Welcome to 114 W Hudson Avenue! This 3BR/2.5BA home is on the right side of a duplex perfectly situated in the heart of Folly Beach and a short walk to the beach. The house comfortably sleeps 8 guests and is conveniently located a block from center street and 5 blocks from the beach!
Folly Beach, or as locals refer to it, The Edge of America, is a laid-back, golf-cart-friendly community with many great restaurants, a booming nightlife, plenty of shopping, water activities, and water tours. For more historic exploring, the famous Downtown Charleston is only a 25 - minute car ride, which offers endless fine dining, shopping, historical sites, and more. There is something for everyone here. We promise you will Folly in love with this beautiful island!

The Folly Beach noise ordinance is from 10 pm to 8 am.
No pets allowed. Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA and are not allowed in properties unless specifically designated in writing as “pets considered” and approved by our office.
No smoking is allowed in or outside of the house.
House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJs, etc., are prohibited.
The occupancy can be at most 8 people at any time during your stay.
We require 50% payment at the time of booking. The remaining 50% of your balance will be due 30 days before the check-in date, and we will run the card on file. Bookings within 30 days of your arrival date require full payment at the time of booking.

Our group of six really enjoyed our girls weekend at Folly Beach. The house was clean, well appointed, and super cute. The location was awesome - a short walk to bars, restaurants, and the beach. The property manager was also very communicative which we appreciated. Would definitely stay here again!

Our family trip this year was to Charleston. The property was exactly what we needed for our 4 night stay in the folly beach area. Even though the house was not oceanfront, the walk to the public access was quick and easy. The house itself was very clean and well stocked with everything needed . We will definitely try and book this rental again the next time we chose Charleston to visit. Thank you.

This is our second Vrbo rental at Folly Beach, and we were more than pleased by the property, it's inclusions, and communication with the property management company. We had answers to our questions very quickly, and the proximity to both the beach and exciting Charleston was ideal for our much needed vacation. We had only one pre-vacation request for a larger fan in the bedroom and this was found, and ready for us to use. Also, the bed in the master bedroom was amazing and so comfy. The part of playing cards in the screened-in porch was so much fun during the evening, and the outdoor shower was great for days while at the beach, or to cool off with total privacy. Not to mention, access to the great eats like Taco Boy, Ritas, and no trip at Folly can go without a sub from Berts, all within walking distance.
We have visited Folly Beach four times now, and each time we feel like a member of the community. If only we were in the financial position, this property would be ideal for both me and my husband to retire; as I continue working in Higher Education. We are grateful to the property management company, and Vrbo for making this another great memory as we celebrate 12 years of marriage. We hope to come back again next year for another visit, and hopefully bring our family! The only thing we wish we could have done was thank someone, in-person or connect a name to the property. If they can read this, my husband and I are so grateful for you sharing your home!

Was very nice place reasonable close to the ocean but directions to would have been nice. Watch out for the plastic chairs on the front porch one was broken when we got there and another broke when sat on falling over back wards, scary but no major harm done. Need To Be Replaced! Some Beach Towels would have been nice.
But over all would definitely stay again!

This townhome was fantastic! The location was perfect and it was very clean and quiet! The property managers were also very prompt with their communication. We would love it if beach towels and chairs were available in the future and we hope to stay here again!

Great place to stay. Kitchen equip with pots and pans. The only this is bring extra garbage bags, foil, detergents, etc. None were left from other guests. Would for sure stay here again!

Nice property. Very close to downtown which was nice as our 17 year olds could walk to Main Street and pier. Saturday night music was quietened by a 10 p m noise restriction.

I cant say enough about how wonderful this house was for a relaxing vacation. Great communication and easy check in and check out. Perfect location with a very short walk to the beach restaurants and shopping. Beautiful fully stocked kitchen. Had everything we needed. Extra bonus was a grill on the back deck. The upper and lower balconies were a great place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an evening cocktail. The house was super clean. Fresh linens and towels and extremely comfortable beds. Highly recommend it! You won't be disappointed. Will definitely stay here again.

Location was wonderful as we were able to walk to everything in Folly Beach. The house was very clean, but the carpet and the couches need to be replaced. Kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable.

Loved the house. Clean, well appointed, great kitchen and utensils, bedrooms were large and comfy, bathrooms were really nice upstairs and down- very clean. Absolutely best location. Don’t let the words “5 blocks from beach" put you off as they are very short blocks, not even really blocks. Can walk to any restaurant within minutes and the restaurants are great. Had a very minor problem with hot water in one bathroom that was resolved within a couple of hours. Would absolutely make this my go to house on Folly.

If you want to be walking distance to Center Street and the restaurants, this is a great location. I usually choose a house near or on the beach when visiting Folly, but my family was hosting a party at a venue off of Center Street, so this house was the perfect place. You are only a 10-minute walk to the beach. The home was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. This rental read sleeps 8 which is true if you open the couch, but I would say 6 adults max. It is a bit tight for 8. The unit shows a garage in the photo, but it is not accessible. It would have been nice to have been able to enter through the garage when we arrived as it was pouring down rain. Parking can be an issue on Folly on a busy weekend. The drive might be able to hold 4 very small compact cars, but definitely only two SUV's/trucks. The property management group was very easy to work with and sent texts with all the information I needed. I would rent with them again.

House was really nice and modern and had most of what we needed. Owner is a great communicator and helped us with the check in process. House is very close to the ocean and was a super close walk to the beach which was nice.
Only suggestions we would offer is to fix the twin bed on the left side upstairs. Very squeaky when you move on it. Also there were a few ants in the upstairs bathrooms no biggie - just want to make you aware.
