Best view in Zadar

Amazing view! Everything in great conditions, clean, lots of space and you have all you need (Coffee machine, towels, safe, etc…). Close by you have a super market and just across the street there’s a 24h bakery, moreover the bus to the airport is ca. 550m from the apartment. The record player is a super touch! They have LPs from the 60s classics :D also, they have a book “Prisoners of Geography” which I can only recommend ;)

It’s in the 5th floor and without elevator, so it could be tough for some people… However, the stairs are low and not that tiring

Čisté, kousek do centra, u domu pekárna, kavárna, kousek supermarket, možnost parkování na ulici nebo na parkovišti před domem, klíč ve schránce, takže můžete přijet kdykoliv, terasa s výhledem na starý Zadar, plně vybavená kuchyň s kavovarem

Zvenku stará zástavba a 5. patro bez výtahu (na kufry je to špatné)

The best view in Zadar!

The apartment was beyond even our highest expectations! Spotlessly clean, modern, comfortable and had everything you need. We don't normally spend a lot of time at the accommodation whilst on holiday, but we spent hours sipping a glass of wine on the balcony with arguably the best view in Zadar! The location was perfect, minutes walk from the old town with plenty of shops, restaurants and bars on the doorstep. We were very sad to leave and hope to come back - would highly recommend!

Beautiful view

Great location! The apartment is a short walk away from Zadar old town with a beautiful view! Both rooms and lounge has aircons which was really nice! The apartment has a nice balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or sunset drinks. We will definitely stay at apartment sundowner again. Perpare yourself for a lot of stairs as the apartment is on the 5th floor and there is no lift

Nice view, confortable rooms and well equipped kitchen!

Everything was great, we loved the apartment very much! It was much better than we expected. The location is perfect, it is close to the historical center and the boat tours are going in front of it. Shops and bakery just down the building. There is a nice balcony where we could enjoy the view. We found everything in the flat/rooms what we needed to stay.

Exceptional

The apartment is nice, cozy and clean. It has everything you need in case you want to cook or iron your clothes. The balcony is different than the pics posted on Booking, but it is much better now. Omg! The view is the cherry on TOP, it was a pleasure to drink my coffee/wine there. The location is perfect, you have everything you want to see around.

Fabulous Apartment

Fabulous, spotlessly clean, modern apartment in a great location with lovely balcony and fantastic view

I would have liked if the apartment had a lift as its on 5th floor. The stairs is good and wide though but definitely not easy for some people.

Perfect stay in the best location with the best view of Zadar

The stay was perfect for us. We were able to check in slightly early which was handy as we had many bags that we didn't want to drag around Zadar in the heat. We used a code to get in the building and then a key safe to get the key which was communicated perfectly by the hosts. There were 3 of us, one couple and one single and the rooms were perfect for us with aircon in every room. The facilities were great, the kitchen with everything we would need. A book with recommendations for around Zadar and more. The view from the balcony was the most amazing part of the stay, we spent most of our time on the balcony! The hosts were great and the apartment was perfect!

The only thing we would want to change was the fact it was on level 5 of the apartment block, without a lift. This can't be helped and not the host fault, although when we got a lift back to the airport Loris mentioned there is a plan to hopefully get one built in 2023, which would be really helpful!

Great view and value for the money.

Great location overlooking sea and Old Town Zadar on the other side of foot bridge. Apartment was very comfortable with plenty of space for 2 couples. Close to everything including a bakery and market across the street.

Parking is very limited. We were fortunate to find a spot at the back of the building but street parking hard to find. Apartment is on the 5th floor which makes for a great view but not ideal for elderly people to carry luggage up the stairs.

Balcony makes it

The location was exceptional overlooking the old town. The view was the best of anywhere I have ever stayed. The apartment was very comfortable and very near everything. I highly recommend the kiosk shops to the left of the bridge for good reasonably priced food eg pizza slices and rolls. Also there is a handy Konzum behind the apartment on the same city block. We found the Bolt app useful for getting from the airport

Lovely apartment, great view and location, would come again!

Amazing view from the balcony, great aminities, quick check in via lock box, super clean, well equipped kitchen, loads of clean towels. Well heated bathroom and secondary toilet is a bonus! Great location as well! Would recommend!

No elevator (but the apartment is worth the walk up the stairs, and the view as well), no warm water in smaller toilet room (not such a big deal), and pillows are on the fuller side, even the spare ones. If you are used to sleeping on flatter pillows this might create a bit of a problem and insomnia. I ended up using blanket as a pillow to be able to fall asleep. Bed in general is really comfortable. Heating only with AC but unit is in every room so apartment can be warmed up!

Very nice stay with a great view.

The location was fantastic, just a few minutes walk to the old town. The view with it was great. Good space on the terrace, efficient aircon, good size master bedroom, and the second toilet is always handy.

The second bedroom was quite small, which was fine for 2 kids in our case. If it was for two adults it would be a squeeze. Was
