The decor is absolutely gorgeous, the lobby is so fancy it felt like luxury the moment we walked in. The check in process was very smooth, the room was updated and modern. The bathroom/shower so clean! We went for pre dinner drinks to the rooftop bar then down to Vivian's Table for dinner. We wouldn't have needed to leave the hotel to have an amazing time! This is definitely our new staycation go-to.

The bed and bedding were fantastic!!
The shower didn’t have any place to put anything. No where to put shampoo/conditioner or soap. the shower floor was it. I’ve not been in a shower that didn’t have little shelves, (lack of a better word). parking was an issue. it’s street parking

suite was in horrible location next to fitness room and elevator. loud hvac outside our room. false advertising was not a suite. I want a refund. please contact me

one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in! super modern inside but in a very comfortable way. everything was spotless. they had a doggie bed and doggie bowls and bottled water waiting for our pup. and the restaurant served us a full dinner in a little sitting area so our dog could be w us. we also walked to a great local bakery the next morning after enjoying excellent complimentary coffee at the Bristol Hotel. highly recommend.

We did not partake of the breakfast available. Location, Location, Location! The park across the street of which we could see from our room. We were there around Thanksgiving and there were Christmas trees decorated in the park that could also be seen from our room.
We were only there one night and at this point do not have anything negative to say.
The staff were all very friendly in directing us to places to go for meals as we arrived very late.

great location. charming property. The staff is very friendly and helpful. we went to the rooftop bar for a drink and a snack and ended up having a lovely dinner.
