Our luxury ocean view condo awaits you. we have a spacious master suite with king size bed walk in closet 32 inch LCD TV/DVD and master bathroom. A second guest bedroom with queen size bed and a private studio room with a queen size sofa bed, 42 inch LCD TV/DVD and cable. The condo has two full bathrooms formal living room formal dining room which sits up to 8 guests and brand new kitchen fully equipped with all stainless steel appliances. The balcony over looks the ocean infinity pool and beautiful landscape. Just sit back relax and enjoy the full view sunsets.

Check in time: 3:00 pm-Check out time: 11:00am Early/late check in-out can be arranged with advanced notice.

All reservations must be made with a 50 % booking deposit. The Balace and 200.00 security deposit are due 30 days prior to check-in date. The security deposit will be refunded within 10 business days after check-out.

Cancellations: All deposits are fully refundable for all cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival date. Cancellations made less than 30 days to schedule arrival date will be subject to a 200.00 cancellation fee.

Pros: location to beaches, ocean view, safe property, pool, plenty of towels for beach and bathe, water pressure in on suite is great, beach supplies, washer and dryer Cons: Cleaning service did not bother to clean a/c filters in months and they did not work properly until I thoroughly cleaned them, oven is not working properly, only on parking spot allocated second car was asked to park outside of complex,

The perfect location and apartment for a family! Near quite a few beaches eg. crash boat beach, jobos beach (great for surfers, can be dangerous in some sections), and another we didn't get a chance to go to is survival beach (this one is a hike boots/sneakers required and may not be swimmable depending on time you go). Overall can't wait to visit again!

Enjoyed my stay here. Wish it lasted longer! The condo was comfortable. It could use more kitchenware .. we ended up buying a spatula and a shower curtain for the bathroom.

My family and I fully enjoyed our stay at Aguadilla Pueblo. The grounds were well kept and the pool was aways inviting. The condo was a very comfortable place to stay and Edwin was super helpful and quick to respond to our questions. We especially appreciated Edwin's dinner recommendation at The Eclipse.

The condo is in a great location, and it is more beautiful than it looks in the pictures! Spacious master bedroom/bathroom, large and comfortable balcony overlooking the pool and the ocean (sunsets). The staff on the grounds (including gatekeepers) are so friendly, kind and helpful. Not many speak English, though. We loved it and would definitely return there. Word to the wise, the streets are narrow there and full of cars (especially those leading to the nearby beaches). Recommend getting the smallest vehicle you can use for getting around and parking.

This condo is beautiful and in a great location. The condo is clean, and the view from the pasión is overseeing the pool and ocean. It is close to several great beaches, Crash Boat, Peña Blanca and Hobos beach. The infinity pool at this complex is amazing, the best I have ever experienced. It is definitely a great place to stay.

In speaking the truth…. We had an amazing time!! That location is perfect!! The condo was good but it needs attention. The mattresses in those sofa beds are done and some kitchen items also need replacing. Although I was not able to use them, the washer and dryer clearly need replacing.

Wonderful stay! The condo was clean, big and bright! They had almost everything you would need for cooking or enjoying your stay. While not listed, they have a couple beach chairs and a small cooler which we used nearly every day going to beaches nearby! The views were amazing, just as advertised! We enjoyed drinking coffee in the mornings on the balcony, enjoying the birds and ocean view. Close to restaurants and several beaches, would still recommend having a vehicle, as not much is within walking distance. The infinity pool was tranquil and not too busy, there was another pool on the property but we didn’t check it out. The hosts were friendly and quick to respond with any questions!

The property as shown has a breath taking view from the balcony. The pool was always clean and the view of crash boat is unmatchable . The condo was kept well and had plenty of space. The only issue seemed to be with the WiFi and appliances in the condo. The WiFi frequently goes out so if that’s something that is important for your stay I would take that into account. when we arrived the keys weren't there as the host said , but he responded quickly and we were able to get into the condo shortly after. We frequently stay in Puerto Rico and enjoyed our time again.

