Stadthotel mit Pfiff und Pool!

Great view. Big rooms. Clean.

Great service, great pool and sauna, great view, big rooms. very clean. We liked it very much and we might come back again :)

Breakfast for vegan is not the best place to be in.. There wasn't a lot of options for vegan. The location is far from the center and at night can be feel unsafe.

Exceptional

Everything was amazing. The luxury, comfort and the staff made this stay something to remember for a long time. The room was huge and had a nice view of the sea as well as the city!

Personally cannot come up with anything other than location, could be just a tiny bit better but it is absolutely nothing that affects the stay! It was still wonderful!

not happy with the hotel

Food quality and portion sizes , F and B Room service

our arrival from airport was organized by hotel , 1. The driver has no basic courtesy , in fact he remembered to give us the hotel supplied water when we were taking out our luggage after reaching hotel 2. nobody was managing ground floor guest reception area , there was a sign board saying , go to 5th floor . 3.staff in general are friendly with 2 exception specially IRIN and lady managing omelette section in breakfast , she refused to take my order saying i need to order thru waiter but minutes later i saw here taking order directly , When we called for housekeeping one day , Irin told us that our room is already cleaned , even though we informed we were in room since morning , she refused to accept it later fortunately someone got sense , might have realized thru CCTV neither we left the room or anyone entered our room to clean . So the whole argument was wrong from their part 4. Location is really bad , nothing close by , we shifted to ayia napa after 4 days 5. Hotel has nothing for entertainment

The staff was extremely rude and refused to give me 2 additional bottles of water. I paid for breakfast, but did not have breakfast and asked for 2 small bottles of water which they refused to give. Terrible property, would not recommend to anyone

Superb

Even if Larnaca is not the most attractive place to offer to the tourist, the hotel is a highly recommended place and the people who operate it are an outstanding team. The room was spacious and its contents were functional and matched the needs of the tourist. The people who operate the place do everything necessary to provide an excellent stay experience and go out of their way to help with everything needed and requested. I will not mention names so as not to deprive anyone, but everyone we needed deserves all the praise.

change of cleaning philosophy asap. Excellent view. Not good location

Food and restaurants remain amazing. Majority of staff very helpful and effective. One hiccup was the "hostestss" of the brunch cafe at the ground floor. She was rude end snobbish to me in such a horrible way that i had to complain to her supervisor. And i never do that. She was very friendly though to male customers. Simply disgusting.

cleanness of the room and hotel windows have dropped dramatically within a year. I stayed for a week. My room and especially the bathroom some days weren't cleaned at all. Balcony never cleaned. Towels worn out. And its a new business hotel. Also the rude behavior of the hostess
