The property is well maintained and furnished with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect for the activities we had planned. My only complaint is the third bedroom did not have a Queen size bed as shown on the listing. Rather, it was a Double bed, and not very comfortable for my daughter and son-in-law. That was disappointing.

Super location to enjoy our Utah ski vacation! This comfortable condo was one of the best supplied vacation properties I have ever rented. Very roomy and handy to local restaurants, shopping, and ski resorts.

Thank you Matt for a fantastic stay, we will definitely be back! The condo is immaculate, great location and Matt is super responsive. We loved the layout, the space was perfect for our group of 5 with 3 teens. Everyone had plenty of room and the unit is very well maintained.

This was the perfect place for our ski trip! Excellent location to Cottonwoods, restaurants, etc and the condo is beautifully appointed. Would highly recommend this spot for any skiing or hiking trips in your future

Our whole group thought the property was fabulous. Clean as a whistle, big, well located comfortable and everything worked. Amenities like coffee makers (yes, 2 of them) and a nicely stocked kitchen made everything work. Ski gear storage, garage parking. All nice.

We stayed for 6 weeks to ski Alta, and the condo was a great get-away! Very fast drive up and down the canyon to/from Alta on most days. Super comfortable beds, very roomy, super clean, and very easy to maintain. The bed linens, blankets, and towels were all soft and high quality. We used the well-stocked kitchen almost every night to cook our dinners — and we were very happy that several of our favorite grocery stores were close by. On days we wanted to eat out, we found many delicious restaurants in the vicinity — several within walking distance. Loved having the garage and the boot dryers! The area got a bit of snow several times over our stay, and the plows kept the driveways clear. Matt was very helpful — thank you so much!

Matt was an extremely helpful, accommodating and communicative host. After a very long day of travel, the condo was a sight for sore eyes--it was even decorated with a few tasteful Christmas decorations, which made it feel very homey and inviting. The kitchen accessories are very well stocked and the condo includes everything we needed for a comfortable stay, plus lots of wonderful extras like games, puzzles, boot warmer, etc. The beds and pillows were so comfy too! We skied and had a great time. The condo is in a very convenient location, unless you are trying to access Little Cottonwood Canyon ski resorts and the road closes. Also, be prepared for long traffic delays up the canyon roads on holidays or days when there is good snow. Even with the traffic, I would happily return to this condo because we loved it and Matt was a fantastic host!

Family getaway
We were there for a wedding and the condo was perfect. Very clean and updated. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need and the beds were very comfortable. Definitely would stay there again.

Great location and inside layout
This condo was in a perfect location for day trips to the Cottonwood canyon ski resorts. It was also close to ski shops, groceries, and a short ride to the airport. The kitchen was fully equipped, there is a large table area for meals and a cozy sofa by the fireplace. Use of the garage was a bonus.

Best VRBO I've stayed at in some time.
Super clean and well furnished. Cozy living room with large sofa and blankets everywhere, room for everyone. Had absolutely everything we needed. 2 coffee makers, well supplied kitchen. Nice cookware. Lots of fresh soft towels in the bathrooms, washer and dryer with soap. Toiletries, tissues in every room, games. Loved the boot warmer ski storage and garage. Great location!

We have stayed in this complex previously, so we knew the location was right. The condo itself was very clean.
For larger groups with children or single adults, a bedroom with more than one bed would be convenient, but that is minor. Very good place

Perfect location, perfect accommodations
My family takes an annual trip to UT for skiing. Our favorite resort is Solitude, and this condominium is conveniently located right by the mouth of Big Cottonwood Canyon where the ski resort is located. Our favorite ski rental place Lift House, Smith’s grocery store, and an access to interstates are just around the corner from the property. We would rent it again, if we had another opportunity. Thanks!

Perfect place for our Stay!
This property was really clean, and had everything that we needed. We were really impressed. 4 of us were visiting, and it was very comfortable for us all to stay here. Living area was open, furniture was nice and comfortable. Kitchen was well appointed. When we visited, there were a few days of snow storms. Snowplows cleared the driveways twice a day so that we could get out. The is located close to shuttle bus stops so my husband walked and took the bus up the canyons daily to ski, so I could keep the car.
We would definitely stay here again. We are going to re-book in the summer. Thanks Matt for a great stay.

Great condo for SLC skiing
Our visit was 100% positive. The host, Matt, responded to questions quickly and clearly. The unit was very clean. The layout was great, with spacious common areas. The kitchen was very well equipped and well stocked. We really appreciated the boot warmer. The location was very convenient to Solitude, Brighton, Snowbird, and Alta. I highly recommend this property.

Wonderful skier's retreat
Boot drier, ski tuning room, ski and snowboard racks in the garage along with a great kitchen and quiet, comfortable places to stretch out and relax. This place was perfect for recovering from a hard day skiing. It is close to big and little cotton wood canyon and only an hour away from Snow Basin which was blue bird when the canyons were socked in. There is also a grocery store and a great ski shop 1/2 mile away that does repairs fast.

Best HomeAway rental yet! Matt the owner is right there to make sure you have an exceptional stay!!! Condo if fully equipped and beyond. Matt has every possible amenitie that you could possibly even need during your stay, I mean everything! The owner is detail oriented. The place is extremely neat and clean.

So conveniently located from the city. 25 minutes to Vivant. We always enjoyed getting away from the hustle/bustle to a quiet beautiful setting. Very pleased. Coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores just minutes from the condo. Matt was The Best to work with. Allowed early registration for our convenience which was so appreciated. We would definitely come back to stay at this condo. Beautiful location!!!

Great Spring Break with Grandkids
The property was wonderful. Very clean and well kept. Great location, close to all ski resorts and downtown. We had a terrific time hiking, skiing and just hanging out at the condo playing games (large selection in dining area)....great fun. We will be coming back to Salt Lake City and staying here again!

Beyond Expectation
Matt's unit (H4) is the best one I have stayed at (out of 30 or so in North America) over the years.

1. Great floor layout
2. Terrific kitchen -- it has every cooking instrument imaginable, and very well organized. It seems the owners are serious cooks.
3. Very good furniture. We particularly liked the formal dining table, which is our communal work space.
4. Exceptional ski related equipments on the garage level.
5. Matt is highly responsive.
6. Internet speed is high and stable.
7. A terrific selection of games for indoor days.
We'd try to stay here again on our next trip to SLC.

Family Ski Trip and College Tours...
This townhouse was meticulous! It had everything we needed in a home away from home. Conveniently located to grocery stores, ski shops, retail shopping, restaurants and more! The furnishings and decor were lovely! We toured Westminster and The U, both which were about 25 minutes away. Matt was very easy to communicate with! We can't wait to return!
