Fantastisch

De ruimte, helderheid, aangename lichtinval. Uitvalsbasis voor zowel stad als omstreken. Enorm veel bergruimte.

Wij zijn allen lezers en er waren geen nachtlampjes bij de bedden. Een paar kleinigheden in de keuken, geen vergiet geen aardappelmesje. Rolgordijnen kunnen enkel samen beneden of boven staan wat onhandig is voor de zonsinval

Superb

Beautiful apartment, so spacious and modern throughout. Balcony's to enjoy the view and have a relaxing drink. Huge living space and kitchen, great for cooking and dining together. Friendly host, conveniently met us for check in and to explain everything we wanted to know. Easy check out process. Perfect location in Ypres for exploring local sites of significance for WW1

great apartment and location- watch for hidden deposit charge

beautiful property, clean and plenty of space. great location

asked for 100 Euro deposit on arrival- not mentioned on booking or in any communication . handed over 45 ( might have been 55) euros and £65( might have been 60) . refund was via bank transfer - which meant I lost out due to fees/exchange rates etc/ only £15 but there was no reason why the deposit couldn’t have been refunded in cash as it was given .

Great apartment, great location

The apartment was really spacious, very well appointed and close to the city centre. The host was really helpful and very easy to cummunicate with. Our bicycles were easily accommodated in the ground floor store/garage

Great apartment with outside balcony space to relax and enjoy the sunshine. Very modern, open and spacious Private garage to store our motorbikes under the building.

Excellent spacious and very clean apartment in a great location

Lovely location and absolutely fantastic apartment, which was very clean and so much space. Owner was also very accommodating and helpful again this year. We will defintely be back.

Lovely apartment, everything provided and perfect for exploring Flanders.

Lovely spacious apartment with all the mod cons. Nice location next to the canal within a short walk to the centre of Ypres. Airconditioning and automatic blinds and huge floor to ceiling sliding door windows, lots of light. The owner, Mary, was very helpful and provided all the necessary information. We toured the Ypres Salient, visiting The Passchendaele Museum, Tyne Cot Cemetery, Langemark German Military Cemetery, Essex Farm Cemetery (where John McCrae wrote his famous poem "In Flanders Fields", Bruges, Ghent, Dunkerque and the last Post Ceremony at the Menin Gate in Ypres. Plenty of decent restaurants.

The pillows, I think we all would have prefered more substantial memory foam ones. Maybe at least one full king or double bed (not two singles pushed together) which are more comfortable.

Was a great base to explore from and lovely to come home to.

Spacious, open and airy with everything you need.

There was some temporary renovation noise from above and below one early morning - but that was the only thing and didn’t detract from our stay.

Amazing Apartment and would highly recommend.

The property is stunning, really modern with amazing sized rooms. Perfect location for walking to Ypres. Kitchen was fitted out with everything you could want, bedrooms were spacious and the one room has a Sauna which is great. All the bathroom were great, showers were perfect. Overall apartment was perfect.

There was only one small thing to improve, TV is an old LG which does not allow you to steam to it, so it could do with a Chrome Cast or something just so on the evening you can stream to it.

Exceptional

Extremely freindly greating, followed by a walk around a well looked after and organised accomodation, with so much more space than we expected. The kitchen, living areas and apartment generally was huge, and the main bedroom was also massive with a huge ensuite with both shower and bath and twin sinks. The 2nd & 3rd bedrooms were also a good size, and one even had a sauna in it! Everythig was clean and new looking, and it felt like we were living in an Ikea showroom of a house - beuatiful. The two twin balconies were also very spacious and it was nice to be able to spend some time outside. The host was extremely helpful and went well above and beyond on our last day watching the Tour oF Flanders.

Absolutely nothing at all - everything was outstanding.
