The building does not have an elevator, to access the apartment have to climb 2 floors and the apartment is distributed in:
* 1 bedroom with double bed (150 cm).
* 1 bedroom with 2 single beds.
* Dining room with 135 cm sofa bed and TV (Spanish channels and TNT SAT for French channels).
* Recently renovated kitchen and equipped (washing machine, microwave, electric coffee maker, oven ...).
* Bathroom with shower
* Magnificent terrace facing south-east with magnificent views of the Bay of Roses and the sea.
* Community parking spaces
* Community Internet
Located opposite the beach that connects the center of Roses and the area of Santa Margarita, a natural beach of fine sand where you will find all kinds of shops (restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, shops ...).
Located 15 minutes walk through the Maritim Promenade of the center of Roses.
Roses is an active city throughout the year. It offers activities and attractions that are very varied and interesting for all types of travelers. Drive a kart, enjoy a day at the water park, play mini-golf, boat trips to Cap de Creus or Cadaqués, the tourist train to take a walk, visit the Salvador Dalí Museum in Figueres, an immersion in the Medes Islands reservation Natural, animations in summer, walk along the seafront with many restaurants and local specialties. The price does not include bedsheets and towels. You can rent them for €15/ person.
At the indicated prices you must add the tourist tax of €1,00 per person over 16 years of age. The tax is per person and per day (with a maximum of €7 for stay and person).
