Robin our host was excellent!!! She responded every time I called.Suggestions to fix the blinds upstairs so they can close all the way. In the theater room probably need to install at least three ceiling fans. The GFi outside needs to be replace, but those are minors things. Great House to Vacation.THANK YOU ROBIN !!!!

We had a wonderful time at the oasis. There was plenty of room for children & adults. It was a place of peace and love. A fresh breath of air an oasis in the dessert of life.

We stayed at this property with 24 people (12 couples) and had a great time. It was perfect for our group, with great bedrooms and a bathroom for everyone. We loved the huge kitchen and the ability to all eat in one room. We used the pool every day and the theater room to watch the NFL draft. Also, I may have played lots of retro video games.
Overall, this place was perfect for a large group and actually felt larger than it looked in the pictures. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone!
We went to Disney two days and it was a 17 minute drive door-to-door. We also played pickelball three times at the tennis center and others golfed. Overall, it was just a great trip and this house made it perfect.

Everything was great. The place was great since the kitchen dining area was perfect. The host was a Rockstar. It had both a social aspect but also privacy due to the 10 rooms that had a private bathroom. Only 40 minutes from the Orlando Airport. I recommend this to anyone that is going to have at least 10 people paying separately very affordable.

The accommodations were wonderful with a great kitchen, nice living space and a beautiful pool area. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. This home had everything we needed. Everything was in great working order and the condition of the place was wonderful. We highly recommend this property and the property manager. Everything went very smoothly. We would definitely like to return for future trips.

We took 26 players and 4 coaches to Florida while playing a very difficult 8 game schedule. We enjoyed making breakfast and dinners over our seven day stay. The pool and hot tub came in handy with sore bodies while we also relaxed in the house watching tv and movies. We had a memorable stay and look forward to being in touch about future possibilities.

We are a family of 25. We range in age from 67 to 2 years old and had an expectant mother in our group. The bedrooms were perfect with nice beds and some fun bedrooms for kids. The kitchen had room and chairs to seat our entire group. There’s a lovely theatre room as well as a game area. The beautiful pool has an alarm bell that went off every time someone opened the door but it did have a way to stop it! We had a special needs child in our group and this alarm kept her safe which we really appreciated! The owner was always very pleasant and quick to reply when we asked her a question and even followed up to make sure the issue was resolved.
The only downside was that the supplies provided are very minimal. Only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, hotel size toiletries per bathroom that weren’t enough to allow everyone to shower or bathe one time🥴. Only one roll of paper towels for 25 people for a week! One blow dryer for the whole 13 bedroom house. No hand soap anywhere. We ended up buying toilet paper, toiletries, napkins, paper towels, etc and then all was well. Overall it was an amazing house and we had a wonderful time!

This house is spacious and well designed. Communication with the owner is fast and easy. This house offers a nice rearward facing view; and is the only property, at this writing, with membership to Encore Resort which has the better Waterpark, the one pictured with multiple slides. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. The rugs not so much. Unfortunately the kitchen was not very clean. Dishes, glasses, utensils all had to be washed before using. A home to make memories in
This home held 33 people comfortably, it was exactly what is shown in the photos. The kitchen comes fully stocked with all the dishes, pots, pans, & utensils you may need. All we had to do was go food shopping, buy extra toilet paper, paper towel & garbage bags. The bathrooms all come with 1 toilet tissue, a hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There are numerous towels in each bathroom and separate towels in the closet by the pool for pool usage. We only had one issue during our 4-5 day stay and it was that the pool water was cloudy & had some debris. I definitely recommend that if you have a problem with anything in the home, call it in at 8AM so you can get same day service. My 5-star review is overall due to the beauty of this home, the convenience of what is supplied, the cleanliness of the home itself, Robin’s quick response times and help… to say that my family and I enjoyed this home is an understatement, it allowed for so many memories to be made as we celebrated my moms 50th birthday, had a family reunion, and even an engagement! I hope to be able to book again someday.

With nearly every room having its own bathroom, everyone was beyond thrilled to have their own private space to sleep and wash up in. Everyone I spoke to shared they were able to rest easily in their beds.

