For Australian Defence Force staff and visitors, the Australian Headquarters Joint Operations Command (HQJOC) is located only a few km's away, and approximately a 20 minute drive via road to the main entrance or 5 minute drive to the rear HQJOC access road. Sustainable living at Elouera started at the design phase, with the careful selection of natural building materials during construction and renovations, to the regular use of natural and safe cleaning products for maintenance and care. At Elouera, we pride ourselves on avoiding the use of harmful synthetic chemicals, using resources wisely and minimising waste. The grounds at Elouera are tended by traditional and contemporary organic gardening practices to enhance bio-diversity, human friendly spaces and natural micro-climates. PARKING & EV charging There is ample parking at the property, however the carport allocated to the cottage is only suitable for modest sized vehicles. Contemporary SUVs, utes and trucks will need to park outside, in front of the cottage. At this stage we cannot provide or allow onsite EV charging.
