Wake up each morning to sip coffee at the breakfast bar, read the newspaper on the WiFi, and use the stainless steel appliances to whip up pancakes, scrambled eggs, and an assortment of tasty snacks to bring to the beach. The kitchen includes silverware, plates, cups, cooking pans, and utensils. Spend the afternoon beach-combing, sunbathing, or swimming in the outdoor pool, and grab your racket for an afternoon tennis lesson with the resort pro. Back at the townhouse, you can relax on your shared deck with a homemade happy hour cocktail, light the fireplace for a cozy evening in, and curl up on the sofa to watch cable TV.
You'll find this two-level townhouse at The Island Inn on Martha's Vineyard, a five-acre resort that sits on the edge of the Farm Neck Golf Club. Walk a few steps to enjoy the property's outdoor pool, tennis courts, and picnic area. Spend sunny summer days on the sand at Joseph Sylvia State Beach (half a mile south) and Inkwell Beach (one mile north), and take one-mile strolls into downtown Oak Bluffs to dine, shop, and ride the historic Flying Horses carousel. Other amenities include shared washers/dryers, a picnic and barbecue area, as well as a firepit area. Tennis courts, plus racquets, and ball rentals are available at the Pro Shop. Tennis is available from May 15th through October. The seasonal pool is guaranteed to be open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. There is also a lovely on-site restaurant that is unaffiliated with the Island Inn.

One of the sleeping spaces is a semi-enclosed sleeping space; the second-floor bedroom being a lofted space, semi-open to the floor below.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