The kitchen area was where most of us congregated. There was a set of each appliance, which allowed us to comfortably cook most of our meals at home. With the massive kitchen island plus the large dinner tables adjacent to the window overlooking the pool, we had so much fun snacking and drinking at all times when we weren't out at the beach or at nearby theme parks.
Entertainment
Next to the kitchen was a living room space with a large TV screen. There was also a large movie theater room on the 2nd floor. Finally, the house has a private pool and hot tub where the kids swam every morning and the adults relaxed in every night. Suggestion for those who plan on staying here: there is a safety alarm button that MUST be pressed before the backyard doors open. We made it a game that anyone who triggers the alarm accidently had to put money in a "fine jar", which we raffled away at the end of the trip.

Location was quiet and 20-30 minutes away from the major theme parks. We had enough room for four cars with space for maybe one more. The house came with resort access that included a water park, golfing, fitness centers, and more which our family enjoyed.

Very few cons and more observations for future guests. We would have liked more kitchen towels to be more eco-friendly and not dependent on paper towels. Also, we did have to run to the store to purchase our own hand soap for all the rooms.

AWESOME HOME!
Let me start out by saying that this was my first VRBO experience and it was a great one to say the
least. My family and I (33 in total from various states) were looking for a house to accommodate all of us. We initially looked for two homes either next to one another or close in proximity to one another. This was a little
challenging due to the availability of the dates we were traveling. As we continued to search, we stumbled across this property. It was perfect because it allowed everyone to be up under one roof. We were in awe as we looked at the pictures of the property. After multiple other searches, we all agreed
that this one would be the perfect fit. As we arrived at the property, we took a tour and started picking out rooms. And to my surprise, the property looked exactly like the pictures we saw online. Sometimes pictures can be deceiving, but not in this case. The house had all the amenities we needed to accommodate us. This was a huge plus while trying to cook for over 30 people during breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We encountered a minor issue with the Internet connections, but it was rectified immediately. The maintenance crew were prompt and very friendly and told us not to hesitate to contact them at any time. Another plus was the
community water park that we had free access to while staying at this property. We spent five days at this home
and there was never a dull moment. Having everyone under one roof was a great feeling. And everyone had a bed to sleep in. Each room had its own bathroom, so you did not have to wait and share with a bunch of people. There were TVs in every bedroom, so you had the ability to watch your own shows. Very roomy home with plenty of kitchen and dining room space. Nice patio area and pool. The area was very
quiet and peaceful. The patio was overlooking the golf course.
Overall, this was a great experience for everyone in the house. No one was ready to leave. We plan to take more trips like this to the Orlando area in the future and this property will be on the top of our list. The host was amazing. Anytime I reached out to her, she was very prompt to respond and catered to
our every need. Renting a property like this in a different state for the very first time can be a little nerve wrecking because you never know what the experience will be like. But, when you have someone that goes above and beyond to make sure your experience is 5-star quality, that really makes your stay more enjoyable.

We had a fabulous time in this beautiful home. We have stayed in other homes in the area that were cheaper but had tons of problems that ruined our trip. Everything was clean. The double kitchen was great. We loved the waterparks. My grandkids cried when we left because "this is the best house ever."

We was very satisfied with property. We had family of 25 great room and space. We had minor issue with tv and grill. But however contacted owner repairs was taken care of in less than 30 minutes.

This home was very big with spacious bedrooms. It was nice for everyone to have a bedroom, and most had a bathroom to themselves. The kitchen was awesome with two of everything - so cooking was not chaos for the 24 people we had.

Perfect place for a golf trip
This was a great place to stay and golf at Reunion for a big group. Robin was awesome - booking was easy, was able to discuss logistics as we wanted to drop luggage off early when we golfed, no problems. Place is massive - every guy had a bed. Huge kitchen area, we had some awesome dinners. Internet was great - and there was a note it may go out due to a provider change. When it did, Jeeves fixed it right away. The staff at reunion did a great job too. AirCanada and their lost luggage department, not so much. That's for another review. We would definitely stay there again.
