Great location! Everything as described, Very clean! Beautiful location with Excellent hosts :)

We had a wonderful stay at this spacious, clean, comfortable cabin! The wraparound screened porch is a perfect place for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful area. It is in a perfect location for exploring Great Smoky Mountains National Park. We would certainly stay at this property again!

Our family really enjoyed staying in the Blue Door Cabin in Townsend it was quiet with easy parking access and plenty of space for my 6 grandkids. They loved the hot tub and we spent most evenings at the fire pit. Very clean and beautiful place.

First off this was my Family's first Cabin Rental experience and let me say that it didn't disappoint. The Blue Door cabin is in a perfect location. Far enough from the main road to be quite and serine. But close enough to everything that makes the Smokey Mountains great. The Cabin was spacious, clean and full of surprises that made our week long vacation one of our best. The beds were very comfortable and we felt right at home every day. The porch is HUGE and awesome so there is plenty of room to roam and get comfortable on a nice day. 3 floors allowed for privacy and peace and quiet when needed. The property is fantastic and the fire pit had plenty of seats for everyone. Anthony and his staff were very friendly and responsive and I will make sure to book this place again!

The house was clean and in a beautiful area.

My only real issue was the toilet paper. We paid a lot of money for our stay and didn't consider that the cabin would have literally the worst, cheapest, see-through toilet paper I have ever seen. Everything else was great but up the quality of that TP. The price we are paying should cover it. The back portion of the deck (the oldest) seems to be a little unsafe and soon due for re-building. The wood is soft so we avoided the entire back stretch of the deck. Everything was clean, the place was beautiful. Plenty of space and bedrooms. LOVED the basement with the small entertainment room. The firepit area was gorgeous even if we did not use it. Love the bed porch swing as well. Overall a super nice place. Bring TP though... yuck.

We loved everything about this cabin. Owners were great! Place was spotless! Everything worked perfectly. It is our new favorite cabin! I am going to book it again for next year!

We have stayed here 3 times. Cabin is quiet, clean, and well furnished. Plenty of room for all is us to have private space. Lots of covered outdoor space.

Property was great. Very clean and well kept. Complete and cozy. Location was perfect to get away from the busyness (sp?) of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Very close to the SMNP entrance and quiet spot for a relaxing weekend get away. I would definitely recommend this property for anybody looking for a peaceful getaway close to the Smokies.

We had a mishap with one of our friends that got.hurt and ended up staying the week in the hospital. The staff with Blue Door was very thoughtful and helpful. They had a genuine care for my friend and was right there to help. Thanks

We had 14 of our family members there for our daughters wedding. We had to use a blowup mattress but there was room for it and all of us. The cabin was very clean and nice !! We’d highly recommend this property.

Everything about this cabin was great! Plenty of room for 3 couples, and a wrap around porch to die for! It was raining, the sound of the rain hitting the metal roof while sitting on the porch, made for great napping! Highly recommended.

The cabin was absolutely perfect for our family vacation to Townsend! We would definitely stay again!

The cabin was very clean top to bottom. We're all family but separate into 3 family groups. We never felt like we didn't have the room for privacy while still feeling close at the same time. The location felt a little for Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge at times, but the drive through the mountains made it all worth it. At the end, my family and I are looking forward to coming back here again.

The cabin was great, thoroughly enjoyed staying here. We had an issue with WiFi going down but contacted the property manager and she was on top of it and responded quickly. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here. We had 8 people staying here comfortably (7 adults and 1 child) and had plenty of room.

My family of 5 enjoyed this cabin for a week. Plenty of room in a quiet area of Townsend. This location is the perfect place to stay when visiting the area. Communication from management is outstanding and they want your stay to be perfect.

It was amazing. We got to the cabin after an 8 hour car ride and it was beautiful! Its right off the main road. But still secluded and quiet. The rooms were great. The porch with the built in was one of the best things. The hot tub worked great. And the mocie room was great for late night movie nights. We definitely want to come back!

We stayed in this cabin for a week in June and had the best time. The cabin had plenty of room to spread out and the porches are the best. It was so peaceful to sit outside and watch the deer. The cabin had the feel of being secluded but actually being located close to everything you need. We loved it and hope to stay again!

Great place, beautiful scenery!! Very enjoyable stay!!!

The Blue Door is a luxury cabin in the woods but also close to amenities. You can be hiking in the Smokies or renting a UTV or kayak all within 5 minutes. The location is quiet and the surrounding flora and fauna lovely. The cabin is set up to handle a large crowd comfortably. The wrap-around deck hosts a hot tub, multiple sitting areas, a hanging bed, a patio set and picnic table in both open air and screened. The bedrooms are private, have comfortable beds, easy access to the three clean full baths. Two of the bedrooms have access to the outside deck. The fourth bedroom is a large open loft with two twin beds and room for a queen inflatable bed. There are large TVs in each bedroom, in the living room and downstairs den. My grandson loved wherever gaming system is in the den. The kitchen has a large refrigerator with both ice and water in the door. The stove and oven work well and were clean. There are ample pots and pans and are mostly in good condition. The drip coffeemaker and kerig worked well and both make a good cup of coffee. The rental provided all the TP, paper towels, hand and dish soaps, dishwasher detergent, and trash bags. I really appreciated that amenity. Although the table is large, it only seats six. The picnic table and patio set are another option but they were not used due to the weather. So we either ate in shifts or used the coffee table. I would also suggest paper plates and disposable silverware unless you want to hand wash between meals. There is also a new laundry set which we used multiple times. We had a question about the thermostat and Angie, the rental manager, was immediately available to assist. She also made certain we were able to access the cabin at check in and contacted us again to ask if we were in need of anything. I would highly recommend this rental.