Stayed at Edwin's condo at Puerta del Mar. The condo was great, the view from balcony was breathtaking. Working with Edwin was very smooth. I would only say you should probably update the mattress from the sofa beds you could really feel the springs. So our family member couldn't sleep on that she had to just sleep on the sofa, which by the way were the most comfortable sofas ever. Even with that we would still stay there again! Our extended family booked a house nearby and all their beds were like that so they would like to come back in the Fall and book your unit. Thank you Edwin for making this experience so easy.

We had a great time at this property. The pool is amazing, and Crash Boat beach was close and great. Unfortunately, the area is not very walking-friendly, so a car is a must if you’re visiting Puerta Del Mar. The house was clean and fit our needs exactly. The master bedroom was spacious, but as another review states, the second bedroom (queen) is a bit tight and does not have a dresser for clothing storage. I don’t believe there is glass recycling at the condo, so buy in plastic if possible when you head to the grocery store!

Absolutely loved the apt, location and the owner responded to any questions I had almost immediately. Everyone we came across was so friendly and helpful. The apt was very nicely furnished with everything one would need. Gorgeous views, with balcony to relax and take it all in. Spacious where everyone had their space to unwind. I addressed the mattresses in living area and owner said he was replacing them in November. That was my only real complaint. I’ll definitely book more stays here. Ps. Do not miss out on visiting Crash boat beach which is 5 minutes away and you can actually view it from property. One of my favorites!! *get there before 10am to secure a parking (legal) spot and beach spot. 😉

THE LOCATION IS GREAT EVERYTHING IS VERY CLOSE TO GO TO.THE CONDO NEEDS A REALY GOOD CLEANING IN THE BATHROOM AND KITCHEN. THERE ARE ROACHES ALL OVER THE PLACE. FURNITURE NEEDS TO BE UPDATED EVERYTHING IN THE PORCH IS VERY OLD AND THE GRILL VERY NASTY. THE FAN IN ROOM IS MISSING PARTS. THE VIEW OF THE POOL EXELENT AND CRASH BOAT 🚢 THE BEST BEACH. 👌. NOT COMING BACK TO RENT THIS ONE.AND YOU ONLY GET ONE PARKING SPOT NOT 2 LIKE THE LISTING SAYS THE OWNER SUV IS ALWAYS ON THE OTHER PARKING SPOT 🙄.

This rental is 5 stars when it comes to the ocean view, which is accessible from almost any angle. Sleeping rooms are spacious and the kitchen and living room are accommodating. Some amenities are not available as listed like toiletries such as shampoo. Major cracks along the walls and little to no information about the gate remote and also check out procedures with the key. Our stay was pleasant other an that and look forward to coming back.

This place has amazing views , the place place has plenty of space with 2 bedrooms big kitchen dining room and spacious spacious living room however it has a balcony to die for with view towards the pool and Ocean. It's really close to all major activities and great access to best beach Crash Boat! The owner is really responsive and very attractive to the property.. it is a must stay!!

This place was everything we expected and more! Waking up to that view every morning was unforgettable. The place was clean well kept and very comfortable for me and my family. Great communication with the host, and the trip went without any hiccups. 10/10 would recommend and 10/10 would stay here again.

Overall it was a good experience, but there were a couple of things that we understand need to be improved. First, there was not very good communication from the owner beforehand regarding the use of the parking lot and the beeper. We were 6 adults with two vehicles. We were only able to use one parking lot. This caused the security guard to give us different instructions in this regard. Also, even though the security guard asked us if we had a beeper to enter, we were unaware that we would have one available to use. If the owner had informed us, we would have used it. We saw it the day we left. If he had given us specific instructions, we would have avoided misunderstandings. Second, the mattresses on the two sofa beds are in terrible condition, I felt the springs and they are uncomfortable. I think they should be replaced with new ones.

Awesome stay it’s a very quite location with an awesome pool. It was a perfect location for me and the family. I had a minor issue where my daughter left her bag in the room, and communication with the care takers of the condo ceased all of a sudden. Issue was resolved because of me being savvy. Again not the care takers fault, but they should communicate with there renters a tad bit more! Awesome awesome location. I highly recommend it but make sure you don’t for get your bags.

Renting the condo was very easy, Edwin made it easy for me to get my parents settled, I was worried about the airport when we landed cause of CDC Requirements. We were greeted at the house with keys and explain the layout of the area which was a dream! I can’t say enough about this trip! It was truly amazing! Thank you so Much For all your help.
