen and Ken supplied parking passes for Snowmass. I would highly recommend staying at this property.

Perfect House!

Perfect House!

We’ve stayed in this house two years in a row. It is perfectly perfect - in size, proximity to Snowmass slopes and charm. The past two years, two couples and three kids have stayed here and had one tag of room. Ken, the owner, is available as much as you need, but gives you plenty of space to make it your personal home. Plus, the kids love being able to play in the snow - sledding and snowballs right outside the porch. Plenty of parking and family room/kitchen/dining open floor plan is great and works well for get together in morning and evenings.
