The stay was great, the balcony view of the ocean was beautiful.

Location was beautiful. The room was beautiful and spacious.

There was no on grounds staff in the lobby’s to help with questions or needs. Everything had to be done over the phone. There were no parking passes left in our room like we were told would be. Having actual people in the lobby to help would have made things a lot easier.

The tiki bar and cafe on site were great, just a little pricey for drinks.

We had to go through Vacasa for any needs and they were not able to help us with the only 2 things we needed, and one was more toilet paper!!

Room needs updated photos

View was great and room layout was as expected.

Almost all of the furniture was different than photos represented. None of it was what I'd call an "upgrade", just gradual repairs and replacements, it seems. The coffee table was sloppily repainted. It's hard to verify now what photos I saw but I believe the color scheme in the bedroom changed significantly and I was let down. The pull-out bed wasn't in very good shape so napping/sleeping next to our beach view (and wave sounds) wasn't much of an option.

We liked it so much we booked an apartment to have our children and grandchildren to visit next feb

Everything was perfect! View from the balcony, very private and clean, a nice place that we really enjoyed and felt happy and proud to stay there. Nice pool and amenities, easy parking, proximity to beach and restaurants.

Nothing comes to mind :)

Air conditioner was out of service and management knew it before we complete the checkout out and still they did not have a technician scheduled to fix that problem , so it delayed us 1 day of vacations due to the relocation

I was disappointed.

Proximity to beach

It was not clean. It took 45 minutes and three phone calls to get the correct code to get into the room. My friend was charged $26.15 for a bag of ice from the machine.

The view and location

Could use some updating, ie, painting and new shelving in bathroom within the place we stayed. Pool needed a good cleaning. Water was cloudy.

I enjoyed my stay, however it could have been even better with the improvement of the details mentioned above

the location was great, so close to the beach and it included beach chair and umbrella. plus the wonderful view of the ocean. There were places to eat and shop within walking distance. The apartment was spacious and comfortable

there was a musty smell in the apartment that wouldn’t go away, there was some sand in the main bedroom’s drawers and there weren’t basic condiments in the kitchen

Great View, Great Value. Definitely would stay again.

Check in was a breeze. Location was perfect. Beach was great. Crowded but we knew that going in.

Didn't have parking passes, but they fixed that fairly quickly. It was a little disjointed on who to contact for what.

Beautiful view but needs some TLC

Location was excellent with a great view.

Condo was outdated. The couch was very uncomfortable and the support boards for the pullout couch were broken, rendering it useless. TVs were very old and small. TV in bedroom would not work at all. Just needs some TLC and would be a wonderful condo.

the view, bed was comfortable, the kitchen was nice and the place was pretty. When we arrived, the condo was in disarray but was remedied in a timely, professional and impressive manner!

Stay was nice just need deep grout cleaning and better mattress and sofa.

The location was great easy access to the beach. Adding a foot wash prior to entering the building from the pool would help with the sand going into the room.

Chairs being set up at 6:30 am along the beach. Not fair to those staying at the resort and not having a front spot to set up own beach chairs and umbrella. Unless you get there before the rental company does. The grout in the bathrooms had mildew. Check in time should be 2pm to give more time to spend on the beach.

The view and the beach access was the only thing about this stay that was nice.

The view was all we paid for at this property.

The property was over crowded and we had no parking. The chandler in the foyer (elevator area) was full of massive amounts of cob webs. The room was dirty and the couch cushions were wet,. Dried food was splattered on the walls. The floor in the bathroom had not been swept correctly, a tag from the prior guest was still in the floor.

Disappointing

Location and facility condo was in was great. The Beach across the street was amazing and the pool at majestic sea was good for kids too.

The door to balcony was extremely difficult to open and the Handle was off with missing screws/bolts, my husband and son actually we’re stuck on balcony after spraying on sun tan lotion and after almost 20 minutes and no help getting through to “Vacasa” rental company, I was able to open sliding door with a knife. The worst part was cockroaches. We were barely in our condo as we were on beach most of days but we found one on our bedroom, one in hallway bathroom and one on lower bunk bed! I even took pictures and sent to “Vacasa” rental company and heard nothing back.

Awesome!

The view was awesome and had great beach access. It was very clean

Getting access to parking and the room could have been a little more explanatory. This was our first time with something like this so I don’t think the instructions were very clear. The problems were easily solved just had to make some phone calls first. The only thing about the room was there weren’t enough towels unless I wanted to do laundry other than that it was great

No night lights also door handle was broke on slide door to balcony check in was at 4 which I feel should be changed to 2 or 3
