Prostorný a pohodlný Apartma

Prostorný a nově vybavený apartma s plnohodnotnou kuchyní a pohodlnou postelí v ložnici. U apartma je i prostorny balkon s částečným výhledem na moře.

Чистые новые аппараты, есть необходимая посуда для приготовления еды. Удобное бесконтактное заселение, не нужно носить ключи, дверь с кодовым замком.

Под окнами стройка, с 8 утра работает строительная техника. Хотелось бы, приезжая на неделю с дороги, иметь соль, сахар, чай, нет геля для душа. За 9 дней ни разу не меняли постельное белье.

Exceptional

The accommodation was in a good location, always a very nice walk to the beach. Parking is not problem. Close to scooter hire so the variation was absolutely perfect. 10 minutes walk to the beach, 2 minutes on a scooter for a couple of euros. Below the house we liked the bakery for a delicious breakfast menu 🥞 The host is a very nice and friendly guy who made us welcome. We will definitely be back, totally accommodating!!💪🏼

One small thing, I would add more storage space and a sweatshirt rack at the entrance.

Overall very happy with our stay

We had 2 weeks stay with family and couldn't be happier with the place. The host was welcoming and we didn't have any problems to get the key or get Wi-Fi working. Rooms were very clean and well equipped with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. Downstairs in and around the building you have a mini-markets, ice-cream shops, restaurants and even shoe and sports shoppe. It means that you can grab your breakfast or coffee without walking great lengths. There's also a HyperDino just across the street if you need to buy more stuff or visit barbershop for example.

Lovely apartment with amazing mountain views

Very nice and helpful owner. Lovely bright, spacious and modern apartment. Amazing mountain views while dining on the terrace. Supermarket and bus station just over the road, and just a 10 min walk down to the sea/town.

Overall very clean apartment however the toilet brush should be replaced to one with a lid and the cupboard above sink doesn't open easily (hinge is broken)

Convenient comfortable easy stay

The property is situated in the Center of Los Cristianos and in walking distance to amenities, it’s modern and includes light hearted decor along with a pretty view from the top floor , It has modern appliances with no extra requirement… it’s a nice sized apartment for the price and the hosts where very attentive

Perfect place…

Location is perfect. in center of Los Cristianos and walking distance to all places of interest. Great beach just 7 min walking. Apartment is completely new, just like on photos. all very functional. Host is welcoming and responsive. Best place to stay in this area. After staying in different apartments, this one is far the best (even others were good) and we will book it for our next stay as well….

There is nothing we didn’t like. Everything was perfect.

Great from start to finish, would recommend this property to any couple looking for a quality stay.

The location was perfect close to many shopping options and the bus station was right opposite along with a taxi rank. The property was great for the length of time we were staying, with plenty of wardrobe space and a very modern kitchen and bathroom. The host also allowed us to remain in the apartment for a few hours longer on our departure day as we had a late afternoon flight.

Fantastic stay in a wonderful apartment

The apartment was lovely and clean with an amazing balcony. Location was fantastic- only a short walk from the centre of Los Cristianos.

Superbe apartement! Loved it!

Superbe apartement! Great view and balcony. Perfectly clean and the size was excellent. The location is great as well. We stayed for a week in August 2021 and had no problem finding a parking spot right in front of the appartement. It is also at walking distance to restaurants, several grocery stores and to the beach (playa las vistas). Do no hesitate to go there you will not regret it!

The appartement was missing oil, salt, pepper, and dishwashing liquid. The pans' non stick coating were really damaged so we didn't use them. Nothing else apart from those two things.

A quite relax in a modern flat

Roberto is an attentive and helpful manager who puts his guests at ease and assists them to the best of his ability. The apartment was large and comfortable, with many comforts, in a served area, with a lot of free parking and several supermarkets nearby, easy to reach from Tenerife Sur Airport.

Exceptional

The cosy, newly reconstructed apartment with a fabulous view to the mountains. The location is perfect, at the beginning of „promenade“, so very right place to start the walking or running route. You can enjoy early morning sun and coffee in the balcony. The last 8 floor suits for the people who enjoy feel almost alone in a big building 😊 Everything is as appears as advertised, it looks exactly like the photos. Spacious bathroom and you’ll be surprised by powerful, NORMAL size hairdryer (women will understand me 😉) . TV & wifi was brilliant, very comfortable king size bed and huge blanket in the bedroom for the couple still talking to each other 😊. You can get a wine in at least three food stores almost downstairs of the apartment, so a bit noisy street will not irritate you at all 😊 Thanks for nice stay!
