About this apartment rental

A lovely fully furnished and fully equipped apartment (all bed linen, sheets, duvets, blankets, bath towels and pool towels are provided). The apartment is part of a shared home, situated in a lovely sleepy countryside village, yet only 6 minutes drive from a bustling town. The apartment comprise the ground floor level. It has a double bedroom (which has an additional double bed if required). The second bedroom comprises twin beds with separate toilet. The apartment has a modern family sized shower room, a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, American style fridge freezer with ice maker, coffee machine, toaster, blender etc etc. The Living room (with French and UK TV & DVD ) comprises 2 bed settee’s and has direct access to the garden and swimming pool. The property is remote enough to have a fantastic relaxing holiday or can act as an excellent base, to visit the many historic towns and villages of SW France. The property is accessed through an electrically operated gate, affording ample privacy and secure private parking. The immediate surrounding area is great for both hilly and flat walks with the beautiful River Aveyron just 0.5 miles from the apartment. The historic town of Villefranche de Rouergue, only 6 mins by car, boasts all the usual supermarkets, cafes and restaurants and has its fair share of gorgeous bakeries. The owners have 2 dogs and a cat and are therefore pet friendly, so pets are welcome with prior consent of the owners.

Les propriétaires sont extrêmement sympathiques , prévenants et toujours en quête d'amélioration pour satisfaire les vacanciers. Dés l'arrivée , un panier "dégustation" nous attend et pendant tout le séjour Andy et Dawn sont à notre écoute. Le cadre est magnifique et les environs également. Que souhaitez de plus? Vacances difficiles à oublier.

Si vous rechercher le calme et un décor magnifique foncés !!! Très bon séjour à Villefranche de Rouergue , location de bonne qualité ,très propre, tout y est pour vous rendre le séjour des plus agréable, la piscine est nettoyer régulièrement, les propriétaires sont à l'écoute et toujours très serviable et sympatiques ,si vous aimer les animaux il n'y a pas de souci ils sont adorable, je vous recommande fortement.

This property is as good as it looks on the photo. Dawn and Andy are super hosts going out of the way to make guests feel welcome. The property itself is well furnished ,very spacious with all you could expect. Lots of walks close by and lots to see nearby. Thoroughly recommend

Nous avons passés de très bonnes vacances chez Andy et Dawn. Maison, très bien située au calme et à 5 mn en voiture de Villefranche de Rouergue. Grand appartement, très bien aménagé avec vraiment tout ce qu'il faut. Piscine et jardin, très très agréable. Andy et Dawn sont adorables et de bons conseils. La région est à découvrir que ce soit pour les sites ou pour les activités. Nous recommandons sans problèmes.

Dawn and Andy were great hosts. Martha, our Labrador, was made very welcome too! Lots of good walks and cycling close by. The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped and the pool is a real bonus.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Andrew et Dawn qui sont des hôtes très accueillants, chaleureux et très attentionnés. Nous recommandons très vivement cette location bien située, proche du centre de Villefranche de Rouergue, au calme et dans un environnement très agréable (piscine, cadre, tranquillité, sérénité) et avec tout le confort. De belles visites et ballades à faire dans le secteur.

Nous avons passé 2 merveilleuses semaines en famille dans cette propriété parfaite : à 5mn en voiture de Villefranche de Rouergue, bonne localisation pour visiter l'Aveyron, le Lot et le Tarn. La maison correspond parfaitement au descriptif et offre une prestation d'excellente qualité. Le jardin et la piscine sont très agréables à tout moment de la journée. Dawn et Andy sont des hôtes très accueillants et particulièrement attentionnés, un vrai bonheur ! A noter que les animaux sont non seulement acceptés, mais eux aussi accueillis avec soin ;-). Bref, je recommande à 200%. Merci à vous Dawn et Andy, pour tout, et à bientôt j'espère.

Andy et Dawn nous ont accueilli très chaleureusement dans leur propriété. L'appartement est très bien situé, au calme, spacieux et très bien équipé (il ne manque rien).Nous avons également bien apprécié la piscine. La région est très belle, beaucoup de ballades et de bons restaurants. Stunning countryside + Warm, inviting hosts

Wow, what a week! Me and my girlfriend have just returned from an incredible break in Ville-franche de Rouergue. It was our first time here and we will definitely return. A big thank you to Andy and Dawn, the wonderful hosts, who from the moment we arrived were warm, accommodating and full of information about all of the local amenities and places to see in Ville-franche. The two of them made our stay that extra bit special. The house itself is stunning. Down in a beautiful valley, with picturesque landscape, it was the perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life. We felt so lucky to have found this place, for such a great price. Surrounding the house are some beautiful farms, rivers and forestry making this place HEAVEN for walking enthusiasts. We spent alot of our days enjoying the beautiful, tranquility of the local area. Just a short drive into the local town, maybe 3 minutes by car. The Centre is full of quaint French bakeries, beautiful restaurants, and small bars with most offering a beautiful al fresco area to enjoy your panaché (Shandy) out in the sun. With a beautiful river running directly through the middle, this place is perfect for a long afternoon of exploring, dining and maybe even a little drinking. A big thank you again to Andy and Dawn, we both hope to return again shortly and can't recommend your beautiful house anymore! Danny & Ella

The property is to a high standard and the owners are very friendly and helpful - Beautiful location with lots of lovely walks Not too far from the main village which has lovely bars and restaurants, with market days and beautiful architecture - where time just seems to standstill / if your venturing out further a field there are some beautiful towns and castles to visit Would highly recommend and can’t wait to return February 2018 Thank you Andy and Dawn for a wonderful break in your holiday apartment 😁

Amazing, idyllic holiday

Right from the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome and have been looked after superbly by Andy and Dawn for whom nothing was too much trouble. The gite is wonderfully homely and superbly equipped - together with the patio, garden space and of course the pool. The location - secluded but only minutes from town, with all of its amenities, cafes restaurants and markets - is absolutely ideal. It's been a truly memorable holiday and we’ve recommended the gite to our friends and family since our return. Look forward to returning next year!
