About this apartment rental
The best location. Opposite the beach. This two bedroom beachside apartment provides excellent accommodation with modern decor and a large enclosed front yard. Open plan living with modern fully equipped kitchen. Queen bed in main bedroom. The second bedroom has a bunk bed (double bed on the bottom, single above) plus a single bed with trundle (total 5 persons). North facing front balcony gets sun all day and the property is across the road from the beach. Lockup garage and plenty of parking for boats.
* across the road to Pambula Beach (patrolled summer only) - BBQ facilities, children's playground, public toilets.
* across the road to Aqua Cafe and convenience store with it's own wood fired gourmet pizzas. The convenience store provides groceries and take-
aways.
* a 5 minute walk to the south to Lion's Beach and to Pambula River Mouth Beach renown for its beauty, surf and safe swimming.
Attractions
Park the car and relax.
With a convenience store, bar and bistro, wood fired pizzas to eat in or take away, surf beach, parks, heated swimming pool, gym and Pambula River all at the doorstep, why get in the car during your holiday. Kangaroos are also regular visitors on the front reserve and beach.
If you do need to use the car, Pambula Village is only 3 kilometres away and also connected by a walking and bike trail, and Merimbula town centre is only 7 kilometres away, also connected with walking and biking trail, each with their own beauty and attractions.
A good choice of restaurants are available. Other services and activities the area offers are the Picture Show Twin Cinema, ten pin bowling, bike tracks, skate parks, specialty shops, supermarkets, cafes, golf clubs, bowling club, hospital and airport.
During October and November take a whale watching trip at either Merimbula or Eden and all year round, dolphin watching cruises.
Surfboards and wetsuits can be hired from the general store at Pambula Beach and bikes hired from Merimbula Surf and Cycle at Merimbula.

Property was fine & location good. Property could have done with a few extras ie salt & pepper, sml milk & jug of cold water in the fridge. Garage unusable due to difficulty in opening & closing door. Driveway entry in very poor condition.

We love Saltwater for its proximity to the beach, its lovely Gum tree full of birds, and the relaxed Beachhouse vibe. The garage is perfect for our surfboards and bikes too.

Convenient position in comfortable accommodation.
Would have liked plugs that worked, salt and pepper, tea, coffee, sugar on arrival. You will need to provide your own. Very close to the Beach, the birds singing were delightful 😊

This is our second year at this property. Its location to the beach and local caravan park (for holiday trivia and general store) is great.
The property whilst older is clean, spacious and comfortable.
Only thing I can suggest is to look at upgrading the bbq. It does not heat up very well and may of seen better days.

Nice vibe, very spacious, beds are comfortable, great view of the ocean from the balcony, short walk to the beach which is beautiful. It's a little old school, which we liked, but if you want all the latest mod cons, go somewhere else. We'd definitely stay here again if we ever came back to Pambula Beach.

This was a really comfortable apartment in the most convenient location (right next to the beach). Fantastic place to have a beach holiday, will definitely come back! Small stuff in the apartment was great too, like excellent reading lights in the bedrooms, comfy pillows, etc. Highly recommend.

The property is in an awesome position near the beach, and is clean and well layed out. Paul was a fantastic host and was quick to reply with any questions and requests.

We stayed two nights here on our way down the coast. It was a comfortable short stop, but for our family (two adults, 3 boys 12, 15, 16) probably a little small for a longer stay. However, we really enjoyed our stay and the location was fantastic. We'd stay again.

Fantastic location near the beach and was a very quiet area. The beautiful sound from the ocean and the bellbirds was lovely. The apartment is very spacious and the bed was comfortable. Well equipped kitchen.

Comfortable enough inside. Back entrance and garden rather overgrown, especially in the wet. Good view over the Surf club ,to water glimpses.

Saltwater and bell birds
Great property right across the road from the main beach. Plenty of room and everything you would need for a beach holiday. I liked the trees around property which made the back of the property and bedrooms very private. Would definitely stay here again.

Bliss at the beach
The property was well set out, neat, tidy and quiet for a restful recovery from daily activities around the area. Most impressed by the separate laundry, the view, the entertaining daily wildlife antics and very comfy seating areas and beds.
