This resort has it all — pools, splash pads, lazy river, poolside bar and grille, spa, bike rentals, and of course the beach! The location puts it a short bike ride or walk to Coligny Beach and Sea Pines (pass included). We will definitely stay here again!!

Thank you to Kevin and Timeshare Brokers. This property offered everything we needed. Spacious 2 bed/bath with kitchen and ocean view. The resort amenities were perfect - pools, beach, bikes, dining. We will definitely be returning.

Just returned from a wonderful week at this resort. Was a little stressful not knowing our exact unit until check-in, but we knew this when we booked. Overall, the unit was comfortable and the grounds were nicely maintained. Even though we did not have an ocean view, the walk to the beach was short & scenic.

I traveled here with my husband and two sons ages 10 and seven. My husband had to leave three days out of our seven day vacation for work but this property has so many things to do and activities for the kids I didn’t really feel like I was single parenting for half of our spring break! The fillet self was very spacious and had all of your comedies that we needed, and there were delivery services for everything! We arrived around 5 PM, went to dinner, I ordered groceries from McDonald’s and by the time we got back the delivery people had met us at the door! We had dinner delivered right formula every evening and the only time we needed to leave the property was on two rainy days when we went to the movie theater and picked my husband up from the airport. This property has several pools and hot tub‘s both indoor and outdoor. There are daily list of activities for fitness classes and family activities and kids activities and Alcohol socialize. The staff is very friendly and fast with any request that we have. There was some construction going on that we have asked before hand to be put in the unit that was a leak in the Waze which they accommodated. They were also redoing the parking lot we were here but because we never really left and we had a private parking spot underneath the building it didn’t affect us. I would definitely come back here with my family or with some friends!

Loved the villa great location not a far walk to the beach and 2 pools just behind the villa. Beautiful landscape. Spacious and we'll maintained property had everything we needed. We had a great vacation.

We have been going to Hilton Head for 7 years, but this was our first time staying at the Marriott Grande Ocean. This resort is awesome! Our unit was spotless and perfect for our family of five. The staff was friendly and there was always something happening around the resort. Our kids especially loved the pool party! We loved this resort so much, we don't want to stay anywhere else!
