Value for money apartment

Host was very communicative. Easy to check in and out. Easy to get supplies from the mini when needed e.g. more toilet paper and batteries for the remotes. Mountain view was spectacular. Large apartment, value for money. Aircon was cool enough. Water dispenser is a great addition.

Sofa does not seem very clean. Some mold in bathroom. Shower pressure a little low. Master bedroom toilet switch was loose. No gym access. You have to put down a RM100 deposit (but they allowed us to refund in cash so it's alright)

Comfortable and clean property

The property located at a very strategic location, in the middle of the town, easy access to restaurants and shops, just in walking distance. Also, value for money. Clean and the property space is just good for small group travel up to 6 person, especially with a small of friends or family. Like the balcony with mountain view. Highly recommended.

Pleasant stay and will recommend the place to families and friends.

Keys collection was smooth and the receptionist was extremely polite and helpful. Check-in and check-out was smooth and perfect. Thank you and keep up the good job.

stay comfy, clean and quiet place, will choose again this place

CS is prompt reply msg. Very clear instructions to guide us where to collect the key and where to park. Good location. Big refrigerator, we can store many frozen food brought from Hatyai and Ipoh. Overall, we stay happily and comfortable.

not a big deal but have to inform that second room wardrobe stored Christmas decoration and we unable to open to hang clothes. Suggest to change sofa too, condition is not good.

Location is very strategic and the house is spacious. Owner provide all the necessary stuffs but you need to bring hair conditioner (for lady). Quite clean, just the small room got some ants, overall is good

Accommodation was disappointing

We had to wait to check out as we needed to get back our deposit, expected someone to be around but no one was at the kiosk which was supposed to be open at 9am. We had to wait till 9 40 am for someone to turn up tbus delaying our departure to our next destination. Configuration of bed was terrible as we had to climb over each other to get out in the master and 2nd bedroom. Very difficult when having to go to toilet at night

Strategic Location

Fantastic location. For check-in, Mr Pot gave us clear instructions and followed us through till we entered the lift.

The toilet door of the master bedroom needs URGENT ATTENTION to avoid untoward incidents.

the wash room needs renovation. would prefer the bed sheets and pillows be starched and white in colour. also there should be the bed sheet cover in order that we sleep both top and bottom in clean sheets

Room for improvement but what an excellent value for money!

The apartment is spacious and comfortable with a well equipped Kitchen. Safe and easy access to car park and located in the centre of Ipoh town.

There were some maintenance issues which ought to have been addressed before we moved in. The folding bathroom door for the master bedroom had gone off its hinge and couldn't be closed. The shower handle was also faulty and we found it difficult to adjust the heat. Cupboard doors under the sink in the other bathroom were also loose. Although there was a remote control for Astro, we couldn't figure out how to use it and there were no witten instructions.

The location is superb. Close to the famous chicken rice shop "Ong" n other shopping places.

Good stay

Cleanliness is excellent. Location is good, we walked to nasi ganja and concubine lane. No hassle in finding parking as there is a designated one for guest. Very comfy mattress, washing machine and Coway water dispenser are extra good points.

We checked-out at 10am. Upon checking out, we had to wait for the host/co-host to go up and check the condition of the apartment before returning the deposit. At the time, the host was alone, he also needed to tend to the laundy shop's customer and had to close their convenience shop.

Superb

the location is strategic which is near to the hot spots in Perak, the house is very nice which we are comfortable and also provided w cuckoo & refrigerator, the owner also is very amazing when he come to fix the wifi, air conditioner & fan all work perfectly

maybe because of shampoo& soap is not provided but that’s okay i brought them from home already
